Claims (6)

  1. Bouchon de réservoir (1) comprenant :
    - un compartiment (5) comprenant un fond (52) et une paroi latérale (51), ledit fond (52) et ladite paroi latérale (51) étant joints par une ligne fragilisée (55),
    - un poinçon (2) positionné à l'intérieur dudit compartiment (5), comprenant un bord (24) capable de rompre la ligne fragilisée (55) par un mouvement relatif dudit poinçon (2) et dudit compartiment (5),
    - un joint extérieur (6) positionné à l'extérieur dudit compartiment (5), ledit joint extérieur (6) comprenant un élément amovible (61) et un moyen pour empêcher le poinçon (2) de bouger par rapport audit compartiment (5) dans un sens opposé au sens qu'il suit pour rompre ladite ligne fragilisée (55),
    dans lequel :
    - ledit moyen destiné à empêcher le poinçon (2) de bouger dans un sens opposé au sens qu'il suit pour rompre ladite ligne fragilisée (55) comprend un ou plusieurs éléments de butée (70),
    - lesdits un ou plusieurs éléments de butée (70) saillant vers l'intérieur vers le poinçon (2) pour empêcher le poinçon (2) d'être tiré à l'extérieur du bouchon de réservoir (1) avant le retrait de l'élément amovible (61),

  3. Bouchon de réservoir (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit poinçon (2) a une première extrémité creuse comportant une première pointe (25) et une seconde extrémité comportant une bride extérieure (26).
  4. Bouchon de réservoir (1) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits un ou plusieurs éléments de butée (70) créent pour ladite bride (26) une butée supérieure qui empêche ladite bride (26) de s'éloigner du sens qu'elle suit pour rompre ladite ligne fragilisée (55).
  5. Bouchon de réservoir (1) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel ledit élément amovible (61) comprend un moyen pour empêcher ledit poinçon (2) de bouger par rapport audit compartiment pour rompre ladite ligne fragilisée (55), ledit moyen destiné à empêcher le dit poinçon (2) de bouger par rapport audit compartiment (5) pour rompre ladite ligne fragilisée (55) créant une butée inférieure (69) pour ladite bride (26), ladite butée inférieure (69) empêchant ladite bride (26) de se déplacer pour rompre ladite ligne fragilisée (55) avant le retrait de l'élément amovible (61).
  6. Bouchon de réservoir (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite butée inférieure (69) est définie par des nervures espacées circonférentiellement (68) saillant de la surface interne de l'élément amovible (61).
