Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schwellenbesohlung aus einem elastischen und insbesondere hartelastischen Material für eine im Schotterbett getragene Gleisschwelle. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein System aus einer Gleisschwelle mit einer solchen Schwellenbesohlung. Bei dieser Gleisschwelle handelt es sich insbesondere um eine Querschwelle für eine Eisenbahn- oder Straßenbahngleisanlage.
- Aus dem Stand der Technik ist eine Schwellenbesohlung bekannt, die bezüglich der Einbaulage einer Gleisschwelle an deren Unterseite angeordnet wird bzw. anordenbar ist. Diesbezüglich wird z. B. auf die
DE 10 2009 038 414 A1 verwiesen. Eine elastische Schwellenbesohlung ermöglicht eine Anpassung an das Schotterbett, was zu einer Vergrößerung der Tragfläche und zu einer Reduzierung der Beanspruchung des Schotterkorns bzw. der Schotterkörner führt. Ferner wird auch die Schallübertragung verringert. - Die
EP 0 467 863 A1 offenbart ein Dämpfungselement für Eisenbahnschienen, umfassend eine Schicht aus einem Elastomer-Material, welche eine Vielzahl von Öffnungen aufweist, durch welche die Dicke der Schicht unterschiedlich ist, wodurch ein Material mit unterschiedlichen Steifigkeitswerten bereitgestellt werden kann. - Die
EP 0 569 867 A1 betrifft eine Schienenanordnung, bestehend aus einem Schienenstrang mit Befestigungsmitteln, Schwellen aus Holz, Beton oder dgl. sowie dem Schotterbett, auf dem die Schwellen gelagert sind. Auf der Unterseite der Schwellen ist eine elastische Unterlage angeordnet, die im Wesentlichen aus zwei Schichten besteht, wobei die der Unterseite den Schwellen zugewandte Schicht ein elastomerer Werkstoff ist, während die vom Schotterbett umgebende Schicht ein Vliesstoff ist. - Die
FR 2 935 399 - Die
WO 2009/108972 A1 offenbart eine Schwellensohle für eine Eisenbahnschwelle mit zumindest einer ersten elastischen Schicht und zumindest einer zweiten elastischen Schicht, wobei zwischen der ersten elastischen Schicht und der zweiten elastischen Schicht eine Verstärkungsschicht eingebettet ist, wobei die zweite elastische Schicht eine äußere Oberfläche der Schwellensohle bildet und die Verstärkungsschicht Fasermaterial aufweist. - Die
FR 2 740 788 - Die
EP 1 298 252 A2 offenbart eine Bahnschwelle mit einem Betonkörper und mindestens einer unterseitig am Betonkörper angeordneten elastischen Kunststoffschicht. Zwischen dem Betonkörper und der mindestens einen elastischen Kunststoffschicht ist eine Wirrfaserschicht angeordnet, die an dem Beton des Betonkörpers haftet und flächig mit der mindestens einen elastischen Kunststoffschicht verbunden ist. - Die
EP 0 440 597 betrifft einen Gleisober- und -unterbau für schienengebunde-ne Fahrzeuge, wobei Schienen mit dem Schienenfuß mittel- bzw. unmittelbar, mit Schwelle lösbar verbunden sind, wobei die Betonschwelle jeweils mit zumindest zwei Schienen verbunden sind und über ein Schotterbett am Untergrund aufliegen, wobei die Betonschwellen an ihren mit dem Schotterbett beaufschlagten Flächen zumindest eine Beschichtung aufweisen, die mit gummielastischen Materialien aufgebaut ist und zumindest teil-weise mit der Oberfläche der Betonschwelle adhäsiv verbunden ist. - Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Schwellenbesohlungen im Betrieb durch spitzkantige Schotterkörner beschädigt werden können, was die Funktion des Systems aus Gleisschwelle, Schwellenbesohlung und Schotterkorn beeinträchtigt und die Nutzungsdauer reduziert.
- Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Schwellenbesohlung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, die die mit dem Stand der Technik einhergehenden Nachteile nicht oder zumindest nur im verminderten Umfang aufweist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst von einer erfindungsgemäßen Schwellenbesohlung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Schwellenbesohlung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung, die einstückig oder gegebenenfalls auch mehrstückig ausgebildet sein kann, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass diese zumindest bereichsweise und insbesondere vollflächig mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist, durch welche die Reibung mit dem Schotterkorn bzw. mit den Schotterkörnern des Schotterbetts verringert wird. Das Material der Schwellenbesohlung, an welcher die Beschichtung angeordnet ist, ist besonders vorteilhaft homogen ausgebildet, d. h. die Schwellenbesohlung besteht bevorzugt aus nur zwei verschiedenen Komponenten, nämlich der Beschichtung und dem Material der Schwellenbesohlung, an welcher die Beschichtung angeordnet ist.
- Durch die reibungsreduzierende Beschichtung werden die zwischen der erfindungsgemäßen Schwellenbesohlung und den Schotterkörnern gegebenen Reibungsverhältnisse derart beeinflusst bzw. der zwischen der Schwellenbesohlung und den Schotterkörnern bestehende Reibungskoeffizient derart verringert, dass sich die Schotterkörner nach der Schwellenverlegung aufgrund der durch die Zugüberfahrten (oder dergleichen) eingebrachten Schwingungen umlegen können, was bislang aufgrund der hohen Reibwerte nicht möglich war. Hierzu ist anzumerken, dass die Reibung zwischen der Gleisschwelle bzw. deren Schwellenbesohlung und den Schotterkörnern ein komplexer Vorgang ist.
- Durch das Umlegen der Schotterkörner und insbesondere der spitzkantigen Schotterkörner wird der Tragflächenanteil erhöht und die durch einzelne Schotterkörner verursachten lokalen Druckbelastungen auf die Schwellenbesohlung, die zu Beschädigungen führen können, werden reduziert. Durch den erhöhten Tragflächenanteil reduziert sich ferner auch die Gesamteinsenkung der Gleisschwelle in das Schotterbett. Dadurch verlängert sich die Standzeit bzw. die Nutzungsdauer des Systems aus Gleisschwelle, Schwellenbesohlung und Schotterkorn. Trotz der erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagenen Beschichtung bleibt die Funktionsfähigkeit der Schwellenbesohlung im vollen Umfang erhalten oder kann mit den erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen sogar noch optimiert werden.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung bietet auch das Potential zur Reduktion der Herstellungskosten, da infolge der vorgeschlagenen Beschichtung ein kostengünstigeres Material und/oder eine geringere Besohlungsdicke als bislang üblich gewählt werden kann.
- Vorteilhafterweise beträgt das Verhältnis der Dicke der Beschichtung zur Dicke der Schwellenbesohlung im Bereich von 0,005 bis 0,6, vorzugsweise von 0,03 bis 0,3 und besonders vorzugsweise von 0,1 bis 0,2. Die Dicke wird hierbei im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längserstreckung der Schwellenbesohlung bzw. Gleisschwelle sowie der Schiene definiert. Die Schwellenbesohlung kann eine Dicke von etwa 3 mm bis 20 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 5 mm bis 12 mm, aufweisen. Die Dicke der Beschichtung liegt vorteilhafterweise im Bereich von etwa 0,1 mm bis 5 mm, vorteilhafterweise etwa 0,1 mm bis 2 mm.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass es sich bei der Beschichtung um eine Kunststoffbeschichtung um eine Metallbeschichtung oder um eine Verbundbeschichtung handelt.
- Bei der Kunststoffbeschichtung (wobei diese auch aus einem synthetischen Hartgummimaterial bestehen kann) handelt es sich erfindungsgemäß um eine Platte oder um eine Folie, die bspw.
formschlüssig und insbesondere stoffschlüssig mit dem Material der Schwellenbesohlung verbunden
und auf diese Weise befestigt ist. Die Dicke eines Plattenmaterials kann zwischen 0,5 mm und 5,0 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,8 mm und 3,5 mm und besonders vorzugsweise zwischen 1 mm und 2,5 mm betragen. Die Dicke eines Folienmaterials kann zwischen 0,05 mm und 0,5 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,35 mm und besonders vorzugsweise zwischen 0,15 mm und 0,25 mm betragen. Als Folie kommt z. B. eine Coex-Folie in Betracht. Die insbesondere als Folie ausgebildete Beschichtung kann vorzugsweise aus Ultrahochmolekularem Polyethylen (PE-UHMW), Polyamid (PA), Polyethylenterephthalat (PET), Polybutylenterephthalat (PBT). Eine Formschlussverbindung kann z. B. eine Niet-, Nagel- oder Schraubverbindung sein. - Unter einer stoffschlüssigen Verbindung wird z. B. eine durch Verklebung und/oder durch Mikroformschluss herbeigeführte und insbesondere nicht lösbare Verbindung verstanden. Ein Mikroformschluss kann bspw. in einem Aufspritzverfahren oder in einem Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgießverfahren erzeugt werden. Bevorzugt ist daher vorgesehen, dass die erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung zusammen mit einer geeigneten Kunststoffbeschichtung als Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgussteil ausgebildet ist. Weiterhin bevorzugt ist die Beschichtung an der Schwellenbesohlung anvulkanisiert.
- Bei der Metallbeschichtung kann es sich um eine Metallfolie oder um ein Metallblech (bspw. aus einem Edelstahlmaterial) handeln. Die Metallfolie oder das Metallblech kann bspw. formschlüssig und insbesondere stoffschlüssig mit dem Material der Schwellenbesohlung verbunden sein. Die Dicke einer Metallfolie kann zwischen 0,05 mm und 0,3 mm betragen. Die Dicke eines Metallblechs kann zwischen 0,3 mm und 2,0 mm betragen.
- Eine Gewebebeschichtung kann z. B. aus einem Textilmaterial gebildet sein. Ein derartiges Textilmaterial kann bspw. Naturfasern oder Kunstfasern enthalten, die geordnet oder ungeordnet (Wirrfasertextil) zusammengefasst sind. Das Textilmaterial ist insbesondere stoffschlüssig mit dem Material der Schwellenbesohlung verbunden. Als Materialien eignen sich insbesondere Polyamid (PA) und /oder Polyester (PE). Die reibungsreduzierende Wirkung ergibt sich u. a. dadurch, dass die Gewebebeschichtung das Eindrücken spitzkantiger Schotterkörner in die Schwellenbesohlung verhindert oder zumindest reduziert. Dieser Effekt kann für die anderen Beschichtungen gleichermaßen zutreffen.
- Eine Verbundbeschichtung kann z. B. aus einem Laminat-Verbundmaterial oder Faser-Verbundmaterial gebildet sein. Hierbei kann es sich um eine Platte oder um eine Folie handeln (wofür die obenstehenden Erläuterungen hinsichtlich einer Kunststoff- oder Hartgummibeschichtung analog gelten). Das Verbundmaterial ist insbesondere stoffschlüssig mit dem Material der Schwellenbesohlung verbunden.
- Zweckmäßigerweise kann die Schwellenbesohlung alternativ oder zusätzlich derart ausgebildet sein, dass deren Oberfläche durch gezielt herbeigeführte Ausblühungen modifiziert bzw. verändert wird. Hierbei kann ein Gleitmittel im ursprünglichen Material der Schwellenbesohlung bereits integriert sein, welches vorzugsweise kontinuierlich an bzw. über die Oberfläche ausdiffundiert.
- Vorteilhafterweise weist das Material der Schwellenbesohlung, an welcher die Beschichtung angeordnet ist, eine Shore A Härte von 40 bis 80, vorzugsweise 60 bis 70, auf. Bevorzugterweise ist die Besohlung zumindest in dem Bereich, an welchem die Beschichtung angeordnet ist, aus Naturkautschuk (NR), StyrolButadien-Kautschuk (SBR), Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Kautschuk (EPDM),Polyurethan (PUR) oder einer Mischung derselben ausgebildet. Das Material der Besohlung, an welcher die Beschichtung angeordnet ist, kann darüber hinaus geschäumt ausgebildet sein, ist jedoch besonders bevorzugt nicht geschäumt.
- Vorzugsweise weist die Schwellenbesohlung ein Bettungsmodul im Bereich von 0,05 N/mm3 bis 0,5 N/mm3, vorzugsweise 0,1 N/mm3 bis 0,3 N/mm3, auf. Hierdurch wird eine Schwellenbesohlung vorgesehen, die ein besonders optimales Verhältnis aus Nachgiebigkeit (der Oberfläche) der Schwellenbesohlung und geringer Reibung zum Untergrund gewährleistet.
- Bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass die erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung im Wesentlichen eben und/oder plattenartig ausgebildet ist und an der Unterseite einer Gleisschwelle befestigbar ist, derart, dass diese insbesondere die gesamte Grundfläche des betreffenden Schwellengrundkörpers überdeckt.
- Alternativ kann die erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung schuhartig (bzw. becher- bzw. schalen- bzw. napfförmig) ausgebildet sein. Eine solche schuhartige Schwellenbesohlung (bzw. Schwellenschuh) weist einen Boden und eine Seitenwandung, wobei es sich insbesondere um eine umlaufende Seitenwandung handelt, auf, wie in der
DE 10 2009 000 316 A1 derselben Anmelderin erläutert. Eine solche schuhartige Schwellenbesohlung kann quasi von unten über den Schwellengrundkörper übergestülpt werden und überdeckt somit sowohl dessen gesamte Grundfläche als auch zumindest teilweise die Seitenflächen. - Bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass die Seitenwandung bzw. die seitlichen Abschnitte der schuhartigen Schwellenbesohlung (auf der vom Schwellengrundkörper abgewandten und dem Schotterkorn zugewandten Seite) ebenfalls zumindest bereichsweise mit einer Beschichtung gemäß den vorausgehenden und/oder nachfolgenden Erläuterungen versehen sind, durch welche die Reibung mit den Schotterkörnern verringert wird. Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, dass die schuhartige Schwellenbesohlung einstückig und formstabil ausgebildet ist. Alternativ kann die Schwellenbesohlung auch mehrteilig ausgebildet sein. Im Übrigen gelten analog die vorausgehenden und nachfolgenden Erläuterungen.
- Weiterhin erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen ist ein System aus einem Schwellengrundkörper für ein im Schotterbett getragenes Gleis und einer Schwellenbesohlung, umfassend
einen Schwellengrundkörper, der insbesondere aus einem Betonmaterial ausgebildet ist, und eine erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung, wobei die Gleisschwelle und die Schwellenbesohlung derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Schwellenbesohlung, insbesondere unmittelbar bzw. direkt, an einer Unterseite des Schwellengrundkörpers anordenbar oder angeordnet ist. In anderen Worten liegt somit der Schwellengrundkörper direkt auf der Schwellenbesohlung auf bzw. kontaktiert diese direkt bzw. unmittelbar ohne zwischenliegende Elemente, wie Verstärkungsplatten. Vorgesehen ist also eine Gleisschwelle für eine im Schotterbett getragene Gleisanlage, mit einem Schwellengrundkörper, der insbesondere aus einem Betonmaterial gebildet ist, und einer an der Unterseite des Schwellengrundkörpers angeordneten Schwellenbesohlung. Die Lösung der Aufgabe erstreckt sich somit auch auf eine Gleisschwelle, wie insbesondere eine Querschwelle, für eine im Schotterbett getragene Gleisanlage, wobei es sich insbesondere um eine Eisenbahn- oder Straßenbahngleisanlage handelt. Die beanspruchte Querschwelle umfasst einen Schwellengrundkörper, der insbesondere aus einem Betonmaterial gebildet ist, und eine zumindest an der Unterseite dieses Schwellengrundkörpers angeordnete erfindungsgemäße Schwellenbesohlung. - Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der einzigen Figur beispielhaft und in nicht einschränkender Weise näher erläutert. - zeigt in einer schematischen Seiten-/Schnittansicht eine Gleisschwelle mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Schwellenbesohlung.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine insgesamt mit 100 bezeichnete Gleisschwelle (Querschwelle). Die Gleisschwelle 100 umfasst einen annähernd quaderförmigen Schwellengrundkörper 110, der von einem Schotterbett 200 mit einer Vielzahl von Schotterkörnern 201 getragen wird. An der Oberseite des Grundkörpers 110 sind in an und für sich bekannter Weise zwei Schienen 300 befestigt. Die Gleisschwelle 100 ist mit einer Schwellenbesohlung 120 ausgebildet, die, vorzugsweise massiv, aus einem elastischen und insbesondere hartelastischen Material (wie bspw.
Gummi oder Hartgummi) gebildet und an der Unterseite des Schwellengrundkörpers 120 angeordnet und insbesondere auch an diesem befestigt ist. - Erfindungsgemäß weist die Schwellenbesohlung 120 an ihrer vom Schwellengrundkörper 110 abgewandten und den Schotterkörnern 201 zugewandten Unterseite bzw. Außenseite eine funktionale Beschichtung 130 auf, durch die eine spezielle Schotterkontaktoberfläche ausgebildet ist, um die wirksame Reibung zwischen der besohlten Schwellenunterseite und den Schotterkörnern 201 zu verringern. Bei der Beschichtung 130 handelt es sich z. B. um eine Kunststoffbeschichtung, eine Hartgummibeschichtung, eine Metallbeschichtung, eine Gewebebeschichtung oder eine Verbundbeschichtung, wie obenstehend erläutert.
- Die Beschichtung 130 führt zu verbesserten Reibungsverhältnissen, so dass sich die Schotterkörner 201 im Betrieb aufgrund der durch die Zugüberfahrten eingebrachten Schwingungen sukzessive umlegen können. Dadurch wird der Tragflächenanteil erhöht und die durch einzelne Schotterkörner 201 verursachten lokalen Druckbelastungen auf die besohlte Schwellenunterseite werden abgebaut, wie bereits obenstehend erläutert. Hierdurch können Beschädigungen an der Schwellenbesohlung 120 vermieden werden. Ferner kann die Funktion des Systems aus Gleisschwelle, Schwellenbesohlung und Schotterkorn verbessert werden.
- Die Beschichtung 130 kann bspw. als Platte oder als Folie ausgebildet sein. Die Platte oder Folie 130 kann formschlüssig, bspw. durch Verschraubung oder Vernietung, und insbesondere stoffschlüssig, wie bspw. durch Verklebung oder einstückige Herstellung, an der Schwellenbesohlung 120 gehalten bzw. befestigt sein.
- Die Schwellenbesohlung 120 einschließlich der daran befindlichen Beschichtung 130 kann schuhartig bzw. als Schwellenschuh ausgebildet sein, wozu auf die diesbezüglichen obenstehenden Erläuterungen verwiesen wird.
Claims (12)
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) für eine im Schotterbett (200) getragene Gleisschwelle (100),
wobei die Schwellenbesohlung (120) aus einem elastischen und insbesondere hartelastischen Material gebildet ist,
wobei die Schwellenbesohlung (120) ausgelegt ist, zumindest an der Unterseite der Gleisschwelle (100) anordenbar zu sein, und
wobei die Schwellenbesohlung (120) zumindest bereichsweise mit einer Beschichtung (130) versehen ist, durch welche die Reibung mit den Schotterkörnern (201) des Schotterbetts (200) verringert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Beschichtung (130) als Metallbeschichtung, als Verbundbeschichtung oder als Kunststoffbeschichtung, wobei es sich bei der Kunststoffbeschichtung um eine Platte oder Folie handelt, ausgebildet ist, und
dass das Material der Besohlung, an welcher die Beschichtung (130) angeordnet ist, ein Shore A Härte von 40 bis 80 aufweist. - Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verhältnis der Dicke der Beschichtung (130) zur Dicke der Schwellenbesohlung (120) im Bereich von 0,03 bis 0,3 und vorzugsweise von 0,1 bis 0,2, beträgt.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Beschichtung (130) als Hartgummibeschichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Kunststoffbeschichtung oder die Hartgummibeschichtung als eine Platte oder eine Folie ausgebildet ist, die stoffschlüssig befestigt ist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Metallbeschichtung als eine Metallfolie oder ein Metallblech ausgebildet ist, die bzw. das insbesondere stoffschlüssig befestigt ist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei als Beschichtung eine Gewebebeschichtung aus einem Textilmaterial stoffschlüssig befestigt ist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 6,
wobei das Textilmaterial Naturfasern oder Kunstfasern enthalten kann, die geordnet oder ungeordnet zusammengefasst sind. - Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verbundbeschichtung aus einem Laminat-Verbundmaterial oder einem Faser-Verbundmaterial ausgebildet ist, welches insbesondere stoffschlüssig befestigt ist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Material der Besohlung, an welcher die Beschichtung (130) angeordnet ist, eine Shore A Härte von 60 bis 70 aufweist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei diese eben ausgebildet ist.
- Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei diese schuhartig ausgebildet ist und eine Seitenwandung aufweist, wobei die Seitenwandung ebenfalls zumindest bereichsweise mit der Beschichtung (130) versehen ist, durch welche die Reibung mit den Schotterkörnern (201) verringert wird.
- System aus einem Schwellengrundkörper (110) für ein im Schotterbett getragenes Gleis (300) und einer Schwellenbesohlung (120), umfassend einen Schwellengrundkörper (110), der insbesondere aus einem Betonmaterial gebildet ist und eine Schwellenbesohlung (120) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Gleisschwelle (100) und die Schwellenbesohlung (120) derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Schwellenbesohlung (120), insbesondere unmittelbar bzw. direkt, an einer Unterseite des Schwellengrundkörpers (110) angeordnet ist.
