- Machine d'assainissement de voies comprenant :- un premier dispositif d'excavation (10) pour l'excavation du ballast de la couche de ballast existante,- un deuxième dispositif d'excavation (40) pour l'excavation d'une couche existante de protection de surface plane sous la couche de ballast existante,- une première unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane (50) aveci. un premier dispositif de tamisage (51) pour la séparation de parties grossières et fines de la couche de protection de surface plane excavée,ii. un broyeur (54) pour le broyage des fractions grossières tamisées à partir de la couche de protection de surface plane excavée afin d'obtenir des fractions,iii. un dispositif de convoyage de particules grossières (53) pour le convoyage des fractions grossières tamisées à partir de la couche de protection de surface plane excavée par le premier dispositif de tamisage en direction du broyeur et- un premier dispositif de convoyage (42) de l'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane pour le convoyage de la couche de protection de surface plane excavée par le deuxième dispositif d'excavation (40) en direction de la première unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane (50),- une deuxième unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane (60) pour le traitement de la couche de protection de surface plane excavée, qui comprend un dispositif de mélange pour mélanger la couche de protection de surface plane excavée avec un additif de traitement,- un dispositif de convoyage de parties fines (52) pour le convoyage des parties fines de la première unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane vers la deuxième unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane caractérisée en ce que la première unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane comprend, en outre :- un deuxième dispositif de tamisage (110) pour la séparation des parties grossières et des parties fines,- un dispositif de convoyage des fractions broyées (111) pour le convoyage des fractions broyées provenant du broyeur (54) vers le deuxième dispositif de tamisage et- un dispositif de convoyage de retour (112) pour le retour des parties grossières tamisées dans le deuxième dispositif de tamisage vers le broyeur (54).
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un deuxième dispositif de convoyage d'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane qui est conçu pour loger les parties fines tamisées dans le premier dispositif de tamisage et les convoyer en direction du deuxième dispositif de tamisage.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de convoyage d'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane et le dispositif de convoyage de fractions broyées sont conçues de manière intégrale sous la forme d'une bande de convoyage sans fin, sur laquelle, au niveau d'une première position, les parties fines tombent à partir du premier dispositif de tamisage et, au niveau de la deuxième position, les parties broyées tombent du broyeur.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de convoyage de parties fines (52) s'étend du deuxième dispositif de tamisage vers la deuxième unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane et est conçu pour loger des parties fines tamisées dans le deuxième dispositif de tamisage et les convoyer vers la deuxième unité de traitement de la couche de protection de surface plane.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier et le deuxième dispositif de tamisage sont intégrés sous la forme d'un dispositif de tamisage.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une conduite de convoyage (71) pour le convoyage d'un fluide de traitement liquide à partir d'une unité de réservoir de fluide vers le dispositif de mélange.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par- un dispositif de pose de couche de protection de surface plane (100) pour la pose de la nouvelle couche de protection de surface plane, et- un dispositif de pose de ballast (30) pour la pose d'une nouvelle couche de ballast.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par- une unité de traitement de ballast pour le traitement du ballast excavé, comprenant un broyeur de ballast (20) et un tamis de ballast (12),- un dispositif de convoyage d'ancien ballast (11) pour le convoyage du ballast excavé par le premier dispositif d'excavation (10) en direction de l'unité de traitement de ballast (12, 20),- un dispositif de convoyage de nouveau ballast (23) pour le convoyage des fractions grossières affûtées du ballast traité par l'unité de traitement de ballast en direction du dispositif de pose de ballast (30) et- un dispositif de convoyage des fractions broyées du ballast (13, 14) pour le convoyage des petites parties du ballast traité par l'unité de traitement du ballast en direction de la première ou de la deuxième unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par- des moyens de convoyage de silo d'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane pour le convoyage de parties du matériau de la couche de protection de surface plane à partir de la première unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane et/ou du deuxième dispositif d'excavation en direction d'un chariot de silo de matériau et/ou- des moyens de convoyage de silo de nouvelle couche de protection de surface plane pour le convoyage du nouveau matériau de couche de protection de surface plane par un chariot de silo de matériau vers le mélangeur de la deuxième unité de traitement de couche de protection de surface plane.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un dispositif de convoyage d'additif pour le convoyage d'un additif solide à partir d'un silo d'additif vers le dispositif de mélange.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une unité de contrôle de mélange, qui est conçue pour établir un rapport de mélange entre le fluide de traitement introduit, l'additif solide introduit et les parties fines introduites dans le mélangeur, provenant du deuxième dispositif de tamisage.
- Machine d'assainissement de voies selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de contrôle de mélange (70) est couplée, par l'intermédiaire de signaux, avec une unité de saisie d'utilisateur pour la saisie d'une caractéristique de qualité de sol et est conçue pour régler, à l'aide d'une caractéristique de qualité de sol reçue par l'unité de saisie d'utilisateur, à partir d'une mémoire électronique, un rapport de mélange adapté et prédéterminé entre le fluide de traitement, l'additif solide et les parties fines provenant du deuxième dispositif de tamisage.
- Procédé d'assainissement de voies, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- excavation de l'ancien ballast de la couche de ballast existante,- excavation de l'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane existante,- traitement du matériau de l'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane excavée dans un mélangeur afin d'obtenir un matériau de couche de protection de surface plane traité,- pose du matériau de couche de protection de surface plane traité en tant que nouvelle couche de protection de surface plane et- pose d'une nouvelle couche de ballast sur la couche intermédiaire,caractérisé en ce que l'ancienne couche de protection de surface plane est traitée, avant le traitement dans le mélangeur, par tamisage et/ou broyage, comme suit :- introduction de l'ancien matériau de couche de protection de surface plane dans un premier dispositif de tamisage,- séparation de l'ancien matériau de couche de protection de surface plane, dans le premier dispositif de tamisage, en parties grossières et parties fines,- introduction des parties grossières provenant du premier dispositif de tamisage dans un broyeur,- broyage des parties grossières dans le broyeur afin d'obtenir des fractions broyées,- introduction des fractions broyées provenant du broyeur dans le deuxième dispositif de tamisage,- séparation des fractions broyées, dans le deuxième dispositif de tamisage, en parties grossières et en parties fines,- retour des parties grossières provenant du deuxième dispositif de tamisage vers le broyeur, et- introduction des parties fines provenant du deuxième dispositif de tamisage dans le mélangeur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :- introduction des parties fines provenant du premier dispositif de tamisage dans le deuxième dispositif de tamisage et- séparation des parties fines provenant du premier dispositif de tamisage, dans le deuxième dispositif de tamisage, en parties grossières et en parties fines.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que- le premier et le deuxième dispositif de tamisage sont conçus sous la forme d'un dispositif de tamisage intégral et- l'ancien matériau de la couche de protection de surface plane et les fractions broyées provenant du broyeur sont introduits dans le dispositif de tamisage intégral par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de convoyage séparés ou par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de convoyage commun.
