Claims (15)
- Packing box (B), in particular for fragile objects, comprising two box halves (1, 1 a), referred to respectively as cover and base, each formed from a front wall, on the periphery of which extends a peripheral edge of the said base (1 a) and cover (1), said peripheral edge being provided with slots for the insertion and locking of external connection pieces (5, 6), of which at least a first predetermined number of connection pieces (6) are provided with closure elements for the packing box and a second predetermined number of connection pieces (5) provided with hinge elements for the articulation of a cover edge (1), with one edge corresponding to the base (1a) of the said packing box, characterized in that the peripheral edge comprises a plurality of connection elements (2 to 4, 11), arranged consecutively on the periphery of the base (1a) and cover (1) of the said box (B), a part of the said connection elements (2 to 4, 11) being kept connected as one piece with each other by the external connection pieces (5, 6), the external connection pieces (5, 6) being detachable from the periphery of the box (B) and the connection elements (2 to 4, 11) being capable of being detached from the peripheral edge of the box (B), and for which purpose a first series of connection elements (2 to 4, 11) are arranged at the same height level on the periphery of the box (B) with the said consecutively arranged elements, the said elements of the first series being connected to the base (1a) of the packing box (B).
- Packing box (B) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that at least one second series of connection elements (2 to 4, 11) are superimposed on the connection elements (2 to 4, 11) of the first series, the said elements of the second series being connected to the cover (1) of the packing box (B) and arranged in an inverse manner in relation to the elements (2 to 4, 11) of the first series.
- Packing box (B) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that:- the connection elements (2 to 4, 11) of the first and second series each comprise a longitudinal rib forming a common rib (14) combining the superimposed ribs of the connection elements (2 to 4, 11) of the first and second series, as well as the succession of ribs of the connection elements (2 to 4, 11) of each series,- the mountings of the connection pieces (5, 6) comprise a peripheral outer groove (16) let into each connection element of the first and second series, and- the connection pieces (5, 6) comprise brackets (21) of a shape suitable for encompassing the common rib (14) of the connection elements (2 to 4, 11) of the packing box (B) when the latter is in the closed position, the said brackets (21) being extended by connection bodies (19b, 19c) with two superimposed connection elements, of suitable shape to be inserted into the outer groove (16) let into each of the said associated superimposed connection elements.

- Packing box (B) according to any one of the two preceding claims, characterised in that each pair of connection elements (2 to 4, 11) superimposed on one another comprise an inside groove (15) located opposite the outer groove (16), the consecutive inside grooves (15) of the connection elements (2 to 4,11) extending over the whole of the contour of the said peripheral edge.
- Packing box (B) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the cover (1) and the base (1a) are provided in the interior with a film (7), the said film (7) being put under tension by a retaining element (8) located in the inside groove (15) of the pairs of superimposed connection elements.
- Packing box (B) according to the preceding claim, comprising a sealing joint located in the inside groove (15) of two superimposed connection elements, this joint being arranged such as to ensure the sealing tightness of the packing box (B) in its closed position.
- Packing box (B) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a circular periphery formed by connection elements (11) in a circular arc.
- Packing box (B) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising a triangular, square, rectangular, or polygonal periphery, formed by connection elements (3, 4) essentially rectilinear in their longitudinal direction and angled connection elements (2, 11), comprising two essentially orthogonal or circular arc in shape, said angled connection elements (2, 11) forming a summit of the said periphery.
- Packing box (B) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that each connection element (2 to 4, 11) comprises a curved end (13) covering an edge of the cover or of the base (1, 1a, 1c) of the box (B).
- Packing box (B) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the curved end (13) covering an edge of the cover or of the base (1, 1a, 1c) of the box (B) comprises on its face turned towards the cover or the base (1, 1a, 1c) a projecting part which is pyramidal in shape (9), formed as one piece with the said cover or base (1, 1a, 1c).
- Packing box (B) according to claim 10, characterised in that the curved end (13) covering an edge of the cover or of the base (1, 1a, 1c) of the box (B) comprises on its face turned towards the cover (1) or the base (1 a) at least one eyebolt (10) formed as one piece with the said cover (1) or base (1 a).
- Packing box (B) according to claim 10, characterised in that the said curved end (13) comprises at least one hooking point (10d) formed as one piece directly or indirectly with the said cover or base (1 c).
- Packing box (B) according to claim 10, characterised in that an intermediary connection element (27) is interposed between the connection element (3c) and the cover or base (1c), said intermediary connection element (27) being in the form of a quick-attachment element.
- Method of manufacture of a packing box (B) according to any one of the preceding claims, said box comprising a base (1 a), a cover (1), and a peripheral edge connecting the base (1 a) to the cover (1), the method comprising the following steps:- placement of a first consecutive series of connection elements (2 to 4, 11) partially delimiting the peripheral edge of the box (B) which is to be manufactured,- placement of at least one second consecutive series of connection elements (2 to 4, 11) superimposed on the first series and partially delimiting the peripheral edge of the box (B) which is to be manufactured,- joining to form one piece of at least one connection element (3 or 4) of the first series with a connection element (4 or 3) of the second series,- joining to form one piece of the base (1 a) of the box (B) with at least one element (3 or 4) of the first series and of the cover (1) of the box (B) with at least one element (4 or 3) of the second series.
