The object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawback and in particular to provide a lock which can be uniformly used in different types of locking mechanisms and which is interchangeable. Furthermore, the lock according to the invention should be simple and robust against the damage during locking movements.
This object is achieved by a lock according to
The inventive idea lies in the fact that a modular principle is implemented, wherein the lock housing can always be made identical and can be used in the sliding walls of various sliding wall systems. The unitary housing can advantageously be designed such that the housing can accommodate different lock mechanisms that can be operated with different actuators and yet can be arranged in a standardized recess in a sliding wall. Thus, different variants of sliding walls and sliding wall systems can be realized with one and the same lock. All these variants of the lock mechanisms are also interchangeable with each other, the lock according to the invention is designed to be uniform and can be retrofitted or used in all variants. As a result, the effort in the production of the lock can be reduced because one and the same model can be standardized for all sliding wall systems can be produced. The lock according to the invention is furthermore simple in design, is easy to assemble and is not susceptible to possible damage due to locking movements.
The housing according to the invention is designed such that three different actuation elements can be arranged interchangeably in and / or on the housing, wherein each of the actuation elements can be brought into engagement with the respective lock mechanism and / or the corresponding or uniform locking element in, in particular mechanical, operative connection To operate locking element. It is conceivable that three or even several different models or types of lock mechanisms, which can be actuated by different actuators, can be used in one and the same lock. This advantageously allows a uniform processing of the lock housing and the reduction of the necessary variants of the locking mechanisms for various sliding wall systems.
According to the invention, the actuating element can be brought into operative connection with the locking element via the lock mechanism. Some actuators can be arranged on the housing of the lock or on the front or front of the sliding wall so that they can not be brought directly into operative connection with the locking element. Various actuators thus require different lock mechanisms to actuate the locking element. The lock according to the invention, which can accommodate different lock mechanisms, thereby advantageously allows the effect of these various actuators via the respective lock mechanism can still be reliably transferred to the locking element.
For this purpose, the actuating element can be brought into mechanical engagement with the locking element. There are many lock mechanisms that act mechanically, suitable for the sliding walls. Therefore, it is advantageous that the actuating element can be brought into mechanical operative connection with the locking element according to the invention. Additionally or alternatively, however, it may be provided that the lock according to the invention can be equipped with electronic or electromechanical lock mechanisms. Thus, advantageously, a wide Spectrum of lock mechanisms are included in the multi-lock according to the invention. The design of the sliding wall systems can therefore be implemented flexibly and adapted to existing premises and conditions.
According to the invention, the housing is configured such that an actuating element in the form of a front arrestor and an actuating element in the form of a front arrester and an actuating element in the form of a lock cylinder, in particular a round and / or profile cylinder in and / or can be arranged interchangeably on the housing To operate locking element. Advantageously, the lock mechanism may have a blocking element, in particular in the form of a ball catch, in order to lock the locking element in the unlocked position. It can thereby be achieved that the locking element does not stand in the way of operation or movement of the wall and can not be damaged. Other embodiments of the blocking element, such as a longitudinally displaceable bolt or a pivotable latch, which can be arranged inside or outside the housing, are also conceivable according to the invention.
The lock mechanism can furthermore have an energy store, in particular in the form of a compression spring, in order to load the locking element into the locking position. Thus, it can be ensured that the locking element is reliably held in the locked position and the lock against tampering by unauthorized persons can be safely protected.
Furthermore, it can be provided according to the invention that the lock mechanism can have a connecting element, in particular in the form of a lever, in order to produce the operative connection between the actuating element and the locking element. It is advantageous that the force can be optimally transmitted to the connecting element upon actuation of the actuating element, and that the existing space in the housing for producing the operative connection between the actuating element and the locking element can be used optimally.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the lock mechanism has a gear, in particular in the form of a screw drive, to provide the operative connection between the actuating element and the locking element. Consequently, advantageously even more lock mechanisms and actuators can be realized on the lock according to the invention. It is conceivable that the lock can be provided with a lock cylinder as an actuator, which can be used in the form of a round or profile cylinder by a corresponding selection of the transmission, a lock cylinder.
Advantageously, the locking element can be guided linearly, in particular longitudinally displaceable, in a guide of the housing between the locking position and the unlocking position. Thereby, the movement of the locking element can be stabilized and a reliable locking of the lock can be ensured. Such guidance of the locking element also provides a sturdy lock, which is insusceptible to the damage caused by locking movement of the locking element and by movement of the sliding wall. In this case, the locking element can drive out of an opening in the housing and in a corresponding Engage the opening in the floor or in a guide rail of the sliding wall. In addition, the locking element can be advantageously used as a pivot point of the sliding wall, so that the possible applications of the sliding wall can be extended and a wider range of sliding wall systems can be provided.
Moreover, it is conceivable that the locking element is pivotally mounted in the housing between the locking position and the unlocking position. Lock mechanisms are known, which are locked by pivotable movement of the locking element, wherein the locking element can retract in a corresponding opening of a counter wall. By such a configuration of the locking element and the flexibility of the lock according to the invention, such pivotable lock mechanisms can be realized for a sliding wall.
Advantageously, the locking element in the form of a locking bolt, a locking pin, a bolt, a pivot bolt or the like may be formed. Thus, it can be achieved that a desired or required lock system can be provided, wherein the lock according to the invention can be designed for receiving corresponding.
The invention is based on the idea that the lock according to the invention, as described above, may be suitable for use with an actuator in the form of a Stirnfeststellers, a front arrester or a lock cylinder, in particular a round and / or profile cylinder. Advantageously, the invention provides a multi-lock, all possible lock mechanisms that can be used in horizontal sliding walls, in only one Castle combined. The lock of the invention allows the realization of the modular principle for sliding walls and sliding wall systems, the lock mechanisms can be arranged interchangeable with each other in the lock housing and can also be retrofitted or replaced. Thus, the expense of manufacturing not only the locks but also the sliding wall systems can be minimized since one and the same lock can be flexibly suitable for all sliding wall systems. Furthermore, the lock according to the invention can be mounted easily, it is not susceptible to possible damage during operation of the sliding wall.
Furthermore, the object according to the invention is achieved by a system which can have a lock, as described above, with a housing for receiving a lock mechanism and a locking element for locking the lock. In this case, the locking element between a locking position in which the locking member may protrude at least partially out of the housing, and an unlocking position in which the locking element can at least partially dive into the housing, be movable. The system according to the invention can be provided with at least one actuating element for actuating the locking element, wherein the lock is designed such that the actuating element on the housing can be arranged exchangeably, so that the actuating element can be brought into operative connection with the locking element to actuate the locking element. Consequently, the invention makes it possible that with the aid of the system according to the invention advantageously a wide range of lock mechanisms can be accommodated in only one lock or multi-lock. The Design of the sliding wall systems can then be advantageously implemented flexibly and adapted to existing premises and requirements individually.
