Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hochdruckreinigungsgerät mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Patentanspruch 1.The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device having the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.

By means of such high-pressure cleaning devices, a cleaning liquid, preferably water, can be pressurized and directed to a surface to be cleaned. The cleaning liquid can be supplied via a liquid supply line to the pump of the high-pressure cleaning device. For this purpose, the liquid supply line can be connected to a first connection element of the pump. From the pump, the cleaning liquid is pressurized and the pressurized cleaning liquid can be discharged via a second connection element of the pump and a liquid discharge line, which can be connected to the second connection element. The two connection elements are located on a pump head of the pump, which is usually arranged on the side facing away from the motor of the pump. The motor and the pump together form a motor pump unit, which is surrounded by a housing of the high-pressure cleaner.

From the publication DE 91 00 904 U1 a high pressure cleaning device is known in which the housing is formed by two housing halves. The two housing half-shells define a horizontally oriented parting plane in the position of use of the high-pressure cleaning device. The motor pump unit can be inserted into a lower housing half shell, and then an upper housing half shell can be placed on the lower housing half shell. On its upper side, the upper housing half shell has a carrying handle. If maintenance work is to be carried out on the motor pump unit, it is necessary to have the complete motor pump unit to remove the housing. Maintenance work is usually carried out on the pump, in particular on the pump head, since there are the most wear parts, which must be replaced if necessary.
From the publication WO 2010/054701 A1 is a high-pressure cleaner is known, the housing is formed by a hood-like front part and a trough-like, designed like a sack truck back part. Between the front part and the back part of a motor pump unit is arranged, which is held on the back part.
Another high-pressure cleaner with a two-part housing is from the publication US 5,429,306 A known. The high-pressure cleaner has a U-shaped push bar with two legs, which are connected to each other via a handle. On the housing rollers are stored, with the help of the high-pressure cleaning device can be moved in the manner of a sack truck.
From the publication DE 36 19 326 A1 is a high-pressure cleaner with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known. The high-pressure cleaning device has two housing parts, which together surround a motor pump unit. The first housing part is formed by two half-shells, which have a stable bottom, which rests on feet. A motor base of the motor pump unit is bolted to the floor. The longitudinal axis of the motor pump unit is aligned horizontally. The second housing part forms a hood, which engages over an end face of the motor pump unit and projects laterally from the first housing part, by which it is supported.

For maintenance work on the pump head Rather, the first housing part may remain on the motor pump unit, a complete disassembly of the housing is not required.

After separating the second housing part from the first housing part, for example, seals in the region of the pump head, in particular in the area of the first and the second connection element, can be exchanged in a simple manner.

The two half-shells of the first housing part sit in a position of use of the high-pressure cleaning device on the second housing part. In this position of use, the weight of the motor pump unit is thus transmitted via the two half-shells to the second housing part. The second housing part can form a support, for example a support foot, which receives the weight of the motor pump unit and is supported on a footprint on which the high-pressure cleaning device is turned off.

The high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention comprises a U-shaped push bar with two legs, which are connected to one another via a handle. To move along a bottom surface of the push bar can be detected by the user on the handle, which is connected via the two legs with the housing of the high-pressure cleaner. The two legs are each held on a bearing element which is arranged on a half-shell of the first housing part. At the two half-shells of the first housing part not only the motor pump unit is held but in addition, the two legs of the U-shaped push bar are mounted on the half shells via bearing elements.

The bearing elements are conveniently integrally connected to the half shells. In each case, a half-shell forms in a preferred embodiment, together with a push-bar bearing element from a one-piece plastic molding.

The second housing part has two openings which are each aligned in alignment with a bearing element, wherein in the openings in each case one of the handle of the push bar remote end portion of a leg is inserted. This allows a particularly compact design of the high-pressure cleaning device.

The U-shaped push bar is slidably held on the housing so that it is between an inserted position in which the handle has a comparatively small distance from the housing, and an extended position in which the handle receives a relatively large distance from the housing, and is displaceable ago. For this purpose, the bearing elements can be designed in the form of guide members, on each of which a leg of the push handle is slidably held. In the retracted position, the remote from the handle free ends of the two legs can dive into the openings of the second housing part, and in the extended position, the free ends of the legs can take a distance to the openings of the second housing part, in particular can be provided that the free ends of the legs are arranged in the extended position of the push bar at the level of the bearing elements.

According to the invention, the legs are positioned in the region between the bearing elements and the openings of the second housing part on the outside of the housing at a distance from the housing. The legs are thus accessible to the user outside the housing of the high-pressure cleaner. This gives the user the ability to a tensioning or traction means, such as a pull rope or a drawstring, around the legs of the push handle, if this occupies its retracted position, around, so that the high-pressure cleaner for transport in a simple manner on a footprint, for example a loading platform, can be fixed.

It is advantageous if the two housing shells of the first housing part a vertically aligned in a position of use of the high-pressure cleaner Define separation level. A position of use of the high-pressure cleaning device here means a position of the high-pressure cleaning device which it occupies during operation of the high-pressure cleaning device.

The provision of a vertical parting plane for the first housing part allows easy installation of the high-pressure cleaning device, since the two half-shells are attached to the side of the motor pump unit can completely surround this after mounting in the circumferential direction.

It is advantageous if the two half shells form an end wall of the housing, are arranged in the ventilation slots. Cooling air can be supplied to the motor pump unit via the ventilation slots.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the two half-shells of the first housing part together form a carrying handle.

It is advantageous if the two half-shells of the first housing part together form a depression into which a switching element, for example a main switch of the high-pressure cleaning device, in particular a rotary switch, can be used. This results in a further simplification of the installation of the high-pressure cleaner.

The motor pump unit is held in an advantageous embodiment of the invention via elastically deformable damping elements on the two half-shells of the first housing part. By means of the elastically deformable damping elements in particular mechanical vibrations of the motor pump unit can be damped.

The two half-shells of the first housing part advantageously comprise recesses into which the elastically deformable damping elements can be inserted.

In an advantageous embodiment, the elastically deformable damping elements each surround a holding arm of the motor pump unit. The motor pump unit may, for example, have two, three or four retaining arms, which are distributed over the circumference of the motor pump unit and with their free end regions each immersed in an elastically deformable damping element, which is fixed in a recess of the half-shells.

In such a configuration, the bearing of the motor pump unit on the first housing part thus takes place via the retaining arms and the damping elements.

The two half-shells of the first housing part are conveniently releasably connectable to each other. For releasable connection in particular screw can be used.

It is advantageous if the two half-shells of the first housing part each form a step which bears against an edge of the second housing part. The step is favorably directed inwards, so that the two half-shells each form a collar facing the second housing part, with which the two half-shells bear against the inside of the edge of the second housing part facing the first housing part.

In a preferred embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention, two rotatable wheels are mounted on the second housing part. This makes it possible to move the high-pressure cleaner in the manner of a sack truck. The second housing part forms in such a configuration, a chassis of the high-pressure cleaner. For maintenance, the second housing part can be removed together with the wheels mounted thereon from the first housing part and the motor pump unit held thereon.

It is advantageous if the two wheels are rotatably mounted on an axle which passes through the second housing part.

The axis is preferably aligned perpendicular to a parting plane of the two half-shells.

It is advantageous if the axis passes through the trough-like receptacle of the second housing part. The trough-like receptacle thus takes on the one hand the pump head of the motor pump unit, on the other hand, it takes on the axis on which the two wheels are rotatably mounted.

In the FIGS. 1 to 7 schematically shows a first advantageous embodiment of a high-pressure cleaner 10 according to the invention in a position of use shown with a housing 12 having a first housing part 14 and a second housing part 16. As in particular from the Figures 3 and 4 becomes clear, the housing 12 surrounds a motor pump unit 18 with an electric motor 20 and a driven by the electric motor 20 pump 22. The latter forms on its side facing away from the electric motor 20 a pump head 24 with a first connection element in the form of a suction port 26 and with a second connection element in the form of a pressure port 28. At the suction port, a suction line, preferably a suction hose can be connected so that the pump 22 under pressure to be set cleaning fluid, such as water, can be supplied. To the pressure port 28, a pressure line, preferably a pressure hose can be connected, via which the set by the pump 22 under pressure cleaning fluid can be discharged.

The first housing part 14 surrounds the motor pump unit 18 in the region of the electric motor 22 in the circumferential direction and forms on the second housing part 16 facing away from an upper end wall 30, in which a plurality of ventilation slots 32 are formed. Via the ventilation slots 32, the motor pump unit 18 cooling air can be supplied.

The first housing part 14 comprises a first half shell 34 and a second half shell 36. The two half shells 34 and 36 surround a region of the motor pump unit 18 facing away from the pump head 24 in the circumferential direction and are configured substantially mirror-symmetrically with respect to one another. They define between them a vertically oriented parting plane 38 in which they meet with their edges facing each other and form a parting line 40 between them. In the region of a front side 42 of the high-pressure cleaning device 10, the two half shells 34, 36 together form a carrying handle 44, to which a recess 46 connects in the direction of the upper end wall 30, in which a main switch in the form of a rotary switch 48 is arranged. Within the housing of the rotary switch 48 is coupled via a pivot arm 50 and a subsequent to the pivot arm 50 switching rod 52 with a control electronics 54 of the motor pump unit 18. This is especially true FIG. 4 clear.

Die Lagerung der Motorpumpeneinheit 18 am Gehäuse 12 erfolgt somit über die beiden Halbschalen 34, 36 des ersten Gehäuseteils 14.The motor pump unit 18 has four holding arms 56 which are arranged at an angle of 90 ° to one another and project radially outwards, each of which dipping into an elastically deformable damping element 58 which is positively received by an inside recess 60 of the half-shells 34, 36. The bearing of the motor pump unit 18 on the housing 12 thus takes place via the two half shells 34, 36 of the first housing part 14.

The second housing part 16 forms a trough-shaped receptacle 62 with a bottom wall 64, two spaced-apart side walls 66, 68, a rear wall 70 and a front wall 72, which protrude in the direction of the first housing part 14 of the bottom wall 64 upwards. In the bottom wall 64, a plurality of ventilation slots 74 are formed and the front wall 72 has a first opening 76 and a second opening 78. The two side walls 66, 68 are facing each other in their end regions facing away from the bottom wall 64 and each have an opening 80 and 82 in these end regions. The bottom wall 64 forms a support leg 83, with which the high-pressure cleaning device can be parked on a footprint. The pump head 24 dips into the receptacle 62.

The recording 62 is at the in the FIGS. 1 to 7 illustrated first embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention by an axis 84 penetrated, which is aligned perpendicular to the parting plane 38 and protrudes beyond the side walls 66, 68 outwardly from the second housing part 16. At its protruding ends, the axle 84 carries a first impeller 86 and a second impeller 88 which are rotatably mounted on the axle 84.

The second housing part 16 forms in combination with the axis 84 and the two wheels 86, 88 a chassis 90 of the high-pressure cleaning device 10. The second housing part 16 carries the first housing part 14 and the motor housing mounted on the first housing part 14. The two half-shells 34, 36 have facing the second housing part 16 each have an inwardly directed step 92, to which a collar 94 connects. This is especially true of the Figures 5 and 6 clear. The receptacle 62 of the second housing part 16 has on its upper side a peripheral edge 96, on which the two half-shells 34, 36 are seated with their steps 92. The collars 94 of the two half shells 34, 36 bear against the inside of the edge 96 and are screwed in these areas via connecting screws 98 with the second housing part 16. The weight of the first housing part 14 and the motor pump unit 18 mounted thereon are thus supported by the second housing part 16 via the steps 92.

On their outer sides facing away from each other, the two half shells 34, 36 each form a bearing element 100, 102 in the form of a guide channel 104. The guide channels 104 are aligned parallel to the carrying handle 44. In the guide channels 104, a first leg 106 and a second leg 108 of a U-shaped push handle 110 is slidably held. Via a handle 112, the two legs 106, 108 are connected to each other. The push bar 110 can between one in the Figures 2 and 3 shown inserted position and a in FIG. 1 shown withdrawn position to be moved back and forth. In the retracted position, the handle 112 takes a smaller distance to the housing 12 than in the pulled-out position. At the level of the guide channels 104, the half-shells 34, 35 are each covered by a cover 105, which forms a wing-like support 114 for a spray lance (not shown), which can be connected to the free end of a pressure hose. In alignment with the wing-like supports 114, the second housing part 36 each has a quiver-like receptacle 116 into which the spray lance can be inserted with its free end region.

In the retracted position, the two legs 106, 108 with their free ends remote from the handle 112 dip into the openings 80 and 82 of the second housing part 16. In the area between the openings 80 and 82 and the bearing elements 100, 102, the legs 106, 108 are arranged at a distance from the housing 12. In this area, they are thus directly accessible to the user of the high-pressure cleaning device 10. This gives the user the option of tightening or pulling means, such as a drawstring, to be fixed to the legs 106, 108 in order to secure the high-pressure cleaning device 10 during transport on a footprint.

For maintenance purposes, the second housing part 16 can be separated from the first housing part 14 together with the wheels 86, 88 and the axle 84. For this it is only necessary to release the connecting screws 98. After removal of the second housing part 16 from the first housing part 14, the pump 22, in particular the pump head 24, the user directly accessible. Wear parts, such as seals, can thus be easily replaced. For this purpose, the motor pump unit 18 does not have to be completely separated from the housing 12 and also the push bar 110 can remain together with the covers 105 on the first housing part 14. Maintenance work is thus very easy on high-pressure cleaner 10.

In FIG. 8 a second advantageous embodiment of a high-pressure cleaner according to the invention is shown, which is generally designated by the reference numeral 120. This is largely identical to that described above with reference to the FIGS. 1 to 7 shown high-pressure cleaner 10. For identical components are therefore in FIG. 8 the same reference numerals as in the FIGS. 1 to 7 and with respect to these components, reference is made to the above explanations to avoid repetition.

The high-pressure cleaning device 120 differs from the high-pressure cleaning device 10 only in that it has neither the push bar 110 with the two legs 106, 108 and the handle 112 nor the two wheels 86, 88 and the axis 84. The high-pressure cleaning device 120 is thus not designed in the form of a sack truck, which can be moved along a floor surface, but the high-pressure cleaning device 120 can be worn by the user on the carrying handle 44. It can be used both in the FIG. 8 shown upright position as well as in a lying position.

The high-pressure cleaning device 120 also has a housing 12 with a first housing part 14 and a second housing part 16, the first housing part 14 comprising two half shells 34, 36 surrounding the motor pump unit 18 in the area facing away from the pump head 24 and the one vertical separating plane 38 define. The second housing part 16 forms a trough-shaped receptacle into which the motor pump unit 18 with its pump head 24 dips. For example, for maintenance, the second housing part 16 can be separated from the first housing part 14, without it being necessary to completely dismantle the housing 12. In particular, it is not necessary to completely disconnect the motor pump unit 18 from the housing 12 when wearing parts on the pump head 24 are to be replaced. Maintenance work is therefore also very easy on the high-pressure cleaning device 120.
