Der Kragen weist erfindungsgemäß ein insbesondere von einem Ringteil gebildetes Innenteil auf, welches über eine konturfolgende Anlage eines Befestigungsabschnittes des Grundkörpers am Grundkörper befestigt ist. Die konturfolgende Anlage des Befestigungsabschnittes erfolgt bevorzugt auf der von der Öffnung wegweisenden Seite des Innenteils. Dort kann das Innenteil zumindestens ein Formschlussverbindungselement ausbilden, das mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt in einer Formschlussverbindung steht. Die Formschlussverbindung wird insbesondere bei der Fertigung des Grundkörpers erreicht. Hierzu wird der Grundkörper im Tiefziehverfahren um das Innenteil herumgeformt. Bevorzugt ist das Innenteil ein Einlegeteil, welches in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung der Tiefziehform eingelegt wird, sodass der den Grundkörper bildende Kunststoff um die Außenseite des Innenteils herumgeformt werden kann. Das Formschlussverbindungsmittel ist bevorzugt ein Steg, bspw. ein Umfangssteg. Dieser hat die Form einer Rippe, die auf der Außenseite des Innenteils entlang läuft. Um diese Rippe schmiegt sich der Befestigungsabschnitt des Grundkörpers, wenn dieser beim Tiefziehen thermoverformt wird. Er bildet dann eine Formschlussverbindungsnut aus, in der der Umfangssteg eingreift. Das Einlegeteil besitzt insbesondere im Bereich des Formschlussverbindungsmittels Entlüftungsbohrungen. Diese Entlüftungsbohrungen fluchten mit Entlüftungsbohrungen der Tiefziehform. Während des Tiefziehens erfolgt durch die Entlüftungsbohrungen her eine Entlüftung, sodass das zufolge Erwärmung plastisch verformbare Material des Grundkörpers sich um das Formschlussverbindungsmittel legt. Der Befestigungsabschnitt bildet dadurch einen thermogeformten Hinterschnitt aus, mit dem das Innenteil formschlüssig am Grundkörper befestigt ist und auch eine Versteifung des Kragens ausbildet. Die Tiefziehform besitzt Aussparungen, in die die Rastnasen oder Rastzungen des Einlegeteils eingreifen können. Diese Rastzungen ragen in den freien Querschnitt der Öffnung und können in Rastfenster einer Innenwandung eines Befestigungsflansches des Aufsatzelementes eingreifen, welche Innenwand in die Öffnung hineingesteckt ist. Der Flansch übergreift dabei mit einer Außenwandung den Kragen, sodass der Kragen und insbesondere auch ein Dichtring, der den Kragen umgibt, innerhalb einer Ringnut des Aufsatzelementes liegt. Die Befestigungselemente können Schnappnasen oder Federzungen sein, die elastisch rückstellbar in Richtung aus dem Öffnungsquerschnitt verlagerbar sind und die in Rastfenster einfedern können. Das Tiefziehen erfolgt mit einem noch ungelochten Kunststoffrohling. Dieser wird über das Einlegeteil geformt. Es bilden sich der für eine Dachpfanne typische Wasserfalz und Deckfalz aus. Beim Tiefziehen werden bevorzugt keine Hinterschneidungen der Tiefziehform hintergriffen. Lediglich der Umfangssteg des Einlegeteiles wird vom Grundkörper formschlüssig untergriffen. Dieses wird aber beim Entformen mit aus der Form herausgenommen, sodass die Dachpfanne einfach entformbar ist. Nach dem Abkühlen wird somit das formschlüssig umfasste Einlegeteil zusammen mit der Durchgangspfanne vom Werkzeug entformt. Anschließend erfolgt in den bekannten Arbeitsphasen der Rand- und Lochbeschnitt. Das Innenteil kann in einer ersten Variante der Erfindung von einem schmalen Ringteil ausgebildet sein, welches von einem Randabschnitt des Grundkörpers bereichsweise übergriffen ist. Der in der Draufsicht sichtbare Öffnungsrand wird dann vom Material des Grundkörpers ausgebildet. In einer weiteren Variante ist aber auch vorgesehen, dass das Innenteil einen Dom ausbildet, wie ihn die DE 100 22 825 A1 beschreibt, auf dem die Haube eines Dachlüfters aufgesetzt werden kann. Alternativ zur Formschlussverbindung können die Werkstoffe von Innenteil und Grundkörper aber auch so gewählt werden, dass Innenteil und Grundkörper nur oberflächlich miteinander verschweißt sind. Das Einlegeteil kann nachträglich austauschbar sein, wenn es beispielsweise durch das aufgesetzte Aufsetzteil formschlüssig gehalten ist. Eine Wiederverwertbarkeit der Dachpfanne wird dadurch verbessert, wenn Einlegeteil und Grundkörper aus den gleichen Materialien gefertigt sind. Es zeigen:
