Description

The invention relates to a machine for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper, board or tissue web comprising a device for transferring and stabilizing a moving fibrous web, wherein the fibrous web along the web running path is initially in a first sandwich area between a web-issuing and a web-receiving covering , Then in a transfer section is only on the web-receiving clothing and then located in a second sandwich area between the web-receiving and another stringing and wherein a standing Saugerelement is provided on the web-facing side of the web-receiving fabric, the at least one suction zone in the first sandwich area and at least has a suction zone in the region of the transfer line.

The device can be used, for example, in pulp, paper, board or tissue machines.

Such devices are known with standing sucking element for transferring a fibrous web from one to another covering, for example WO 2009/118449 A1 and from WO 2009/065433 A1 , Since the standing nipple elements cause wear on the clothing, it is not possible to apply as high a negative pressure for transfer as when using pickup suction rollers or suction rollers as separation rollers. Here are negative pressures of p = 0.2 - 0.6 bar below normal pressure quite common. Due to the lower negative pressure in standing suction elements, however, the transfer of the fibrous web is then often not so reliable. In particular, the edges can cause web run problems and breaks in subsequent machine groups. Therefore, the previously known devices with upright vacuum elements are also used only in very slow manufacturing machines and at very high basis weight of the fibrous web, eg in cardboard.

The object of the invention is to develop a simple, reliable and low-wear device for transfer and stabilization, in which the Fiber web, especially at the edges is better managed and less web running problems occur, but still less wear on the fabrics is caused.

The object is achieved in that a stabilizing element is provided with a convex surface on the web-facing side of the web-receiving clothing after the nipple element, so that together with the nipple a predominantly or fully curved Bahnlaufweg results from the end of the first sandwich area at least up to a point A, which is between 20 and 150 mm, preferably between 20 and 100 mm, before the beginning of the second sandwich area. Particularly preferably, the convex curvature of the stabilizing element adjoins directly after the curvature of the teat element without a straight line extending therebetween.

It has been recognized that a major disadvantage of the prior art arrangements is the straight or mostly straight transfer path after transfer to the web-receiving clothing. Even with additional aspiration on the straight line edge rising, edge plucking and fluttering can not be safely prevented. Only by virtue of the predominantly curved web guide according to the invention, in particular if it is completely curved on the transfer path to at least point A, by means of a convex stabilizing element are the edges securely held on the web-receiving clothing due to the resulting normal force. Experiments have shown that this works even without aspiration and negative pressure in the stabilizing element. This makes it possible, even at higher production speeds, for example, over 1000 m / min, and / or at lower basis weight of the fibrous web, for example, less than 120 g / m 2 , to use a device with standing teat elements without problems without excessive web running problems or heavy wear occur. For a standing vacuum cleaner element instead of a suction roller for the web acceptance much lower investment and spare parts costs and lower operating costs.

The safety distance S between the point A, which marks the end of the curved track guide, and the beginning of the second sandwich area is necessary so that neither fibrous webs nor the surfaces of the nipples occur when fiber webs or chunks occur, as may be the case during transfer - or stabilizing elements are damaged. The safety distance S is chosen with a length in the web running direction of 20 to 150 mm, preferably from 20 to 100 mm so that a sufficient distance between the solid surfaces for the passage of fibrous web shreds or batzen is given and at the same time there is no longer a danger flutter the edges of the fibrous web or get up this short distance. In previously known embodiments, the straight part of the transfer line is usually longer than 1000 mm, which again and again leads to considerable web disturbances.

The suction element is preferably pivotable and / or linearly adjustable, so that at least one operating position and a raised position are adjustable. The sucker element can be designed as a separating sucker, i. If the fibrous web is led a longer distance between two fabrics and then to be taken over on one of the two fabrics. Here, the fabrics run at substantially the same speed. The sucker element can also be designed as a pickup sucker, which is the case when the web is only briefly passed between two clothing to pass the web from one to the other clothing. Here it is helpful and also possible that the web-receiving clothing has a slightly higher speed than the web-dispensing clothing.

The convex surface of the stabilizing element can also be formed by a plurality of transversely arranged strips, so that the predominantly curved track running path is achieved in a polygonal course.

In order to apply an additional normal force to the fibrous web in the direction of clothing, the stabilizing element can also be carried out with negative pressure acted upon.

By a lower negative pressure, a smaller amount of air is sucked, which is advantageous for the design of the periphery. In order to achieve a still optimal web guide with low suction and low operating costs, it may be advantageous if in operation with fibrous web in at least one suction zone of the sucker element, a higher negative pressure is adjustable than in the stabilizing element. This will e.g. only a higher negative pressure applied directly at the web transfer, while in the other areas only a lower negative pressure is sufficient.

For the sucker element and the further sucker element, the negative pressure should preferably be in the range between 10 and 40 kPa, more preferably between 10 and 30 kPa. For the stabilizing element, the negative pressure, if it is evacuated, should preferably be between 0.5 and 20 kPa, more preferably between 0.5 and 15 kPa.

The aspiration of the sucker element is preferably carried out by the direct connection to a suction source. The stabilizing element can either be aspirated by the direct connection to a suction or it is generated in the stabilizing element by means of a corresponding BlasluftdĆ¼se a negative pressure or the stabilizing element is connected to the sucker element, that the stabilizing element is indirectly sucked.

The stabilization element can also have a plurality of zones which can be acted upon with different negative pressure and are arranged one after the other in the web running direction.

In order to keep the web tension of the fibrous web and thus the edges at a sufficiently high level, a driven roller may be arranged in the clothing loop of the web-receiving clothing preferably in the running direction directly after the stabilizing element. It may be advantageous if the wrapping of the fabric on the driven roller is at least 40 Ā°, more preferably at least 70 Ā°.

To be able to adjust the web tension even better, it is advantageous if a speed difference of at least + 0.2%, more preferably of at least + 0.5%, between the web-dispensing and web-receiving clothing and / or between the web-receiving and the other Covering is adjustable.

An additional reduction of the investment and operating costs results when another standing suction element is provided in the second sandwich area on the side facing away from the web of further covering. As a result, an otherwise customary suction roll with high negative pressure is also replaced.

The wear of the fabric can be significantly reduced, in the web running direction in front of the nipple element and / or before the stabilizing element a lubricating spray pipe or a water bag is arranged for lubrication. The lubricating spray pipe can be designed as a low-pressure spray pipe, which applies water evenly over the suction width or the width of the clothing. The water bag must be designed so that it is always refilled with water and the fabric is moistened throughout. Of course, before a further sucker element advantageously a lubricating spray pipe or a water bag for lubrication can be arranged. Furthermore, it may be advantageous to chamfer or round off the leading and trailing edges of the teat element and / or the stabilizing element.

So that the surface of the teat element or of the stabilizing element, which comes into contact with a string, is not damaged or worn too quickly, the surface may preferably consist of a temperature-resistant, in particular also temperature-shock-resistant material, in particular ceramic. The side of the sucker element and the stabilization element facing the clothing has openings, in particular slots and / or bores, via which the negative pressure can act on the clothing and on the fibrous web. The openings are in an area that is narrower than the width of the fabric.

The sucker element may have a convex surface on the side facing the clothing. Thus, for a constantly curved to the same side web travel path between the first and second sandwich area provided, which is advantageous for the stable web guide due to the acting normal forces.

In a further preferred embodiment, which is characterized by particularly little wear, the covering surface of the suction element facing the covering may be concave and on the side of the web dispensing covering opposite the suction element, a guide roller may be arranged, preferably in the vertical and / or horizontal direction is adjustable. Due to the concave design, the friction is greatly reduced and the guide roller nevertheless sets a predetermined web travel path. By adjusting the guide roller both a fine adjustment of the distance or the contact pressure on the suction element, as well as the gusset geometry in the web transfer can be done, as well as, for example, an adjustment between transfer and operating position.

In order to achieve a controlled contact pressure and sealing in a concave surface, it may be advantageous to provide flexible sealing strips connected transversely to the web running path with the box of the sucker element, which can adapt to the contour of the guide roll and which can in particular be pressed. This can be achieved with springs, elastic elements or pneumatic elements. Furthermore, the suction element consists of several parts that are flexibly connected to each other, so that they can adapt to the contour of the guide roller and in particular can be adjusted or pressed something independently of each other.

For a particularly simple and inexpensive arrangement, the stabilizing element can be designed as a standing box. He is not moved in relation to the orbital movement of the clothing. Particular attention must be paid to wear in this design.

In order to claim a small space and to allow flexible determination of the gusset geometry in the web transfer, which comes into contact with the fabric surface of the stabilizing element can be curved with at least two different radii.

Alternatively, the stabilizing element may be designed as a rotating roller. As a result, the wear of the fabric is reduced to a minimum. The rotating roller may in particular be equipped with a drive. Since this roller only as a stabilizing element without or only with a lower vacuum and not as a high vacuum roll, as it is necessary for the web separation or web transfer must be performed, it can be made simpler and thus cheaper. The roller can be directly aspirated or indirectly, by being connected to the suction element via openings and is sucked by this with. The sealing between roller and suction element is preferably carried out via sliding seals, for example via one or more blades which extend across the width, and over side shields, which may consist of plastic, preferably of PU, PE or Teflon.

On the rotating roller is preferably a Grenzluftabstreifer, for example in the form of a scraper blade provided, which repels entrained air from the roll shell, so that it is not introduced into the region of the suction element.

Sucker and the running as a rotating roller stabilization element can be connected, in particular by a common support body that they are jointly adjustable or swung.

Furthermore, it can be advantageous if the stabilizing element embodied as a rotating roller and / or the guide roller arranged opposite the concave suction element have a soft polymer cover or a soft polymer coating or a soft polymer surface, preferably one Softness of more than 0 P & J, more preferably of more than 3 P & J is equipped.

In order to take entrained air and thereby avoid the formation of a local overpressure, the stabilizing element designed as a rotating roller and / or the guide roller arranged opposite the concave suction element can have an open storage volume at the surface, in particular in the form of grooves, preferably with a groove depth between 1.5 and 15 mm and preferably with a groove width between 0.5 and 2 mm.

The inventive device can be particularly advantageous in a press section of a machine for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper, board or tissue web with two separately standing, in the web running direction successively arranged press nips, each consisting of a press roll, in particular shoe press roll, and a counter roll will be used. The device is provided between the two press nips, wherein the press section is designed so that the center of the press roll of the first press nip is equal to or higher than the center of the press roll of the second press nip and the center of the counter roll of the first press nip equal to or higher lies as the center of the counter roll of the second press nip. As a result, a particularly good geometry of the clothing gusset at the transfer point and a suitable curvature of the web travel path can be achieved. The press section can be designed with two shoe press nips or with a roller nip and a shoe press nip. Likewise, a further press nip may be provided before or after the two press nips.

Nachfolgend werden die Figuren detaillierter beschrieben. The figures are described in more detail below.

In Fig.1 are the two press nips 7,8 a press section shown, which are each formed by a press roller 11,13 and a counter-roller 12,14. The centers of the rolls of the first press nip 7 are each higher than the centers of the corresponding rolls of the second press nip 8. The fibrous web 1 is taken over by a pickup suction roll 9 on the fabric 2 and thus in the press section. In the sandwich between the fabrics 2 and 3, the fibrous web 1 is dewatered in the first press nip 7 and then further transported a piece in the sandwich. The convex Sucker 30 fixes the fibrous web 1 on the fabric 3 before the fabric 2 is lifted and is led away around the guide roller 16. By the indicated adjustment of the guide roller 16, the separation point of the two fabrics 2 and 3 can be moved on the sucker element 30. After the transfer follows the transfer line, on which the fibrous web 1 is guided freely on the fabric 3. The teat element 30 still extends a distance into the transfer section. Immediately following is the standing convex stabilization element 40, so that there is a continuous curvature of the transfer path. The fibrous web 1 is held by the web tension due to the curvature and, if present on the negative pressure of the stabilizing element 40, which may be lower than that of the sucker element 30, reliably on the fabric 3 until it is again passed between two fabrics 3 and 4. The driven guide roll 17, which follows the next element in the string loop on the stabilizing element 40, pulls on the fabric 3, so that no compression caused by the braking action of the suction and stabilizing elements.

By means of the convex suction member 31, the fibrous web 1 is taken over on the fabric 4. There must be a sufficient distance between the stabilizing element 40 and the suction element 31 so that shreds and chunks, which may arise, for example, during transfer after a break or a standstill, pass through without damaging the clothing or the surfaces of the suction or stabilizing elements , For this purpose, a safety distance S, measured in the direction of the web travel path, between the end of the fabric-contacting surface of the stabilization element 40 and the beginning of the second sandwich region on the sucker element 31 is provided. The safety distance S is in the 1a further explained.

In order to support the transfer of the fibrous web 1 and to slightly increase the web tension again, the clothing 4 can run faster than the clothing 3, preferably at least 0.2%, particularly preferably at least 0.5% faster. After the sandwich area between covering 3 and 4 again follows a transfer section on which the fibrous web 1 is guided freely on the covering 4. After the sucker element 31, the stabilizing element 41 connects, so that here too the curvature is maintained throughout until the fibrous web 1 between the fabric 4 and 5 is guided to the second press nip 8. Adhering to the fabric 5, the fibrous web 1 is guided to the next transfer point and taken there by the pickup suction roll 10 on the fabric 6 of the next group. The fabric 6 may be, for example, a felt of another press or a dryer fabric of the first dryer group.

Both the arrangement of sucker element 30 and stabilizing element 40, as well as the arrangement of sucker element 31 and stabilizing element 41 represent a device according to the invention. In the first case, the fabric 2 is the web-dispensing, the fabric 3, the web-receiving and the clothing 4, the further clothing. And in the second case, the fabric 3 is the web-dispensing, the fabric 4, the web-receiving and the fabric 5, the further clothing.

In this embodiment, the coverings 2, 3, 4 are preferably felts, and the cover 5 is preferably a semipermeable or water-impermeable transfer belt. The fabric 5 may alternatively be a felt.

In order to reduce the friction between the fabrics and the standing elements, lubricating spray pipes 50,51,52 are provided, which apply low pressure water to the inside of the fabrics just before they are pulled over the standing elements. In order to achieve an even distribution across the width, the spray tube can be equipped with several, possibly overlapping nozzles. It can also be moved oscillating in the transverse direction. In order to be able to set the wrap angles of the clothing on the teat elements and stabilizing elements, individual or all guide rollers 16, 17, 18, 19 should be adjustable and / or pivotable.

1a illustrates the safety distance S, which extends from the point A, the expiration of the fabric 3 from the stabilizing element 40, to the beginning of the second sandwich area, which is formed by the fabric 3 and 4 on the sucker element 31. As a preferred length for the safety distance S, a value between 20 and 150 mm, more preferably between 20 and 100 mm has been found.

In Fig.2 a further embodiment of the invention is shown in which the sucker element 32 has a concave surface. This significantly reduces the friction to the clothing. About the employment or contact pressure on the guide roller 16 of the web travel path is still specified. Subsequent to the sucker element 32, the stabilizing element 42, which has changing radii of curvature, follows directly to keep the required space as small as possible. The transfer of the fibrous web 1 on the fabric 4 is carried out with a concave suction element 33, where it was previously performed in sandwich on the rotating stabilizing element 43. In this configuration, no appreciable speed differences between clothing 3 and 4 are possible.

2a illustrates the safety distance S, which extends from the point A, the expiration of the fabric 3 from the stabilizing element 42, to the beginning of the second sandwich region, which is formed by the fabric 3 and 4 on the stabilizing element 43.

Figure 3 is an embodiment with a convex suction member 30 combined with a rotating roller as a stabilizing element 44. The sucker member 30 is preferably designed so that it is as close as possible to the roller 44 and that the curvature of the transfer path on the roller 44 continues. The roller 44 and suction member 30 may be connected so that the roller 44 is sucked by the suction member 30. They can also be connected in such a way that they can be swung together or moved together. The transfer to covering 4 takes place with a further convex suction element 31. In the subsequent further transfer line the fibrous web 1 is held by a further roller as a stabilizing element 45.

3a illustrates the safety distance S, which extends from the point A, the expiration of the fabric 3 from the stabilizing element 44, to the beginning of the second sandwich region, which is formed by the fabric 3 and 4 on the sucker element 31.

Figure 4 shows a similar embodiment as Figure 3 in which the convex suction elements have been replaced by concave suction elements 32 and 34. The stabilizing elements are again designed as rotating rollers 44, 45.

In Figure 5 is an execution like after Figure 3 shown with convex suction elements 30,31, in which after stabilizing element 45 formed as a roller but still a stabilizing element 46 follows, so that even on the second transfer path, a predominantly or completely curved path running on the fabric 4 results. Thus, the arrangement of suction element 31 and the stabilizing elements 45 and 46 is a device according to the invention.

Figure 6 again shows an embodiment similar to the Figure 4 with concave suction elements 32,34. Here too, the stabilizing element 45 designed as a roller is followed by a stationary stabilizing element 46, so that a predominantly or completely curved path running on the covering 4 also results on the second transfer path. Thus, the arrangement of suction element 34 and the stabilizing elements 45 and 46 is a device according to the invention.

In the Figures 3 . 4 . 5 and 6 is the designed as a rotating roller stabilizing element 44 and the following guide roller 17 is shown with drive. Furthermore, preferably only the rotating stabilizing element 44 or particularly preferably only the guide roller 17 may have a drive in order to ensure sufficient tension both in the Covering as well as in the fibrous web to provide. The convex surface of the stationary stabilizing elements and / or the suction elements can also be formed by a plurality of transversely arranged strips, so that the predominantly curved track running path is achieved in a polygonal course.
