Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Presswerkzeuges (100) mit in der angegebenen Reihenfolge aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten:
i) Formung eines zumindest teilweise härtbaren Rohlings auf das Fertigmaß einer Pressbacke (1; 1.1; 1,2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7)
ii) Beaufschlagen wenigstens eines ausgewählten Bereiches (12.1; 13.1; 12.2; 13.2; 14.1; 14.3; 14.4; 14.5; 14.6; 14.7) der Oberfläche der Pressbacke (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) mittels eines Laserstrahles zur Ausbildung einer oberflächennahen Härteschicht (40).The invention relates to a method for producing a pressing tool (100) with successive steps in the order indicated:
i) shaping of an at least partially hardenable blank to the final dimension of a pressing jaw (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7)
ii) applying at least one selected area (12.1; 13.1; 12.2; 13.2; 14.1; 14.3; 14.4; 14.5; 14.6; 14.7) to the surface of the pressing jaw (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) by means of a laser beam for forming a near-surface hardness layer (40).
Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Presswerkzeug (100), welches durch ein solches Verfahren herstellbar ist. The invention further relates to a pressing tool (100) which can be produced by such a method.
