Figure 7 shows a navigation unit 30d and an indication unit 16d. The navigation unit 30d is designed as a relative navigation unit. The navigation unit 30d has a single operating element 32d designed as a touch-sensitive operating surface. A control unit is provided to run through cooking zones 20d, 24d, 22d line by line from left to right when operating element 32d is actuated, the lines being run through from back to front. Alternatively, it is conceivable or adjustable for the cooking zones 20d, 22d, 24d to be passed through in columns. It is also conceivable that the cooking zones 20d, 22d, 24d are run through chronologically according to their set-up time or switch-on time.

Claims (4)

  1. Cooking hob device, in particular induction cooking hob device, having at least one variable cooking area (14), which is provided to form at least one cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) adjusted to at least one positioned item of cookware, having at least one indication unit (16), which is provided to identify at least one selected cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) of the variable cooking area (14), having at least one navigation unit (30), which is provided to select a cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) on the basis of at least one navigation parameter, and having at least one control unit (16), which is provided to select a cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) to be identified at least as a function of inputs which take place by way of the navigation unit (30), characterised in that the navigation unit (30) is embodied separately from the indication unit (16), wherein the navigation unit (30) is embodied as a relative navigation unit, which is provided to select a new cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) in relation to a currently selected cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28), wherein the control unit (18) is provided to select a cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) as a function of an input by way of the relative navigation unit, said cooking zone, viewed clockwise or counter clockwise, being placed to the right, left, rear and/or front of the currently selected cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) or following or preceding the same in a sequencing position, wherein the navigation unit (30) has an individual control element (32c) embodied as a touch-sensitive control area or two control elements (32c, 34c) embodied as touch-sensitive control areas, wherein a first of the control elements (32c) is provided to run through cooking zones (20c, 22c, 24c, 25c) to the right in the lateral direction, wherein after a complete cycle the cooking zone (22c) positioned furthest to the left is begun again cyclically, and a second of the control elements (34c) is provided to run through the cooking zones (20c, 22c, 24c, 26c) in the depth direction from back to front, wherein after a complete cycle, the cooking zone (20c) positioned furthest to the rear is begun again cyclically or has four touch elements (32a, 34a, 36a, 38) embodied as touch-sensitive control areas, each of which represents one of the navigation directions to the right, left, rear and front.
  2. Cooking hob device according to claim 1, characterised by at least one input unit (19), wherein the control unit (18) is provided to adjust operating parameters of the identified cooking zone (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) as a function of inputs which take place by way of the input unit (19).
  3. Cooking hob device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the indication unit (16) is formed by at least one monitor.
  4. Cooking hob with at least one cooking hob device (12) according to one of the preceding claims.
