Claims (15)

  1. Schließvorrichtung für Fächer oder Räume,
    umfassend eine Mehrzahl von länglichen und annähernd flachen Leistenmitteln (3), deren seitliche Enden mit entsprechenden Seitenbedienmitteln (5) verbunden sind, die die Leistenmittel (3) von einem geschlossenen Zustand (C), in dem die Leistenmittel (3) auf einer geometrischen Schließfläche liegen, in einen geöffneten Zustand (A) bewegen, in dem die Leistenmittel (3) in Bezug auf die geometrische Schließfläche geneigt sind und Seite an Seite in gegenseitigem Kontakt oder in annäherndem Kontakt angeordnet sind, und umgekehrt,
    wobei jedes Leistenmittel (3) eine erste Längskante (11), die im geschlossenen Zustand (C) der Öffnungsrichtung gegenüberliegt, und eine zweite Längskante (13) aufweist, die in der Schließbewegung über die entsprechende erste Kante (11) hinaus kommt, und
    wobei jedes Leistenmittel (3) eine erste Hauptfläche (15) und eine zweite Hauptfläche (17) aufweist, die im geschlossenen Zustand jeweils nach Außen und nach Innen des jeweiligen Fachs oder Raums gewandt sind,
    die Vorrichtung (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster länglicher Grenzstreifen (21) der Leistenmittel (3), der die erste Längskante (11) von jedem Leistenmittel (3) umfasst, in Bezug auf den verbleibenden Bereich der Leistenmittel (3) in solch eine Richtung versetzt oder gebogen ist, dass der erste längliche Grenzstreifen (21) im geschlossenen Zustand (C) innen liegt,
    und dadurch, dass im geschlossenen Zustand (C) die Bedienmittel (5) die Leistenmittel (3) in einen gegenseitigen Abstand bringen, der kleiner ist als die Breite eines Leistenmittels (3), was das Überlappen eines zweiten länglichen Grenzstreifens (25), der die zweite Längskante (13) eines Leistenmittels (3) umfasst, am ersten länglichen Grenzstreifen (21) eines angrenzenden Leistenmittels (3) bewirkt, wobei der erste längliche Grenzstreifen (21) sich in Bezug auf den zweiten länglichen Grenzstreifen (25) im Inneren des Fachs oder Raums befindet.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Hauptfläche (15) unterbrochen ist durch eine längliche Öffnung (27) am Ursprung des ersten länglichen Grenzstreifens (21), die einen länglichen Kanal (29) umfasst, der zu einer länglichen Öffnung (27) führt.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder der erste längliche Grenzstreifen (21) oder der zweite längliche Grenzstreifen (25) längliche Sitze (31) für längliche Dichtmittel (33) zwischen dem ersten (21) und dem zweiten länglichen Grenzstreifen (25) im geschlossenen Zustand (C) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienmittel (5) ein Scherenmittel (35) für jede Seite der Vorrichtung (1) umfassen, das senkrecht zu den Leistenmitteln (3) angeordnet ist, wobei jedes Scherenmittel (35) für jede Leiste (3) ein Paar von ersten (37) und zweiten Armen (39) umfasst, die als Schere durch einen Mitteldrehpunkt (41) mittig und wechselseitig gliedartig verbunden sind und deren Enden am entsprechenden Ende der benachbarten Armpaare (37, 39) durch äußere (43) und innere Drehpunkte (45) gliedartig verbunden sind.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienmittel (5) weiterhin ein Paar von Seitenführungen (49) mit jeweils einem Gleitkanal (51) für Rollmittel (53) aufweisen, die an den vorstehenden Enden der inneren Drehpunkte (45) befestigt sind, wobei jede Seitenführung (49) weiterhin ein flexibles Ringmittel (55) aufweist, das an den Enden der Seitenführung (49) mit einem Riemenscheibenmittel (57, 59) in Eingriff steht und eines der Riemenscheibenmittel (59) ist motorisiert, wobei das Ringmittel (55) mit einem Armpaar (37, 39) verbunden ist, das an einem Ende des Scherenmittels (35) angeordnet ist, wobei das andere äußerste Armpaar (37, 39) in Bezug auf die Seitenführungen (49) unbeweglich ist, wobei jedes Leistenmittel (3) mit einem entsprechenden ersten Arm (37) verbunden ist, dessen Länge kleiner ist als der Abstand zwischen den ersten (11) und zweiten Längskanten (13) des Leistenmittels.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2 und 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder erste Arm (37) ungefähr die Form eines liegenden "S" aufweist und, im geschlossenen Zustand, den entsprechenden inneren (45) und äußeren Stift (43) entsprechend weiter Innen und Außen in Bezug auf den Raum bezogen auf den Mitteldrehpunkt (41) anordnet, wobei jeder erste Arm (37) starr mit einem jeweiligen Seitenende des entsprechenden Leistenmittels (3) verbunden ist, und wobei jeder erste Arm (37) eine Konkavität (61) aufweist, die am seitlichen Auslass des Kanals (29) des entsprechenden Leistenmittels (3) angeordnet ist, um ein Ablaufen von jeglichem Wasser und den Durchfluss davon in einen entsprechenden Auslasskanal (47) zu ermöglichen, der seitlich von oder parallel zur Seitenführung (49) angeordnet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Seitenende von jedem Leistenmittel (3) ein Kipphebelmittel (63) aufweist, das daran fest befestigt ist und mit einem Vorsprung des Mitteldrehpunkts (41) des Scherenmittels (35) auf eine drehbare Weise mittig in Eingriff steht, um die Drehungen der Leistenmittels (3) zumindest im geschlossenen Zustand (C) zuzulassen und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Antriebsmittel (65) umfasst, die in mindestens einer der Seitenführungen (49) angeordnet sind und die dazu bestimmt sind, die Leistenmittel (3) zumindest im geschlossenen Zustand zu drehen.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Kipphebelmittel (63) ein erstes Hakenmittel (67) umfasst, wobei jedes Antriebsmittel ein Stabmittel (69) aufweist, das für jedes Kipphebelmittel (63) ein zweites Hakenmittel (71) aufweist, das mit dem ersten Hakenmittel (67) in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei das Stabmittel (69) zumindest im geschlossenen Zustand (C) durch Bewegungsmittel (75) auf einer gleitenden geometrischen Senkrechten in Bezug auf die geometrische Schließfläche zwischen einer Mehrzahl von Lösepositionen, in denen das erste Hakenmittel (67) und das zweite Hakenmittel (71) ausgerückt sind, und einer Vielzahl von Verbindungspositionen bewegt wird, in denen das erste Hakenmittel (67) und das zweite Hakenmittel (71) miteinander in Eingriff stehen, und wobei die Bewegungsmittel (75), die das Stabmittel (69) bewegen, die Kipphebelmittel (63) und die Leistenmittel (3) drehen zwischen einem verdunkelten Zustand (O), in dem sie auf einer geometrischen Schließfläche liegen, und einem Sonnenblenden-Zustand (F), in dem alle zusammen in Bezug auf die geometrische Schließfläche geneigt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Hakenmittel (67) ein Schlitz ist, der an einem Ende geöffnet ist und in Bezug auf die Seitenführungsmittel (49) geneigt ist, und das zweite Hakenmittel (71) ist ein Stift, der mit dem Schlitz kompatibel ist.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Stabmittel (69) eine Vielzahl von geformten Schlitzen (79) umfasst, die die Form eines offenen "L" mit einem parallelen Arm bezogen auf die entsprechende Seitenführung (49) und einem geneigten Arm aufweisen, wobei jeder geformte Schlitz (79) in einer verschiebbar Weise mit einem entsprechenden Beschränkungsstift (81) in Eingriff steht, der, wenn er aufgrund der Bewegungsmittel (75) vom freien Ende zum gegenüberliegenden Ende des geneigten Arms des entsprechend geformten Schlitzes (79) gleitet, die Annäherung und den Eingriff des zweiten Hakenmittels (71) in die Öffnungen der Schlitze des ersten Hakenmittels (67) und umgekehrt bewirkt, und der, wenn er im parallelen Arm bezogen auf den entsprechend geformten Schlitz (79) gleitet, das Gleiten des zweiten Hakenmittels (71) in das erste Hakenmittel (67) und schließlich die Drehung des Leistenmittels im geschlossenen Zustand und im Sonnenblenden-Zustand bewirkt.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierung des Beschränkungsstifts (81) im Bereich des geneigten Arms des geformten Schlitzes (79) nahe seinem parallelen Bereich das zweite Hakenmittel (71) in Kontakt mit eine Anschlagselement (83) des Kipphebelmittels (63) nahe der Öffnung des ersten Hakenmittels (67) bringt.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß den Patentansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Bewegungsmittel (75) ein erstes Tragemittel (87) aufweist, das am Ringmittel (55) befestigt ist und entlang der entsprechenden Seitenführung (49) gleitet, und in einem Endbereich der Bewegung des Ringmittels (55) in den geschlossenen Zustand (C) in das Stabmittel (69) eingreift.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Tragemittel (87) durch ein erweiterbares nachgiebiges Mittel (89) mit einem zweiten Tragemittel (91) verbunden ist, das entlang der Seitenführung (49) gleitet, und mit dem Armpaar (37, 39) verbunden ist, das an einem Ende des Scherenmittels (35) angeordnet ist, und schließlich mit dem Ringmittel (55) verbunden ist.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende jedes Kipphebelmittels (63) einen Feder-betriebenen Stift (95) aufweist, der elastisch vorstehend in eine entgegengesetzte Richtung im Hinblick auf die entsprechenden Leistenmittel (3) gehalten wird und zumindest im geöffneten (A), geschlossenen (C) und verdunkeltem Zustand (O) dazu bestimmt ist, in ein konkaves Gehäuse (97) einzugreifen, das gebildet oder befestigt ist am Ende des äußeren (43) oder inneren Drehpunkts (45), der dem Scherenmittel (35) zugewandt ist, wobei das konkave Gehäuse (97) ein Fenster (99) aufweist, das dimensioniert und ausgerichtet ist, um den Durchgang des Feder-betriebenen Stifts (95) nur im geschlossenen Zustand (C) zu gestatten.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß den Patentansprüchen 8 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich jedes Kipphebelmittels (63), der sich von der Position des Mitteldrehpunkts (41) in Richtung der zweiten Längskante (13) der Leistenmittel (3) erstreckt, nahezu gerade verläuft, und dass der gegenüberliegende Bereich, zwischen der Position des Mitteldrehpunkts (41) und des Feder-betriebenen Stifts (95), ungefähr die Form eines "S" aufweist, wobei die in Bezug auf die Position des Mitteldrehpunkts (41) am nächsten liegende Schlaufe die offene Schlaufe des ersten Hakenmittels (67) aufweist und die in Bezug auf den Feder-betriebenen Stift (95) am nächsten liegende Schlaufe eine Konkavität (101) ist, die an der Auslass-Seite des Kanals (29) der entsprechenden Leistenmittel (3) angeordnet ist, um das Ablaufen von jeglichem Wasser und den Durchfluss davon in einen entsprechenden Auslasskanal (47) zu ermöglichen, der elastisch in der Seitenführung (49) angelenkt ist.
