Claims (11)

  1. Sicherheitselement für ein Wertdokument, mit einem Substrat (1), einer ersten Vertiefung (2) auf einer ersten Oberfläche des Substrats (1), einer zweiten Vertiefung (3) auf einer zweiten Oberfläche des Substrats (1), wobei die zweite Oberfläche zur ersten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt gelegen ist, wobei die erste Vertiefung (2) und die zweite Vertiefung (3) so aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, dass die erste Vertiefung und die zweite Vertiefung übereinanderliegen, und eine erste Folie (4) so in der ersten Vertiefung (2) angeordnet ist und eine zweite Folie (5) so in der zweiten Vertiefung (3) angeordnet ist, dass die Stärke (F1T) der ersten Folie (4) und die Stärke (F2T) der zweiten Folie (5) nur teilweise durch die Tiefe der ersten Vertiefung (G1T, G1W, G1L) und die der zweiten Vertiefung (G2T, G1W, G1L) ausgeglichen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (G1T) der ersten Vertiefung (2) geringer als die Stärke (F1T) der ersten Folie (4) ist.
  2. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Breite (F1W) der ersten Folie (4) kleiner oder gleich der Breite (G1W) der ersten Vertiefung (2) ist und/oder die Breite (F2W) der zweiten Folie (5) größer oder gleich der Breite (G2W) der zweiten Vertiefung (3) ist und/oder die Stärke (F2T) der zweiten Folie (5) geringer als die Stärke (F1T) der ersten Folie (4) ist und/oder die Breite (F2W) der zweiten Folie (5) größer als die Breite (F1W) der ersten Folie (4) ist.
  3. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Länge (F1 L) der ersten Folie (4) gleich der Länge (G1 L) der ersten Vertiefung (2) ist und/oder die Länge (F2L) der zweiten Folie (5) gleich der Länge (G2L) der zweiten Vertiefung (3) ist und/oder die Länge (F1 L) der ersten Folie (4) gleich der Länge (F2L) der zweiten Folie (5) ist.
  4. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Schicht (8) des Substrats (1) über den Großteil des Bereichs, in dem die erste Vertiefung (2) und die zweite Vertiefung (3) übereinanderliegen, zwischen der ersten Vertiefung (2) und der zweiten Vertiefung (3) bleibt.
  5. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner mit einem Fenster im Substrat (1) in dem Bereich, in dem die erste Vertiefung (2) und die zweite Vertiefung (3) übereinanderliegen, derart, dass das Substrat (1) innerhalb des Fensters vollständig entfernt ist.
  6. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 5, ferner mit einem Sicherheitsmerkmal in der ersten Folie (4), das einen optischen Effekt aufweist, und wobei das Sicherheitsmerkmal im Fenster des Substrats (1) angeordnet ist.
  7. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die erste Vertiefung durch Schichtpressen oder örtlich begrenztes Kalandern derart gebildet ist, dass die Fasern des Substrats im Bereich der ersten Vertiefung mehr zusammengedrückt sind.
  8. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die erste Vertiefung durch Formabdeckungsrelief gebildet ist.
  9. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die erste Folie (4) und/oder die zweite Folie (5) so ausgeführt sind, dass die erste Vertiefung (2) und/oder die zweite Vertiefung (3) mit bloßem Auge nicht wahrnehmbar sind.
  10. Wertdokument mit einem Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitselements mit den folgenden Schritten: Bereitstellen einer ersten Vertiefung (2) auf einer ersten Oberfläche eines Substrats (1), Bereitstellen einer zweiten Vertiefung (3) auf einer zweiten Oberfläche eines Substrats (1), wobei die zweite Oberfläche zur ersten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt gelegen ist, wobei die erste Vertiefung (2) und die zweite Vertiefung (3) so aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, dass die erste Vertiefung und die zweite Vertiefung übereinanderliegen, und Anordnen einer ersten Folie (4) in der ersten Vertiefung (2) und einer zweiten Folie (5) in der zweiten Vertiefung (3), Auswählen der ersten Folie und der zweiten Folie so, dass die Stärke (F1T) der ersten Folie (4) und die Stärke (F2T) der zweiten Folie (5) nur teilweise durch die Tiefe der ersten Vertiefung (G1T, G1W, G1L) und die der zweiten Vertiefung (G2T, G1W, G1L) ausgeglichen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (G1T) der ersten Vertiefung (2) geringer als die Stärke (F1T) der ersten Folie (4) ist.
