Les panneaux publicitaires, sur lesquels des affiches publicitaires sont destinées à être collées, sont bien connus de longue date. De tels panneaux, désignés ci-après par l'appellation « panneaux publicitaires. à encollage », se présentent généralement sous la forme d'une surface d'affichage sensiblement rectangulaire (qui présente le plus souvent une largeur de 4 mètres pour une hauteur de 3 mètres, ou une largeur de 3,2 mètres pour une hauteur de 2,4 mètres). Cette zone d'affichage rectangulaire est entourée sur chacun de ses cotés par une moulure en légère surépaisseur qui forme un cadre. L'utilisation de ces panneaux publicitaires connus est extrêmement simple. Un colleur d'affiche colle sur la zone d'affichage une affiche qui se présente initialement sous forme de différents panneaux repliés sur eux-mêmes. L'opération de collage de l'affiche nécessite généralement de badigeonner abondamment l'affiche et de la surface d'affichage avec une colle liquide. Un badigeonnage abondant est nécessaire non seulement pour assurer une fixation robuste et uniforme de l'affiche mais également pour former à la surface de cette dernière une couche protectrice visant à protéger l'affiche des intempéries. Cette opération de collage est cependant relativement pénible et difficile à réaliser, nécessitant notamment une force physique non négligeable et un tour de main qui peut être long à acquérir. Cette opération s'avère être en outre relativement risquée, dans la mesure où le colleur d'affiches est souvent contraint de travailler en hauteur (avec le risque de chute que cela implique) et est exposé à d'éventuelles projections de colle. La propreté du panneau et de son environnement est également souvent difficile à assurer, en raison des grandes quantités de colle qui sont susceptibles de s'écouler à partir du panneau lors de l'opération de pose et qui viennent souiller la moulure inférieure et l'environnement au pied du panneau. Les projections de colle ont de surcroît un effet corrosif susceptible d'affecter le métal des structures avec lesquelles elles rentrent en contact.Advertising boards, on which advertising posters are intended to be stuck, have long been well known. Selon un premier aspect, la présente invention concerne un système de transformation d'un panneau publicitaire 1, pourvu d'une surface d'affichage 1A sur laquelle sont destinées à être collées des affiches publicitaires. Le panneau publicitaire 1 est de préférence un panneau existant, par exemple déjà installé en extérieur, de façon à pouvoir être vu de la voie publique. Le panneau publicitaire 1 peut à cet effet être monté sur la façade d'un bâtiment existant, ou être accroché à une structure de support dédiée scellée au sol. La surface d'affichage 1A se présente classiquement sous la forme d'une surface sensiblement plane et rectangulaire, par exemple de dimension 4x3 m ou 3,2x2,4m. Comme illustré aux figures, la surface d'affichage 1A est par exemple entourée d'un cadre 1B. Le cadre 1 B se présente avantageusement sous la forme d'une moulure en forme de cadre rectangulaire qui encadre la surface d'affichage 1A en faisant saillie de cette dernière, de sorte que la surface d'affichage 1A se trouve légèrement en retrait du cadre 1B. Il est cependant envisageable que le panneau 1 soit un panneau neuf, non encore installé, et qui est conçu pour être directement équipé, en usine, du système selon l'invention. Selon l'invention, ladite zone sensiblement transparente 2A est formée par une bâche souple, de préférence d'un seul tenant. De préférence, ladite bâche souple est en PVC, étant entendu que l'invention ne se limite pas à un matériau particulier, ni même d'ailleurs à une bâche d'un seul tenant. De préférence, l'ensemble du panneau protecteur 2 est formé par une bâche souple, qui peut être soit d'un seul tenant soit formée par assemblage de différentes pièces. Le recours à un élément souple et flasque tel qu'une bâche s'avère particulièrement préféré dans la mesure où il offre différents avantages en matière notamment de stockage et manutention. Il est cependant tout à fait envisageable, sans pour autant que l'on sorte du cadre de l'invention, que le panneau protecteur 2 soit formé à titre alternatif d'un élément sensiblement rigide, ou flexible mais non flasque. Avantageusement, et comme visible sur la figure 3, le panneau protecteur 2 est pourvu d'une zone sensiblement opaque 2B qui entoure ladite zone sensiblement transparente 2A. La fonction de la zone sensiblement opaque 2B est en particulier de dissimuler différents éléments de mécanisme interne du système, comme cela ressortira plus en détails de la description qui suit. La zone sensiblement opaque 2B forme ainsi de préférence une bande rectangulaire qui court le long des bords de la zone sensiblement transparente 2A, à la périphérie de cette dernière, de façon à former un cadre qui entoure ladite zone sensiblement transparente 2A. Par exemple, la zone sensiblement opaque 2B est formée par une ou plusieurs bandes de bâches souples attachées (par exemple par couture, collage, etc.) à une pièce de bâche souple formant la zone sensiblement transparente 2A. Le panneau protecteur 2 présente ainsi, dans le mode de réalisation préférentiel illustré aux figures, une fenêtre centrale sensiblement transparente, entourée par un cadre sensiblement opaque, ou à tout le moins translucide. L'invention n'est cependant pas limitée à la mise en oeuvre d'une zone opaque formée par des pièces de bâche. Il est par exemple envisageable, à titre alternatif, que le panneau protecteur 2 soit formée d'une part d'une bâche rectangulaire entièrement transparente et d'autre part d'un cadre rigide opaque indépendant (métallique par exemple) conçu pour être rapporté contre ladite bâche transparente, à la périphérie de cette dernière, de sorte que ladite bâche transparente est ainsi localement interposée entre le cadre 1 B et ledit cadre indépendant.In this case, the substantially transparent zone 2A thus has a substantially rectangular shape with a height and a width that are substantially close to, or slightly less than, those of the display surface 1A. The substantially opaque zone 2B thus preferably forms a rectangular strip which runs along the edges of the substantially transparent zone 2A, at the periphery of the latter, so as to form a frame which surrounds said substantially transparent zone 2A. For example, the substantially opaque area 2B is formed by one or more strips of flexible sheets attached (for example by sewing, gluing, etc.) to a piece of flexible sheet forming the substantially transparent area 2A. The protective panel 2 thus has, in the preferred embodiment illustrated in the figures, a substantially transparent central window, surrounded by a substantially opaque frame, or at least translucent. The invention is however not limited to the implementation of an opaque zone formed by tarpaulin parts. En d'autres termes, les moyens de fixation du système conforme à l'invention permettent de maintenir le panneau protecteur 2 en position contre le panneau publicitaire 1, de façon que le panneau protecteur 2 s'étende au droit du panneau publicitaire 1, parallèlement à ce dernier, avec un écartement prédéterminé entre le panneau protecteur 2 et le panneau publicitaire 1 permettant de ménager un espace interstitiel destiné à accueillir ladite affiche publicitaire 28, dont le format est voisin de celui de la surface d'affichage 1A. En outre, comme exposé précédemment, les moyens de fixation sont conçus pour réaliser un accès (passage 3) permettant, une fois le panneau protecteur 2 monté sur le panneau publicitaire 1, d'insérer l'affiche publicitaire 28 entre le panneau protecteur 2 et la surface d'affichage 1A, et inversement d'extraire l'affiche publicitaire 28 hors de l'espace interstitiel situé entre la zone sensiblement transparente 2A et la surface d'affichage 1A.
