Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftfahrzeugbeleuchtungseinrichtung (5). Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) umfasst ein Gehäuse (17) mit einer durch eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckscheibe (15) verschlossenen Lichtaustrittsöffnung (19) und mindestens ein in dem Gehäuse (17) angeordnetes Lichtmodul (7). Randbereiche (21) der Abdeckscheibe (15) sind dunkel eingefärbt. Um die Lebensdauer der Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) zu verlängern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Abdeckscheibe (15) aus einem thermoplastischen lichtdurchlässigen Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist, das an den Randbereichen (21) durch Infrarot durchlässige Pigmente dunkel eingefärbt ist.

The present invention relates to a motor vehicle lighting device (5). Edge regions (21) of the cover (15) are colored dark. In order to extend the life of the illumination device (5), it is proposed that the cover plate (15) is made of a thermoplastic translucent plastic material which is darkened at the edge regions (21) by infrared-permeable pigments.
