Eine Austauschbarkeit der Schicht ist nicht vorgesehen. From the JP 5 018 057 A is also known a trapezoidal roof element having holes on the side walls of the trapezoidal education of the sheet. These are introduced to the passage of light. On the sheet a transparent layer is applied. The fact that the translucent holes are introduced only in the side walls, it is ensured that they can not pollute. Interchangeability of the layer is not provided.

In modern architecture, especially in halls, large roofs, such as grandstand roofs in stadiums, it is endeavored to allow through the roof construction, the incidence of light. It is known to mount this large-area translucent plastic discs on a support structure of the roof to ensure optimum light transmission. These panels are so strong that they are self-supporting and walkable and can carry snow loads. Due to the constant influence of the weather, the panels become cloudy and cracked after only a few years and are exchanged after a few years of operational use, so that the light is emitted in the desired manner. invades a stadium.

It has been shown that such plate constructions are not optimal both in terms of lighting technology and thermally. The plastic plates let the light and the infrared rays through completely, so that forms a heat accumulation below the surface. In halls such constructions are therefore not used over a large area, as this leads to unwanted warming of the hall by sunlight. Furthermore, the prior art has the disadvantage that the coating is not interchangeable in sheet metal constructions. Roof or wall elements made of sheet metal, which are coated with foil, must therefore, due to the change the surface layer due to the weather, also be replaced. For this purpose, elaborate security measures for the skilled person are required.

Based on the illustrated prior art, the invention has the object, translucent roof or wall elements of the generic type so that the translucent layer is interchangeable, that the elements, even if they have complicated surface shapes, are easy to manufacture and the sheet metal part with the translucent layer needs to be merged only at the installation site. Another object is to produce the compound so that it can be easily detached even after years and the translucent layer is exchangeable, without having to install special safety measures, such as scaffolding or nets for the assembly personnel. Furthermore, a heat insulation is to be made possible to a desired extent.

The invention solves the problem by providing the translucent roof or wall element made of sheet metal according to the technical teaching specified in claim 1.

Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims in detail.

The embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the cover layer consists of a molded body of translucent plastic with side walls which abut at least on the outer side surfaces of the stiffening profiles, wherein the respective side walls are formed such that they end at least below the upper edge of the respective stiffening profile, and that the shaped body is fixed to the sheet metal roof or wall element at least on the outer surfaces of the stiffening profiles.

The stiffening profiles are standing seams and the side walls of the molding are by means of overarching clamp elements on the standing seams under pressure on addition, but a clip element should ensure the desired clamping connection.

The molding may be made of plastic by continuous casting. But it can also be formed from a plastic film. When using such a strand body, it is possible to easily realize a heat insulating layer on the roof. For this purpose, it is provided in a further embodiment that the shaped body is formed of a plurality of layers and consists of at least two interconnected by spacers translucent plastic plates, which are connected to each other by spacers to form at least longitudinal cavities. Instead of the indicated two layers, three layers may be provided, wherein the spacers may be provided continuously or in sections. The spacers may thus be longitudinal ribs which connect the lower layer with the upper layer. The spacers are also made of the same translucent material so that the desired light throughput is given. If the individual roof or wall elements are joined together in the longitudinal direction abutting each other, the shaped bodies can also be connected to one another via sealing lips or sealing tapes in such a way that the heat insulation effect can be improved by vacuuming. Such elements are used in particular for residential roofs and residential walls, while stadium roofing single-layer designs are usually sufficient.

The film used or the support layer of the molding should have at least one thickness which is at least equal to or thicker than the sheet. This ensures that a deformation can be made in a completely similar manner as the sheet and an autarkic shaped body is given. The plate-like arrangements, be it trapezoidal sheets or sheets with longitudinal reinforcement ribs and with projections on raised side walls, can be produced using the same tools, namely roll bending tools, with which the film can be formed into a mold with the same basic shape. The distances of the bending rollers are adjusted so that the material thickness of the sheet is taken into account and also the strength of the film. For the purpose of reshaping this is warmed up before the entry into such a roll bending tool. In the case of flat trapezoidal roof or wall elements, this method can also be used, wherein both the sheet metal body and the shaped body, which is formed from the film, must be cut corresponding to the protruding side walls. This can be done for example by means of a coupled with the roll bending tool laser cutter. A multilayer molded body can also be formed from films with the introduction of intermediate ribs; but cheaper is the production in the plastic injection process with the aid of matrices.

The film is thus spent in the same shape as the sheet metal roof element, so that this is subsequently up or used. This also has the advantage that, for example, sheet roof elements that are not to be provided with holes, can be produced in a conventional manner, so no longer in addition to a Shaped body must be occupied from the transparent film, while the adjacent sheet metal roof element having a plurality of holes in the same arrangement or in sections of other arrangement or in different hole designs to freeforms can then be combined with corresponding moldings. Since form identity exists, usually no pressure-sensitive adhesive is used. However, it may also be advantageous to perform at least partially a lamination during application.

Held the shaped body to the sheet metal roof element is always laterally by means of clamping elements which engage over the protruding sheet metal walls and press with resilient legs, the side walls of the adjacent moldings against the sheet metal walls. The corresponding clip elements can have different shapes and are adapted to the edge formations of the side walls of the sheet metal roof element accordingly. They can run the entire length of the roof or wall elements, which can also have lengths of over 6 m. If the width of the elements is greater than about 40 cm, it is recommended to laminate the shaped body, so that no air flow between the sheet metal roof element and molded body leads to a lifting of the molded body. However, this also depends in each case on the arrangement on a roof or on a wall and on whether a gripping edge of the shaped body encloses the metal sheet or not.

In addition, if the film has nubs on the underside, these nubs may be formed so that they engage in the holes, at least in several holes, the hole arrangements in the sheet, so that there is a latching connection. By the raised side walls, both of the sheet metal roof element and the molding, and by the overlapping zone of the clamping element ensures that no Moisture and no water can enter the gap between the two layers, and it is the interchangeability also guaranteed. The clamp element needs only to be lifted off or pulled off and already the shaped body is exposed, so that it, lifted on one side, can be easily lifted off the roof or wall element and replaced by a new shaped body. The person who is hereby commissioned, does not need to be additionally secured because the roof is freely accessible because the carrying capacity is ensured by the sheet metal roof element anyway. This significantly reduces the cost of exchanging the moldings. If nubs are mounted on the top, the skid resistance is increased.

The advantages that are given by the translucent roof or wall element are known per se. The passing amount of light is z. B. in a breadboard to about 25% limited. Furthermore, a diffuse light distribution is given. Moreover, if the holes are formed by die-cutting so that the cut-outs are angled downwards obliquely, then only a very small part of the light falls directly through the hole, while the major part emerges by reflection through the gap down.

Due to the size and arrangement of the holes, a variety of lighting effects can be realized. This is contrary to modern illumination technology. Furthermore, it has been shown that the generation of heat by infrared radiation is substantially reduced. Thus, such roof or wall elements are particularly suitable for a rainproof roof over a tribune in a stadium, which at the same time ensures that a desired optimal lighting is given in the stands and on the stadium area in the sunshine.

The invention is applicable both to roof structures made of trapezoidal sheets as well as those that can have a variety of forms. In lightweight construction here, for example, aluminum sheets are used, which have a thickness of about 0.3 mm to about 0.6 mm. By Längsverrippungen in the form of tunnel-shaped elevations and the side edges creates a relatively heavy duty sheet metal roof element, which is despite the introduction of the holes tread and can be installed on a substructure and attached to it. On this sheet metal roof element of the likewise available moldings is then placed or laminated and fastened by means of the clip holder both on the sheet metal roof element as the adjacent sheet metal roof element.

Since, for example, the shaped body can be attached to a trapezoidal sheet metal over 5 or 6 trapezoids, it can be seen that the roof can also be fastened to the construction by additional clip elements which can be placed on the shaped body and the trapeze elevation. It can also be provided that where the cross member of the substructure run, the perforations are not provided, so that these zones are not flooded with light. However, if the carriers are small carriers, the holes can contribute to the fact that the substructure does not appear visibly, but only vaguely perceptible by the diffuse light.

By shortening the side walls of the molded body relative to the side walls of the sheet metal body, the sheet metal body may have different configurations on the side walls, for example, inwardly curved beads, which is connectable with a mirror image bead on the adjacent side wall of the next roof or wall element by means of a clamping element. This clamp element is a shaped strand element, for example, made of spring steel or other spring material, including plastic material, and has downwardly projecting legs which press against the side wall of the molding and thus hold it to the side wall of the sheet metal body.

Due to the floating arrangement between the sheet metal roof element and the molded body and by the Anklammerung the molding on the sheet metal roof element, the roof or wall element is also insensitive to heat-induced strain. The greater extent of the sheet relative to the molding is compensated by the floating arrangement. The lateral extent is also compensated by the clip elements, as well as by the construction of the side walls. For relatively wide roof or wall elements, it is advisable to additionally anchor the layer or the shaped body to the metal sheet.

An embodiment, which is not part of the invention, provides that over the width of the sheet at the bottom of at least one upper longitudinal gap forming, open Q or C-shaped channel is formed on the bottom side and that anchoring elements are integrally formed on the underside of the molding , The lateral anchoring profiles are supported in the applied state of the molding on the inner side surfaces of the side walls of the channel. For example, if the anchoring elements are T-shaped and relatively rigid, they can be inserted into the Ω or C channel. But this is not always comfortable with the assembly. Therefore, it is provided in a modification that the anchoring elements are provided continuously or partially and have at least in the insertion direction in the longitudinal gap flexible anchoring profiles. The anchoring profiles are arranged transversely arranged or V-shaped longitudinal ribs, which bear against the center web of the anchoring element when pressed into the longitudinal gap and When setting in the Q or C-shaped channel, position yourself outwards to avoid unintentional removal. Even with large wind loads a secure connection is given, even if the anchoring profiles are bendable to the other side. When loosening the connection, a one-sided lifting of the molded part produces a friction fit only over a short distance, which can be overcome by hand, since the profile is lifted off the sheet in an inclined position.

Studies have shown that in stadium roofing it is essential for the maintenance and growth of the lawn that UV light is allowed to pass through the translucent roof to a sufficient extent. On the other hand, overheating under the roof should be avoided. Therefore, the invention provides in a further embodiment, that when using the roof element for a stadium roofing of the molding at least partially made of UV-transparent plastic or is provided with such a coating and / or provided with an infrared-reflective coating.

Furthermore, the construction has the advantage that the molded body can easily be lifted by the floating support after the removal of the clamp elements, since fixing by gluing after years is practically no longer effective.

The example in FIG. 1 , which is not part of the invention, shows in a section a sheet-metal roof element 5, which has two trapezoidal longitudinal ribs. In the side walls 2 of this trapezoidal formation holes 4, arranged in a certain grid, introduced, is incident through the light into the underlying space. The side walls are straight up and can be connected to a similar roof or wall element. The individual formations are connected via the bottom walls 8. On the finished sheet-metal roof element 5, a molded body 3 is placed, which is a layer 1. This shaped body 3 is made of a translucent film, such as a polycarbonate film or a glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate film, and passes incident light through the holes 4, so that the underlying space is illuminated, but with a weaker light than, for example, directly from the sun in the absence of a Roof or wall element. This is desirable to avoid under-roof heating on the one hand and to provide sufficient diffused light on the other hand to ensure basic brightness and to identify objects, etc., in the room. Since the sheet is opaque, so falls only through the introduced holes 4, the light in the space below.

The molded body 3 is produced in the same technique as the sheet metal body 5, but can also be made as a continuous product by a die running. However, this is only possible if the individual fields with their reinforcing ribs, for example the trapezoidal fields, run in a straight line parallel. For trapezoidal surface or triangular blank forming with rolling tools is essential because its rolling edges are changed when pulling. The side walls will be thereby formed triangular upstanding. These must be trimmed, for example with a laser or another cutting tool, as desired.

It can be seen that the molded body 3, whose side walls 6 are lower than the side walls of the sheet 2, can be applied even on the construction site and that the attachment is floating and by the clamping element 7, which is arranged over the length, on the side walls 2 is held. The legs 11 press when placed on the side walls 6 of the molding 3 and press them against the outer side wall of the sheet 2, so that a secure hold is given and at the same time given over the sheet-like legs a seal. The clamping element 7 is removable, so that the floating body lying body is also easily removable again. The attachment of such a roof or wall element to a roof substructure is done in a known manner. In this case, an attachment can be made in such a way that the sheet metal body 5 is fixed before the molded body 3 is placed.

The holes 4 are provided in the example only in the oblique walls of the trapezoidal sheet and not in the bottom wall 8. This is to ensure a self-cleaning effect, with the side walls are washed off in heavy rain. In principle, however, the holes 4 can also be provided in the bottom wall 8. This depends on the desired architecture. It can be seen that such elements can also be used as wall cladding elements, so that light can also fall over the vertical wall into a room.

FIG. 2 shows a modification, wherein only the sheet metal roof element 5 is shown in excerpts. Here are oval holes 4 cut into the side walls 2 of the sheet. These let the light through a larger area.

In FIG. 3 is a front view of an extract of a roof or wall element shown, in which on the sheet 2, an arcuate Anformung 10 is provided in steps. This arcuate Anformung 10 serves to receive a clamping element 7, which connects two adjacent sheets with the same formations. The clamp element 7 has an obliquely placed leg 11, which rests under tension when joining two roof or wall elements on the side walls 6 of the molded body 3.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment according to the invention, in which the sheet metal roof element 5 with reinforcing projections 12, the rib shape is occupied, and for example, has a width of 1 m and in the surface is trapezoidal, that is narrower at the top than below. This can be realized, for example, a round roofing. The side walls are also provided with projections 10 in order to be able to be connected to adjacent elements of the same type or a similar kind via clip elements. The exemplary embodiment also shows that different hole patterns or hole arrangements can be introduced into the individual sections of the bottom walls 8. They can also be dispensed with, depending on which light effects one wishes or whether a passage of light to the substructure is desired.

FIG. 5 shows the peculiarity that when punching the hole 4 in the sheet metal strip remains unilaterally and bent as a deflection 13 down so that the light can only obliquely through the gap. This example also shows that special lighting effects can be achieved via an embodiment of the holes.

In FIG. 6 In an isometric view, a portion of a roof or wall element is shown, which does not form part of the invention, which consists of a sheet metal roof element 5 having side walls 2 with curved Abschlussanformung 10 at the upper end. The side walls 2 and the formations are part of a standing seam. According to the shape of the clamping element 7 is formed, which is aufdrückbar on the adjacent side walls and the interlocking projections 10 for securing the composite. Before that, the translucent plastic existing bottom wall 9, which is formed in the embodiment of film to form a molded body, placed so that the side walls 6 are held in conjunction with. The peculiarity of this embodiment is that the sheet metal roof element 5 has distributed over the width of two Ω-shaped channels 16 at the bottom and symmetrically distributed over the width, which form a longitudinal slot 19 extending over the entire length. As a result of the longitudinal slot 19, when the bottom wall 9 of the shaped body is placed on it, the anchoring element 17 formed thereon on the bottom side is pressed with the anchoring profile 18 provided at the lower end. In this case, the lateral webs of the anchoring profile 18 initially lie against the middle web and set up in the longitudinal channel 16, so that their ends engage behind the side walls of the Ω-shaped channel in an eventual lifting of the bottom wall 9. The details of this connection are off FIG. 7 , the sectional drawing AA, clearly visible.

The FIGS. 8 and 9 show two examples of a multilayer molded body 3. This consists of a bottom wall 9 and a top-side cover wall 20. Both walls are connected by spacers 14 in the form of longitudinal ribs. Laterally connects the respective side wall portion of the side wall 6, the top wall 20 with the bottom wall. The by the division by means of the spacers formed longitudinal cavities form heat-insulating air chambers. But they can also be vacuum-coated, so that a higher heat-insulating effect is given. The cavities can also be equipped with translucent foil cushions to achieve an additional insulation effect and / or special lighting effects. The execution in Fig. 8 shows the additional anchorage to the bottom wall 8 made of sheet metal by means of integrally formed, Ω-shaped channels 16 and engaging anchoring elements 17. The same are in the side view according to Fig. 5 not to be seen. The clamp elements 7 extending over the formations 10 secure the bond between two adjacent sheet metal roof elements 5 and the standing seam, as has already been described above.
