Claims (4)
- Récipient pour produit cosmétique du type à pompage rotatif, comprenant : un corps de récipient (100) qui renferme un contenu constituant un produit cosmétique ; un organe de support (200) qui est en prise avec une partie supérieure du corps de récipient (100), comporte une partie creuse (210) et supporte un organe de pompage (300) ; l'organe de pompage (300) comprenant : un cylindre (310) qui est en prise avec l'organe de support (200) et réalise une opération de pompage de sorte que le contenu se trouvant dans le corps de récipient (100) soit distribué vers l'extérieur ; une tige de piston (320) qui monte ou descend à l'intérieur du cylindre (310) ; un axe (330) qui est en prise avec la tige de piston (320) et comporte une protubérance de guidage (332) qui fait saillie à partir d'un côté extérieur d'une partie supérieure ; un organe élastique (340) qui est installé au niveau de la partie inférieure de l'axe (330) et produit une force élastique dans une direction allant vers le haut ; un organe de guidage montant et descendant (400) qui est en prise avec l'organe de support (200) et comporte une rainure de guidage verticale (410), dans laquelle est insérée la protubérance de guidage (332), de façon à empêcher ainsi la rotation de l'axe (330) et à guider les opérations de montée et de descente ; un organe de rotation (500) qui est en prise au niveau d'une partie supérieure du corps de récipient (100), entourant l'organe de support (200) à des fins de rotation, comprenant en outre une partie de distribution (510) qui distribue du contenu au niveau du sommet et une partie courbée (520) qui est formée au niveau d'une surface circonférentielle intérieure, faisant le tour de la surface intérieure de façon à guider ainsi les mouvements de montée et de descente de la protubérante de guidage (332) ; un moyen de distribution qui est en prise avec la partie de distribution (510) de organe de rotation (500) de façon à distribuer ainsi du contenu, caractérisé par une partie de prévention de fuite (600) qui est insérée dans une partie supérieure de l'axe (330) au niveau d'une surface intérieure d'une partie supérieure de l'organe de rotation (500) et empêche ainsi toute fuite du contenu qui se déplace dans une direction allant vers le haut,
la partie de prévention de fuite (600) comprenant :une tige de prévention de fuite (610) qui est insérée dans la partie supérieure de l'axe (330) et guide le contenu de sorte qu'il se déplace dans une direction allant vers le haut et dont la partie inférieure vient en contact étroit avec une paroi intérieure de l'axe (330) ; etun bouchon de prévention de fuite (620) qui est en prise de manière à entourer la partie supérieure de la tige de prévention de fuite (610) et est monté au niveau du côté intérieur de la partie supérieure de l'organe de rotation (500) et supporte la tige de prévention de fuite (610). - Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie courbée (520) est formée de manière alternée dans les directions allant vers le haut et vers le bas et fait le tour de la surface intérieure de l'organe de rotation (500).
- Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, au niveau d'une partie d'appui plane de la partie en position supérieure extrême de la partie courbée (520), formée au sommet, est prévue une protubérante d'arrêt (521) qui arrête la protubérance de guidage (332).
- Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la tige de prévention de fuite (610) comprend un trou de déplacement de contenu (611) au niveau d'une partie centrale dans une direction longitudinale, la partie inférieure de ladite tige de prévention de fuite (610) étant réalisée sous la forme d'un piston et venant en contact étroit avec une paroi intérieure de l'axe (330).
