Claims (14)

  1. Elektrisches Schaltgerät, das in einem Isolierstoffgehäuse angeordnet ist und mindestens eine Phasenleiter-Poleinheit sowie einen Schaltmechanismus (1) umfasst, welche Phasenleiter-Poleinheit eine Lichtbogenlöschkammer (22) zur Begrenzung der Abschaltzone umfasst, wobei die genannte Löschkammer (22) durch eine, in eine Öffnung der genannten Lichtbogenlöschkammer (22) eingesetzte Abdeckung zumindest teilweise gasdicht verschlossen ist und in der genannten Löschkammer (22) ein feststehender Kontakt (6), ein auf einem beweglichen Kontaktträger (8) angeordneter beweglicher Kontakt (7) sowie eine Lichtbogenlöscheinrichtung (32) angeordnet sind, der genannte Schaltmechanismus (1) manuell oder automatisch in eine Ausschaltstellung der Kontakte (6, 7) verbracht werden kann und ein als Lichtbogenhorn bezeichnetes leitendes Teil (34) dazu dient, das elektrische Potential nach oben aus der Lichtbogenlöscheinrichtung (32) herauszuführen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte leitende Teil (34) einen Abschnitt (38) umfasst, der dazu dient, in die genannte, im Umschließungsteil (17) ausgebildete Öffnung (33) der Lichtbogenlöschkammer (22) eingesetzt zu werden und so die genannte Gasdichtigkeit der Lichtbogenlöschkammer (22) zu gewährleisten.
  2. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (38) außerdem gewährleistet, das elektrische Potential nach oben aus der genannten Lichtbogenlöscheinrichtung (32) herauszuführen.
  3. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Poleinheit (3, 4, 5) einen elektrischen Stromkreis und einen Stromverteiler umfasst, der dazu dient, den Strom an den Eingang des genannten Stromkreises zu leiten, sowie dadurch, dass das genannte leitende Teil (34) einstückig (35) mit dem Stromverteiler ausgeführt ist und einen ersten, sogenannten Mittelabschnitt (37), der die Funktion der Stromverteilung gewährleistet, sowie einen zweiten Abschnitt (38) umfasst, der dazu dient, die genannte Gasdichtigkeit der Lichtbogenlöschkammer (22) sowie die Herausführung des elektrischen Potentials nach oben aus der Lichtbogenlöscheinrichtung (32) heraus zu gewährleisten.
  4. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte elektrische Stromkreis eine magnetische Schutzeinrichtung (9) umfasst, wobei der genannte Stromverteiler (37) dazu dient, die Aufteilung des Stroms auf einen Parallelwiderstand zur Einstellung des Nennstroms sowie die magnetische Schutzeinrichtung (9) zu gewährleisten.
  5. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte leitende Teil (34) einen gegenüber dem zweiten Abschnitt (38) angeordneten dritten Abschnitt (39) umfasst, welcher einen Verlängerungsabschnitt darstellt, der dazu dient, elektrisch mit dem Leitungsband (40) verbunden zu werden, derart, dass die Länge dieses Leitungsbands zwischen dem genannten leitenden Teil (34) und dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) verringert wird.
  6. Schaltgerät nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte leitende Teil (34) im Bereich der genannten Öffnung (33) mithilfe von teilweise am leitenden Teil (34) und teilweise am Umschließungsteil (17) ausgebildeten Schnappmitteln (42) am Umschließungsteil (17) befestigt ist.
  7. Schaltgerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Umschließungsteil (17) außerdem Schnappmittel (41) umfasst, die dazu dienen, den als Stromverteiler ausgebildeten genannten Mittelabschnitt (37) des leitenden Teils am Umschließungsteil (17) zu befestigen.
  8. Schaltgerät nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umschließungsteil (17) zur Begrenzung der Abschaltzone außerdem an seiner Unterseite, welche der das leitende Teil (34) aufnehmenden Seite gegenüber liegt, eine Öffnung (31) aufweist, die dazu dient, mindestens einen Teil einer die beweglichen Kontakte (7) des Schaltgeräts tragenden Kontaktträgerwelle (8) aufzunehmen.
  9. Schaltgerät nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Umschließungsteil (17) außerdem Mittel zu seiner Aufnahme und/oder seiner Befestigung (43) auf einer Grundplatte P umfasst, welche Grundplatte P dazu dient, mindestens einen Teil der Einzelteile des Schaltgeräts aufzunehmen.
  10. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Grundplatte P Mittel zur Aufnahme einer Baugruppe mit kinematischen Funktionsteilen umfasst, welche Baugruppe den genannten Schaltmechanismus (1), den/die feststehenden Kontakt/e (6) und den/die Träger (8) der beweglichen Kontakte umfasst.
  11. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine thermische Schutzeinrichtung (10) für den langzeitverzögerten Überstromschutz und/oder eine magnetische Schutzeinrichtung (9) für den unverzögerten Überstromschutz und/oder eine Differenzstrom-Schutzeinrichtung für den Schutz gegen erdschlussbedingte Summenstromfehler zwischen den Phasen der zu schützenden Installation umfasst, welche Schutzeinrichtungen mit dem Schaltmechanismus (1) derart zusammenwirken, dass sie bei Auftreten eines entsprechenden Fehlers die Abschaltung der Kontakte bewirken, und dadurch, dass die genannte Grundplatte P Mittel zur Aufnahme mindestens einer der genannten Schutzeinrichtungen umfasst.
  12. Schaltgerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Umschließungsteil (17) einen Endabschnitt (29) mit drei Wänden (18, 19, 20) umfasst, die einen annähernd quaderförmigen Hohlraum zur Aufnahme einer Lichtbogenlöscheinrichtung (32) begrenzen, derart, dass der Endabschnitt zusammen mit der genannten Grundplatte P eine Lichtbogenlöschkammer (22) bildet, wobei der genannte Endabschnitt an seiner Oberseite eine Öffnung (33), die dazu dient, zumindest teilweise gasdicht durch das genannte leitende Teil (34) verschlossen zu werden, und an seiner Unterseite Befestigungsmittel (43) zu seiner Schnappbefestigung auf der genannten Grundplatte P umfasst.
  13. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das genannte Umschließungsteil (17) einen Mittelabschnitt (28) umfasst, an dessen Unterseite eine Öffnung (31) zur Aufnahme einer die beweglichen Kontakte des Schaltgeräts tragenden Kontaktträgerwelle (8) und an dessen Oberseite Befestigungsmittel (41) zur Befestigung des als Stromverteiler dienenden zweiten Abschnitts (37) des genannten leitenden Teils (34) ausgebildet sind.
  14. Schaltgerät nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Eingangsleistungsschalter ausgebildet ist, der dazu dient, zwischen einem Elektrizitätszähler und einer Schaltanlage installiert zu werden, um so eine Verbraucherinstallation an das elektrische Leitungsnetz anzuschließen.
