Rastgesperre werden in der Regel dazu verwendet, ein Bauteil in einer bestimmten Lage durch eine kraft- und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung festzuhalten. Bei Möbelstücken kommen Rastgesperre in verschiedenen Bereichen zum Einsatz.
In der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 20 2004 006 648 U1 ist beispielsweise ein Rastgesperre in Kombination mit einem Exzenter vorgesehen, das eine stufenweise Höhenverstellung eines die Frontwand einer Schublade haltenden Frontbeschlages ermöglicht. Dabei ist das Rastgesperre in einer der Seitenwände der Schublade angeordnet. Die stufenweise Höhenverstellung wird dadurch realisiert, dass ein Verstellrad flächig an einer Noppen umfassenden Grundplatte anliegt.
In der deutsche Offenlegungsschrift DE 44 14 966 A1 ist ein Rastgesperre offenbart, das im Wesentlichen aus einem U-förmig ausgebildeten Metallteil besteht, wobei zwischen den Schenkeln dieser U-Form eine Gesperrewelle angeordnet ist. Claims (16)

  1. Catching locking mechanism for pieces of furniture (1), comprising an adjustment wheel (2) which has a catch structure (3) at least in some regions, and a mating catch (4) which cooperates with the catch structure (3) of the adjustment wheel (2), wherein the mating catch (4) essentially consists of a sheet-metal part, wherein the mating catch (4) is formed inherently resilient, preferably as a flexible tongue, characterized in that the adjustment wheel (2) is arranged in the plane of the sheet-metal part forming the mating catch (4).
  2. The catching locking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the sheet-metal part is a punched sheet-metal part.
  3. The catching locking mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mating catch (4) is formed as a flexible tongue, characterized in that the flexible tongue is mounted on both sides.
  4. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the catch structure (3) is arranged on the periphery of the adjustment wheel (2).
  5. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the plane of the sheet-metal part forming the mating catch (4) is oriented substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the adjustment wheel (2).
  6. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the mount (5) for the adjustment wheel (2) is formed in the same sheet-metal part as the mating catch (4).
  7. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the mating catch (4) has a thickened portion (6) in the region in which the mating catch (4) cooperates with the catch structure (3) of the adjustment wheel (2).
  8. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the catch structure (3) of the adjustment wheel (2) has protuberances or grooves.
  9. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the mating catch (4) has, at least in some regions, a latching structure (7) that corresponds with the catch structure (3) of the adjustment wheel (2).
  10. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the adjustment wheel (2) has, on one side, a depression (8) for a tool for adjustment of the adjustment wheel (2), wherein the depression (8) is preferably in the form of a hexalobular socket.
  11. The catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the adjustment wheel (2) has, on one side, at least one eccentrically arranged pin (9) or a spiral guide track or guiding groove (10).
  12. A piece of furniture (1), characterized in that the piece of furniture (1) has a catching locking mechanism according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the catching locking mechanism is arranged between a first component (11) and a second component (12) of the piece of furniture (1).
  13. The piece of furniture (1) according to claim 12, characterized in that the catching locking mechanism is secured to the first component (11) of the piece of furniture (1), and the second component (12) of the piece of furniture (1) is connected to the adjustment wheel (2).
  14. The piece of furniture (1) according to claim 13, characterized in that a rotary movement of the adjustment wheel (2) is convertible to a stepwise translational movement of the second component (12) of the piece of furniture (1) in relation to the first component (11) of the piece of furniture (1).
  15. The piece of furniture (1) according to one of claims 12 to 14, characterized in that the piece of furniture (1) comprises at least one drawer (13) having a front wall (14) and side walls (15).
  16. The piece of furniture (1) according to claim 15, characterized in that the catching locking mechanism is arranged in at least one of the side walls (15) of the drawer (13) for adjustment of a front fitting (16) that holds the front wall (14).
