Der Deckel 7 liegt dabei auf dem Öffnungsrand 9 des Behältnisses 4 auf und verschließt somit das Behältnis 4. Der Deckel 7 ist auf der vorderen Seite des Kühlschranks 1 mittels der Schwenkachse 21 gelagert. Wie bereits oben erwähnt, ist der Zapfen 15 mit der verschiebbaren Platte 13 fest verbunden, sodass eine Verschiebung der Platte13 horizontal nach hinten ein Anheben der Platte aufgrund der ansteigenden Kulissenbahn 14 bewirkt wird. Die Platte 13 ist mittels einer Nut - Federverbindung 18, 19 an dem Deckel 7 geführt (Fig. 6) sodass die Hubbewegung der Platte 13 den Deckel 7 entsprechend mit anhebt. Mittels der Handhabe 22 wird die Platte 13 bewegt, wobei die Handhabe mit einer Anordnung von Kulissenbahnen 25 und Federmittel 24 und weiteren Funktionsteilen in der Aufnahme 22a im Deckel gehalten ist. Fig. 8 zeigt ferner im Detail eine Adapterleiste 20 mit der Kulissenbahn 14 als perspektivische Schnittdarstellung mit angedeutetem, geschnittenem Deckel 7 und Zapfen 15. Hier ist zu erkennen, dass der Zapfen 15 durch die ansteigende Kulissenbahn sich in der oberen, hinteren Position befindet. Der Deckel 7 ist dabei vom Öffnungsrand 9 des Behältnisses 4 abgehoben bzw. beabstandet und gibt zumindest im hinteren Bereich den Spalt 11 frei. Der Deckel 7 ist auf der vorderen Seite des Kühlschranks 1 mittels der Schwenkachs 21 gelagert. In einer zweckmäßigen Ausführung sind die Adapterleisten 20 an den Seitenwänden lösbar befestigt, sodass die gesamte Deckelanordnung auf einfache Weise mit den Adapterleisten 20 aus dem Kühlraum oder Teilraum herausgenommen und wieder eingesetzt werden kann. Der Taster 22a umfasst zumindest einen Führungszapfen 26, um ihn stabil und zuverlässig innerhalb des Basisteils 22b zu führen.
