  • the container is made up by means of a series of components that easily connect to and engage into one another, without the need for accessory joining elements such as staples, nails, glues, etc.
  • the side cover or wall made of cardboard, is easy to recycle, while the wooden assembly frame and the plastic platform are reusable.
  • the containers can be superimposed or stacked, since the legs of each platform are provided with a plastic material shaped so as to secure the stacking position.
  • the plastic platforms are reusable, both for building subsequent containers, and by themselves, as they can be used as loading platforms. Moreover, these platforms can be stacked up, making them easy to transport and store.

  • the reusable plastic platform 1 has a rectangular outline, as shown in Figure 2 , and its underside has corner support legs or feet 4 and middle support legs or feet (5,6), all of which are hollow, open on their top base, and closed on their bottom base. All of these legs have two segments with different cross-section areas, where the lower segment is the one with a smaller cross-section area, so that when two or more platforms are superimposed in the same position, as shown in Figures 5 and 9 , the various legs partially nest inside one another, for easy stacking and storage of said platforms.
  • the inside of the corner support legs 4 are provided with a diagonal dividing wall 7 delimiting an external housing 8 for mounting the assembly frame 2, as will be explained further on.
  • the bottom of the corner legs 4 takes the shape of a step 9 ( Figures 3, 5 and 6 ), for easy stacking of the containers.
  • the middle legs 5 situated on the longer side of the platform have a central groove 10 ( Figure 5 ).
  • the reusable plastic platform 1 may be used by itself as a loading platform. Moreover, these platforms can be stacked up, as shown in Figure 5 , thus making them easy to store and transport. As can be seen in Figure 2 , the reusable plastic platform is provided with multiple openings (17) that enable the ventilation of the product housed inside the container.
  • the assembly structure 2 of the container is made up of four triangular-section stiles 11, and four cross beams (12, 13), two intermediate ones 12 that are provided between the two consecutive stiles 11 on the shorter side, and two upper ones 13 mounted between pairs of independent stiles 11 on the longer side, such that they are in parallel positions.
  • the containers can be superimposed or stacked, as the step 9 in the corner legs 4 of one container sits on the top end of the stiles 11 of the container situated immediately below it, while the groove 10 in the middle legs 5 on the longer side sits on the upper edge of the upper cross beams 13, thus securing the stacking position.
  • the side cover 3 has, at least on one of its walls, and starting from the top edge of the same, a central area delimited by a perforated or tear line, which when torn forms a window through which the product 16 contained within is visible, as shown in Figure 11 , providing easy access to the same.

Claims (12)

  1. Conteneur assemblable, comprenant une plateforme inférieure (1), un cadre d'assemblage (2), et un couvercle latéral (3), le dessous de la plateforme (1) ayant des pieds de support angulaires (4) et des pieds de supports centraux (5, 6), et le cadre de montage (2) ayant des montants (11) qui peuvent être insérés et engagés dans les pieds de support angulaires (4) de la plateforme (1), dans lequel les pieds de support (4, 5, 6) de la plateforme sont creux et emboîtables entre eux, permettant aux plateformes d'être empilées, et sont fermés sur leur base du bas et ouverts sur leur base du haut, caractérisé en ce que le cadre d'assemblage (2) a des poutres transversales qui passent entre les montants (11), lesdites poutres transversales comprenant deux poutres transversales intermédiaires (12) situées sur deux côtés opposés du conteneur et deux poutres transversales supérieures (13) opposées et parallèles l'une à l'autre sur les deux côtés restants du conteneur, qui sont toutes montées par leurs extrémités entre des logements opposés (18) dans des montants consécutifs (11), dans lequel les logements (18) des poutres transversales supérieures (13) sont coupés à partir la section de l'extrémité du bas desdits montants (11) ;
    et en ce que les pieds de support (4, 5, 6) de la plateforme ont des structures sur leur base du bas pour le support sur le haut des montants (11) et des poutres transversales supérieures (13), de sorte que deux ou plusieurs conteneurs peuvent être empilées, l'extérieur du bas de chacun des pieds de support angulaires (4) de la plateforme (1) ayant une marche (9) qui s'insère dans l'extrémité du haut des montants (11) d'un autre conteneur, et l'extérieur du bas des pieds de support centraux (5) situé sur les côtés du conteneur où les poutres transversales supérieures (13) sont localisées ayant une rainure (10) qui peut être accouplée sur le bord des poutres transversales supérieures (13) d'un autre conteneur.
  2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poutres transversales (12, 13) sont plates, avec des bords transversaux verticaux, dans lequel le bord longitudinal supérieur des poutres transversales supérieures (13) est au niveau de la section d'extrémité du haut des montants (11).
  3. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les montants (11) ont une section transversale triangulaire.
  4. Conteneur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'intérieur des pieds de support angulaires (4) a une paroi de division diagonale (7) délimitant un logement externe de section triangulaire (8) pour monter les montants (11).
  5. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle latéral (3) est fermement monté autour des montants (11), et renforcé avec des sangles de serrage périphériques.
  6. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle latéral (3) a un rabat plié tout au long de son périmètre inférieur pour empêcher ledit couvercle de glisser en dessous du niveau prévu et pour garantir une meilleure rigidité et l'empêcher d'être déformé.
  7. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle latéral (3) a, au moins sur l'un de ses côtés, et commençant par le bord du haut de ce dernier, une zone centrale délimitée par une ligne perforée ou de déchirure (14), qui lorsqu'on la déchire forme une fenêtre (15) à travers laquelle le produit (16) contenu à l'intérieur est visible.
  8. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle latéral (3) a, sur au moins l'un de ses côtés, une perforation ou découpe pour former une poche (20) pour des visées commerciales.
  9. Containeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle latéral (3) est réalisé en carton.
  10. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque poutre transversale (12, 13) est constituée d'au moins une planche de bois.
  11. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plateforme (1) est réalisée en matière plastique et a des ouvertures multiples pour permettre la ventilation du produit logé à l'intérieur du conteneur.
  12. Conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, afin de permettre l'empilement des plateformes (1), les pieds de support (4, 5, 6) ont deux segments, chacun avec une section transversale différente, dans lequel le segment inférieur est celui avec une plus petite section transversale.
