Description

The invention relates to a textile fabric according to the preamble of claim 1.

Textile fabrics, especially flat knits, are used for a wide variety of applications. Especially in the clothing sector but also in functional textiles they are used. One possible application in the field of medical therapy, for example, compression stockings or bandages, with which body areas are surrounded supporting. In particular elastically stretchable textile fabrics are used here. With modern knitting or knitting methods, it is possible to adapt such textile fabrics specifically to the body part in which they are to be used. For example, in the case of a knee bandage, the area that comes into contact with the kneecap may be formed differently in terms of elasticity, material thickness, ventilation behavior, etc. than the area that comes into contact with the popliteal fossa, or the area that is at the upper or Lower leg is present. However, such a region-specific design of a bandage makes sense only if it is ensured that the bandage is permanently positioned correctly on the patient. If the bandage slips, the wearing comfort is reduced significantly.

For this reason, it has become customary in the meantime to apply anti-slip coatings on the surface that comes to rest on the skin of the patient. For this example, rubber coatings or a coating with silicone dots or waves are subsequently applied to the textile fabric. Frequently, silicone adhesive tapes are also sewn on later. Although this measure has the effect that actually a slipping of the bandage can be temporarily prevented. However, it brings with it other disadvantages, such as increased perspiration in the area of the rubber coating, which also impairs the wearing comfort and permanently reduces the anti-slip effect. Additional sewn-on silicone adhesive edges lead to pressure points and constrictions, since their elasticity behavior rarely corresponds to that of the bandage knit.

The post-published document WO 2014/098928 A1 discloses a medical compression bandage having a circular knit tubular body wherein a slip resistant area is provided on an interior surface for engaging the skin of a patient. The non-slip area includes Yarns having high and low coefficients of friction, wherein the high coefficient of friction yarns form increased surface portions of the slip resistant region.

No. 6,871,516 B2 discloses a circular-knit medical compression bandage having an integrally-knit slip-resistant area which is variously positioned within the bandage depending on the intended application.

The document WO 03/008685 A1 discloses, as the closest prior art, a method for making circular knit hosiery in which an upper waistband is formed by entangling an elastomeric thread partially exposed in an area facing the skin of the patient.

The document US 2013/295812 A1 discloses a knit material in which two opposing layers of jersey knit material are sewn together. The first and second layers each comprise rubber threads.

The document US 2012/0324961 A1 discloses a circular knit fabric having a waistband region having an anti-slip zone made by entangling a plurality of slip resistant yarns.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a textile fabric that at least partially provides a slip-resistant effect while avoiding the above disadvantages of conventional solutions.

This object is achieved by a textile fabric having the features of claim 1.

Thus, the invention initially provides that a silicone thread is used as a thread system in the production of the textile fabric. Such silicone threads have recently become available, for example, from Massebeuf Textiles®. They are characterized by the fact that they are completely coated with silicone. The material has a thread core of polyamide 35% and a jacket of silicone 65%. There are also silicone threads made of 100% silicone. These have a high elasticity and are therefore harder to process. Therefore, the variant with inelastic thread core is preferred. The invention provides to process such a silicone thread in the context of a textile fabric.

It has been found, however, that the silicone thread may not be exposed on the first surface of the textile fabric which comes into contact with the skin of a patient, and may not extend over a wide area. Otherwise, the silicone thread, which can not absorb liquid, would lead to increased perspiration. For this reason, the invention provides that the hydrophobic silicone thread on the first surface of the textile fabric, although it should come into contact with the skin of a patient, to ensure the anti-slip effect, but this contact should be made only to a limited extent. This can be achieved in that the stitches of the silicone thread run in such a way in the textile fabric that only the mesh legs are exposed in sections on the first surface and come into contact with the skin of the patient. By contrast, the mesh heads are integrated into the textile fabric in such a way that they are remote from the first surface. On the one hand, this makes it possible to achieve an anti-slip effect and, on the other hand, to prevent excessive exposure of the silicone filament to the first surface which comes into contact with the patient's skin.

A further development of the invention provides that two mutually belonging mesh legs of the mesh, which is formed with the silicone thread of the second thread system in the region of the first surface, extend substantially V-shaped relative to one another. This feature of the invention enhances the anti-slip effect of the silicone thread incorporated into the fabric. The two not parallel to each other but inclined to each other, substantially V-shaped inclined to each other, extending mesh legs act not only because of the material-related slip-resistant effect of the silicone yarn, but also slip-resistant due to their course.

A development of the invention provides that the second thread system is inserted in the fabric on the first surface as a capture bond. It can thereby be achieved that no mesh heads of the silicone thread of the second thread system are exposed on the surface of the textile fabric.

A development of the invention may further provide that the silicone thread of the second thread system is only partially integrated into the textile fabric. This means that the silicone yarn, which impairs the wearing comfort due to its lack of moisture absorption capacity, is only incorporated into the textile fabric where a slip-resistant effect is actually required. In those areas of the textile fabric in which no slip-resistant Effect is needed, the fabric is produced without the involvement of the silicone thread. In this context, according to one embodiment of the invention, provision may be made for the silicone thread of the second thread system to be bound in narrow strips in the textile fabric. As an alternative to strips, other geometries of the regions in which the silicone thread is incorporated, such as punctiform regions, closed shapes such as circles, rings, waves or the like, are also possible.

A development of the invention provides that the silicone thread of the second thread system is tied with a knitting yarn of a third thread system. As a knitting yarn for setting, conventional material is used, such as a yarn of nylon or cotton. This makes it possible to actively influence the size of the stitches and the stitch pattern. It can be stated that silicone threads are difficult to process in the context of conventional knitting methods or knitting methods. Bonding with a conventional yarn facilitates processing.

According to one embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that it has the first thread system with a knitting thread, the second thread system with the silicone thread, the third thread system with a further knitting thread and at least one weft thread.

The invention further relates to a method of producing a fabric according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fabric is made of at least two thread systems joined together by forming stitches with a stitch head and two stitch loops leading to the stitch head, comprising a first one Surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface, wherein a first thread system is made with a yarn and wherein a second thread system is made with a silicone thread, wherein the fabric is formed such that the silicone thread of the second thread system at the first surface in the Essentially exposed only in the area of its mesh legs.

Hierauf wird im Folgenden eingegangen. Beim Gebrauch der Bandage wird die rutschhemmende Wirkung des Silikonfadengestricks 10 noch verstärkt, indem die Bandage sich mit ihrem Kompressionsdruck an das Bein "krallt".One recognizes in FIG. 1 in that the sheet 10 has three strips 16, 18, 20. In these areas 16, 18, 20, the textile fabric 10 is formed slip-resistant. Furthermore, it has areas 22, 24, 26, 28, in which it is not designed to be slip-resistant. The slip resistance is achieved in the textile fabric 10 according to the invention by incorporating a silicone thread on the one hand and by a specific thread course on the other. This will be discussed below. When using the bandage, the anti-slip effect of the silicone thread mesh 10 is further enhanced by the bandage "clawing" with its compression pressure on the leg.

FIG. 2 for explanation, two stitches 30, 32 of a conventional knitted fabric in an enlarged view. It can be seen that a mesh head 34 of the stitch 32 wraps around the stitch foot 36 of the stitch 30. Furthermore, it can be seen that the mesh legs 38, 40 of the mesh 32 do not run parallel to each other, but are substantially V-shaped inclined to each other.

FIGS. 3a to 3c show with regard to the schematic representation according to FIG FIG. 1 the individual thread systems for the production of the areas 16, 18, 20 with integrated Silicone thread, wherein in the figures in each case below the first surface 12 and above the second surface 14 is formed. FIG. 3a shows in a solid line the thread system of a first knitting yarn 42, for example made of the material polyamide 6.6 (nylon) or a polyamide / polyester blended yarn. But it can also be any cotton blended yarn. The first knitting yarn 42 is passed over individual needles 44 of a conventional knitting machine.

FIG. 3b shows in phantom the thread system of a silicone thread 46. It can be seen that the drawn with dashed lines silicone thread 46 on the first surface 12 (in FIG. 3b below) is inserted only as a capture bond. It does not form a full mesh on the first surface 12.

Figure 3c shows the third thread system of a second knitting thread 48, for example made of the material polyamide 6.6 (nylon) or a polyamide / polyester blended yarn. But it can also be any cotton blended yarn. The second knitting thread 48 serves to bind the silicone thread 46.

Figur 3d zeigt das Gesamtsystem mit allen drei Fadensystemen 42, 46, 48. 3d figure shows the overall system with all three thread systems 42, 46, 48.

FIGS. 4a to 4d show with regard to the schematic representation according to FIG FIG. 1 the individual thread systems for producing the regions 24, 26, 28 without integrated silicone thread 46. The yarn courses of the first knitting yarn 42 and the second knitting yarn 48 are identical, as in FIGS FIGS. 3a and 3c , FIG. 4d again shows the overall system with the thread systems 42, 48.

As a result of these thread courses, the textile fabric 10 can be produced in the form of a knit fabric which is formed in the usual manner in the regions 22, 24, 26, 28, for example elastically for achieving a compression effect with good liquid absorption or liquid removal properties from the skin a patient. In the areas 16, 18 and 20, however, the textile fabric 10 is designed to be slip-resistant, because in these areas the silicone yarn 46 is integrated. The integration takes place as in Fig. 3a to 3d but in a manner that only short portions, namely portions of the mesh legs 38, 40 are exposed on the first surface 12 and thus come into contact with the skin of a patient. These short portions of the silicone filaments 46 provide a sufficient slip-resistant effect due to the material properties of the silicone and due to the non-parallel courses of the mesh legs. On the other hand, these are in contact with the skin of the patient Sections of the silicone filaments 46 are short enough to avoid increased perspiration or deposits of dander in the areas 16, 18, 20.

On the one hand, the invention makes it possible to achieve an outstanding anti-slip effect, on the other hand, it prevents the disadvantages associated with conventional rubber coatings, in particular the increased formation of perspiration.
