Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de commande pour déplacer le vantail d'un portail battant, comprenant un corps tubulaire externe (10) s'étendant principalement le long d'un axe longitudinal (X) et ayant une extrémité proximale (10') en mesure d'être fixée de manière articulée sur un montant fixe (3) du portail, une tige mobile (12) s'insérant télescopiquement dans le corps tubulaire externe (10) et ayant une extrémité distale (12") en mesure d'être fixée de façon articulée à un vantail (4) du portail, et un appareil moteur (14) permettant de déplacer ladite tige mobile (12) ;
    la tige mobile (12) ayant une butée en mesure d'agir axialement sur un élément d'arrêt (32) à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire externe (10), assurant ainsi une position d'arrêt limite du dispositif de commande ;
    et dans lequel l'appareil moteur (14) comprend une vis sans fin (16) qui s'étend axialement à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire externe (10) et est susceptible d'être mise en rotation par le moteur (15) de l'appareil moteur, la tige mobile (12) comprenant un corps tubulaire interne (18) placé coaxialement autour de la vis sans fin (16) ainsi qu'une douille de translation (20) assemblée audit corps tubulaire interne (18) et ayant un orifice axial fileté (21) couplé au filetage de la vis sans fin (16), ladite extrémité distale (12") de la tige mobile (12) étant opposée à l'extrémité proximale ouverte (18') du corps tubulaire interne (18) faisant face au montant fixe (3),
    ledit dispositif de commande étant caractérisé par le fait que dans le corps tubulaire externe (16), une gorge longitudinale (24) est prévue au moins près d'une extrémité, ladite gorge longitudinale (24) venant en prise avec un élément de fin de course (30) comprenant ledit élément d'arrêt (32) à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire externe (10), et dans lequel ladite butée de la tige mobile (12) comporte un bossage radial de butée (40) en mesure d'agir axialement sur l'élément d'arrêt (32) de manière à stopper la tige mobile, l'élément de fin de course (30) étant déplaçable le long de la gorge longitudinale (24), de manière à être fixé dans la position axiale souhaitée pour définir une position d'arrêt limite du dispositif de commande ; et dans lequel un élément de protection (60) est placé sur le corps tubulaire externe (10), lequel couvre au moins la portion dudit corps tubulaire où se situent la gorge longitudinale et l'élément de fin de course (30) afférent.
  2. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le bossage radial de butée (40) est pleinement solidaire du corps de la douille de translation (20).
  3. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de fin de course (30) comprend une vis de blocage (34) insérée dans la gorge longitudinale (24), l'élément d'arrêt (32) étant vissé à l'extrémité de la vis de blocage à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire externe, la tête de la vis agissant sur une plaque de verrouillage (36) qui repose sur la paroi externe du corps tubulaire externe (10), de manière à permettre le verrouillage de l'élément d'arrêt (32) à la paroi intérieure du corps tubulaire externe (10) à la suite du vissage de la vis de blocage (34).
  4. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément d'arrêt (32) a la forme d'une plaque et est doté de pointes (32') en mesure de s'accrocher à la paroi intérieure du corps tubulaire externe (10) lorsque l'élément de fin de course (30) est fixé dans la position axiale souhaitée.
  5. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la douille de translation (20) est constituée par deux demi-douilles distinctes (20', 20") insérées dans une extrémité du corps tubulaire interne (18) de la tige mobile (12), le bossage radial de butée (40) étant réalisé dans une portion de la douille de translation (20) demeurant à l'intérieur dudit corps tubulaire interne (18) et faisant radialement saillie à partir de ce corps en passant à travers un orifice (42).
  6. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les deux demi-douilles (20', 20") sont dotées de protubérances radiales anti-rotation supplémentaires (44), par exemple en forme de tenons circulaires venant s'insérer dans des orifices correspondants (45) pratiqués dans le corps tubulaire interne (18) de la tige mobile (12).
  7. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une plaque d'alignement (50) est fixée, par exemple par vissage, sur lesdites protubérances radiales anti-rotation (44) de la demi-douille (20") face à l'élément de fin de course (30) et qui, en se positionnant entre le corps tubulaire interne (18) de la tige mobile (12) et la paroi intérieure du corps tubulaire externe (10), garantit l'alignement correct du bossage radial de butée (40) et de l'élément d'arrêt (32).
