Claims (14)

  1. Trapeze closure of a trapeze harness for kite surfing, wind surfing or sailing, with fittings for coupling the trapeze harness and a locking point which can be brought into locking engagement with an approximately ring or eyelet-shaped retaining element (38), wherein the locking point has an attachment position in which the retaining element (38) is secured in position but not yet tensioned, and a closed position in which the retaining element (38) is tensioned with the locking point, wherein the extended length of the closure in the attachment position is much greater than in the closed position, characterised in that the locking point is designed as a pivot lever (26) which is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis (28) on a base, wherein at a first end section of the pivot lever an attachment hook (32) is formed and wherein a detachable safety catch for fixing the position in the closed position is assigned to the locking point.
