Definitions
- the invention relates to a general structure of movable floor intended to equip a swimming pool to be placed either in a lower position in which it is at the bottom of the pool to allow people to bathe, or in an upper position in which covers the pool to provide protection against drowning people moving around the pool.
- Such a mobile bottom system makes it possible to secure a pool to prevent a child from falling into it inadvertently, without having to resort to a screened fence surrounding the pool.
- Such a movable floor is generally placed in the upper position to cover the pool when the pool is not in use, and it is only when the pool is used that the movable floor is controlled to be lowered so as to allow swimming in the pool. basin.
- Such a movable floor typically comprises a supporting structure consisting of an assembly of metal profiles, covered with a covering consisting for example of wooden slats spaced apart from each other to facilitate the flow of water through the movable floor during its movements between its upper position and its lower position.
- Movements of the movable bottom body are provided by means such as cylinders, worms, pulleys, or other controlled by a centralized control to deploy in order to raise the movable bottom or to retract in order to lower it down.
- the object of the invention is to provide a movable bottom arrangement having a reduced cost of manufacture and installation.
- the subject of the invention is a movable floor having the features of claim 1.
- the movable floor comprises a structure with beams and beams and in which the compartments are formed in these beams and / or beams by being open downwards when the movable floor is in place, in order to facilitate the filling and the evacuation of water. in each compartment.
- Each compartment has at least one orifice for discharging air which is located in the upper part of the compartment, when the movable bottom is in place.
- the beams and girders constituting the structure are pultruded fiberglass profiles.
- the movable bottom comprises, at its periphery, blocking members of the movable bottom in an upper position, these locking members being telescopically movable in horizontal directions when the moving bottom is horizontal.
- the movable bottom has locking members in the upper position, under deployable feet located on the lower face of the movable bottom body.
- the movable bottom has a level of its periphery, guiding elements such as brushes and / or pipes fixed elastically along this circumference.
- the movable bottom comprises a locking arm intended to engage under a set of vertically movable steps so as to maintain these steps locked in the high position when the movable bottom is in the upper position.
- the document JP 8246691 discloses a movable floor for a swimming pool having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the idea underlying the invention is a movable floor provided with compartments that can be selectively filled with air to make up by flotation, or filled with water to make it down to the bottom of the pool.
- the movable bottom according to the invention which is marked by 1 is intended to equip a pool 2 being installed inside the pool 3 of the pool 2.
- This movable bottom 1 can occupy a lower position as in the figure 1 in which it rests on the bottom of this basin, and an upper position in which it is at the height of the surface 4 of the water 6 as in the case of Figures 3 to 5 .
- This movable base 1 here comprises a central compartment 7, and two lateral compartments 8 and 9 located on either side of the central compartment 7 to be respectively close to two opposite edges of the basin 3, these compartments being intended to receive air and / or water.
- It further comprises, at an angle of the pelvis, an arm 11 which extends under a set of three steps 12, 13, 14 constituting a staircase 16 of access to the basin, when the body of the moving bottom 1 is in the lower position as in the figure 1 .
- steps 12, 13 and 14 are movable vertically independently of each other, for example being slidably mounted each between two vertical guide rails.
- Each step further comprises an internal compartment that can be filled with water to place it in the lower position as in the figure 1 , or filled with air to float it up as in the Figures 2 to 4 .
- the three steps 12, 13 and 14 When the three steps 12, 13 and 14 are in the lower position, they constitute the staircase 16 which allows to descend into the basin 3, and when they are in the upper position, the upper faces of these three steps are substantially at the same height. , above the level of the surface 4 of the water 6 of the basin 3.
- the compartments 7, 8, 9 of the structure of the mobile bottom 1, and the compartments of each step 12, 13, 14 contain water and / or air, and controlled means are planned to manage the amount of air contained in each compartment.
- Each compartment constitutes an Archimedean bell: it comprises on the one hand an opening at its lower region to continuously allow the entry and exit of water, and on the other hand an orifice at its upper region for allow the air outlet, and it is further connected to a controlled source of air supply.
- This supply source supplies air at a pressure slightly greater than atmospheric pressure, an absolute pressure of the order of 1.2 bar being normally sufficient to raise the movable bottom of the bottom of a basin having a depth two meters.
- the air may be from a compressor connected to the different compartments by a network of tubes arranged in the structure of the mobile bottom. This slightly pressurized air can be produced by venturi effect, using a water jet of the regeneration and filtration system of the water of the basin.
- the air supply source can be controlled to inject air with a flow rate greater than the flow rate permitted by the upper orifice, which firstly causes the water outlet through the lower opening, the air placed in the upper part of the compartment.
- the maintenance of air in the compartment is then ensured by maintaining in service the air supply source, that is to say by continuing to inject air to renew the air evacuated by the upper orifice, or even through the lower opening.
- the shutdown of the air supply allows the evacuation of all the air contained in the compartment through its upper orifice, since the water naturally takes the place of the exhaust air.
- Another possibility is to provide a controlled valve or a controlled valve to open or close the upper orifice. In this case the maintenance of air in the compartment simply requires keeping the valve closed, and the air evacuation is obtained by controlling the valve opening.
- the compartment 8 thus constitutes a start float movement that lighten the movable bottom 1 on the side opposite the steps 12, 13 and 14.
- the mobile bottom 1 occupies an inclined position corresponding to that of the figure 2 .
- the edge of this movable bottom 1 which is opposite to that of the staircase 16, namely the edge closest to the compartment 8 which is filled with air, is in the upper position above the surface 4 of the water 6.
- the other edge, namely the edge that is closest to the staircase 16 is it in the lower position, so that the arm 11 is located at the bottom of the pool, in line with the three steps 12, 13 , 14 which are in the upper position because their compartments are filled with air.
- the system is controlled to inject air into the second lateral compartment, namely the compartment 9 which is closest to the edge carrying the arm 11.
- the mobile bottom 1 After the filling of this second lateral compartment 9, the mobile bottom 1 is placed horizontally in a so-called intermediate upper position, represented in FIG. figure 3 .
- the movable bottom 1 In this intermediate upper position, the movable bottom 1 is substantially at the surface 4 of the water 6, and its arm 11 extends under the three steps 12, 13 and 14 to lock them in the high position.
- the compartments can be filled with air one after the other to simplify the management of the rise of the movable bottom by tilting it gradually, which makes it possible in particular to prevent it from returns in a brutal way.
- the system is controlled to fill its central compartment 7 with air, so as to raise the movable floor further up above the surface 4 of the water 6, so that it reaches a so-called upper upper position corresponding to that of figure 4 .
- the system is controlled to block the movable bottom 1 resting on the upper edges of the basin 3.
- the mobile bottom 1 is provided with locking members distributed along its periphery, and which are for example in the form of bars 17 and 18, telescopically movable to deploy horizontally to exceed the bottom contour mobile 1, that is to say beyond the outline of the basin 3 seen from above.
- the system is piloted to evacuate the air contained in all its compartments.
- the moving bottom 1 then descends a certain height to be placed in abutment on the edges 19 and 21 of the basin 3 thanks to its locking means 17 and 18 deployed which then engage in corresponding housings made in the edges 19 and 21.
- the basin is placed at its final upper position that is to say it is at the height of the ground surrounding the basin 3, and his arm 11 maintains the movable steps 12, 13 and 14 blocked at this height.
- the movable bottom is then maintained by its locking members, the presence of water in the basin is not necessary for its maintenance.
- the displacement of the moving bottom 1 from its final upper position of the figure 5 , to the lower position of the figure 1 is ensured by first ordering the system to introduce air into the different compartments so as to raise significantly above the surface 4 of the water 6.
- the locking members 17 and 18 can then be controlled to retract.
- the air can then be evacuated from the central compartment 7, before evacuating the air from the lateral compartment 9, which has the effect of causing the lowering of the movable bottom in an inclined position, as in the case of the figure 2 .
- the air can be evacuated from the compartment 8, and the compartments of the steps 12, 13 and 14, which makes it possible to place the mobile bottom 1 horizontally at the bottom of the basin 3, while configuring the moving steps 12, 13 and 14 step 16, which corresponds to the situation of the figure 1 .
- the movable bottom 1 can advantageously be retained at the intermediate height by means of straps each having an end fixed to one edge of the basin and another end fixed to the moving bottom, as shown schematically in FIG. figure 6 in which these straps are marked by 22 and 23.
- the movable bottom may be provided with adjustable intermediate legs of low height, deployable, and to stabilize the bottom at an intermediate height.
- the movable bottom 1 according to the invention is advantageously designed to support an adult person per square meter, while having a relatively light overall structure.
- the movable bottom according to the invention comprises a general structure consisting of beams 24, assembled with beams 26 and possibly joists 27 to form a bearing base on which is reported dressing not shown.
- This covering or coating can be in the form of wooden slats, in the form of tiles or other, and it advantageously comprises interstices to allow a large flow of water capable of facilitating the movements of the movable bottom between its upper position and its lower position.
- the beams, joists and joists, as well as the elements 28 constituting the arm 11 for locking the steps of the staircase are advantageously pultruded fiberglass profiles, which has multiple advantages for such a moving bottom.
- such a material is incorrodable, solid, light, insensitive to chlorinated products and electrolysis.
- the locking members such as the member 17 can be controlled centrally, manually or automatically, via a rotating bar 29 extending perpendicularly to these bodies, in the plane of the body of the movable bottom.
- Each sliding bar of a locking member is then returned to a deployed position by a return spring not shown, and it has its inner end connected to a cable 31 wound on this rotating bar 29.
- a rotation of the bar then causes the retraction of the locking members, while the release of this rotating bar causes the output of these bodies, under the effect of their return springs.
- feet 32 can be in the form of electric or pneumatic cylinders , and can be deployed in a user-controlled manner once the moving bottom has reached its final upper position.
- the number of feet can be provided so that the entire movable bottom is capable of supporting one or more vehicles parking on the movable floor in the high position.
- retractable legs 32 replace the locking hands 17 and 18 instead of completing them.
- the retractable legs are deployed when the movable bottom is in the upper upper position of the figure 5 , before emptying the air compartments to bring the movable bottom to its final upper position.
- the movable bottom may advantageously be equipped with different complementary elements protruding from its outer periphery. These elements may be in the form of a flexible pipe 33 which runs along the beams and beams of the edges of the movable floor. This flexible pipe 33 is then kept at a small distance from the beams it carries, for example by elastic means such as springs, so as to guide the movable bottom when it rises along the internal faces of the basin, and so to dampen the possible shocks of this movable bottom against the walls of the basin.
- elastic means such as springs
- a circulation of water can be established in the mobile bottom so as to form jets 34 ejecting water laterally horizontally, beyond the contour of the moving bottom, so as to guide and / or dampen possible shocks of the mobile bottom against the walls of the basin.
- This circumference can still be equipped with brushes 36 extending horizontally so that their hairs exceed contour, such a brush also having the effect of guiding the movable bottom during its ascent, but also to prevent objects from falling between the movable bottom and the edge of the basin.
- Each profile used to form a beam 24 or a beam 26 advantageously has a cross section delimiting two distinct compartments, as illustrated in FIG. figure 8 .
- Such a section comprises in cross section, a first portion 37 open and intended to form a technical sheath by receiving for example the air supply tubes and other actuators and electrical cables, and a closed portion 38 for the constitution of compartments for receiving air and / or water to vertically move the movable bottom by flotation.
- the upper open portion 37 is closed either by a specific cover, or directly by the upper covering of the movable bottom of the invention.
- these beams and beams are clogged at their ends to easily form compartments able to receive air and water.
- the profile section shown in figure 8 which corresponds to the beams and beams constituting the structure of the moving bottom body, can also be used to form side rails mounting movable steps, to mount these sliding steps vertically guiding their movements.
- these same profiles can be fixed vertically to the walls of the pool in the region of its access staircase, in pairs facing each other to constitute each a guide system of the two ends of a sliding step vertically.
- FIG. 9 Such an arrangement is represented in figure 9 , in which there are three pairs of vertical rails, marked respectively by 12a and 12b, 13a and 13b, and 14a and 14b, these pairs of rails being intended to receive respectively the steps 12, 13, and 14 not shown in the figure 9 .
- each rail of each pair are positioned in such a way that their open portions face each other, so as to delimit each a guide section in which can be engaged a walking end having a complementary shape.
- the closed portions of each of these rails provide them with sufficient mechanical rigidity so that they can provide proper guiding straightness under any circumstance.
- the mobile bottom according to the invention can remain safely and without water, both in the lower position and in the upper and intermediate position. It is advantageously equipped with an access hatch made in the coating, between two beams or beams so as to allow the introduction of a cleaning robot in the basin when the movable bottom is in the upper position.
- the mobile bottom according to the invention can be installed in a pool independently of the coating of this basin which may be a liner type membrane, raw concrete, tile or other.
- the movable floor may also include a bench or a staircase provided fixed or movable relative to the movable bottom body.
