Description

The invention relates to a fire door with folder, which is used in particular for closing traffic openings in commercial and industrial plants.

Are known fire doors with a leaflet that consists of rows arranged and interconnected by hinges, rigid plate sections. When closing and opening these gates, the sections of the sheet are moved in a horizontal direction, with a discharge space must be created laterally of the gate. The individual sections of the sheet are provided with carriages which are adjustably arranged in fixed, horizontally directed rail-like guides. One of the sections of the blade is connected to a traction drive device. From the patent PL 204754 For example, a foldable sectional door with a folder that moves in the vertical direction is known. Its sections are hinged together and fold harmoniously together as the door opens. Each section has a pair of roller carriages which are adjustably mounted in parallel and perpendicular to the sides of the gate mounted rail-like guides. The upper, outermost section of the blade is connected to a lever drive. In one embodiment of this known solution, the door leaf has a Trum drive. A pair of strands are arranged in the region of the guides, with the lower ends of the strands connected to the lower, outermost section of the blade, while weights are suspended at the upper ends of the strands. A similar solution of a foldable sectional door with vertically adjustable folder, which is equipped with a Trumantrieb, is also from the patent PL 204757 known.

A fire door with a folder constructed of rows of hinged sections fitted with adjustable carriages inserted in fixed rail-like guides, at least one of the sections of the sheet being connected to a traction-driving device, is characterized in that in that its blade constitutes an elastic sheath in the form of a continuous strip of fireproof material connected to a set of supporting arms connected by joints. Each of the supporting arms and the associated portion of the shell form a single section of the sheet. The carriages of the sections are connected to every other joint of their supporting arms. In the advantageous invention solution, the sheet is equipped with two horizontally arranged side by side rail-like guides. One of them, namely a linear guide, runs along the wall to be separated, while the other guide has a deflection in its middle part, with its straight end sections being arranged parallel to the linear guide and mutually transversely adjusted. The carriages of the sections of the blade are adjustably inserted in the linear guide and every other supporting arm of the sections has in its central part a roller guide, which is adjustably inserted in the bent guide. The carriage of the front section of the blade is connected to a flexible drive train. This course runs horizontally and is wrapped around two revolving wheels, which are mounted in lateral end areas of the door. The initial portion of the dream is connected to the drum of a winch, and a weight is hung at the vertical end portion of the dream. To ensure control of the movement of the blade when the gate is closed by gravity, the initial section of the boot is pulled through by a closing speed regulator. The drum of the winch is equipped with an electromagnetic locking gripper. When the door is closed, the front section of the door is closed a castle interlocked, which is installed at its opening. In another invention solution, the elastic leaflet of the door moves in the vertical direction. This blade is equipped with two fixed linear guides for carriages arranged vertically on the sides of its sections. Their hinged connections are formed by horizontal bars which are connected to each other by joints with the leaf cover. On each beam, a pivotable supporting arm is mounted radially, wherein the ends of the adjacent arms are connected by joints. Each second beam has at its ends a pair of carriages which are adjustably inserted in linear guides. Both ends of each beam have transverse openings through which drive strands are threaded. The lower ends of the strands are attached to the lower outermost bar of the blade and their upper ends are connected to the drums of the winch. From the upper parts of the guides protrudes an arc-shaped curved guide piece, on which rest with their joints, the ends of the pivotable arms of the beams. In the advantageous detailed solution, the beams connected to the door jacket are freely mounted in arc-like holders, which are attached to the surface of this shell. Through the use of a sheet in the form of a seamless, elastic sheath, the fire door according to the invention is characterized by a relatively low weight and does not require the formation of spacious discharge areas laterally and above the gate.

The fire protection door according to the invention has a horizontally movable foldable sheet 1 , which is an elastic sheath 2 in the form of a gap-free strip of fireproof material. The jacket 2 has a multilayer structure and consists of layers of glass wool and metal foil, which are covered with a fireproof fabric. The sheet 1 is arranged in rows and connected by hinges sections 3 , 3 ' . The jacket 2 is connected to a set of supporting arms 4 , which are interconnected by joints 5 . Each supporting arm 4 and the associated portion of the shell 2 form a single section 3 , 3 'of the sheet first The sections 3 , 3 ' have carriages 6 , 6', which are connected to each second joint 5 of the supporting arms 4 . The sheet 1 has two horizontal, side-by-side rail-like guides 7 and 8. The first of these, namely a linear guide 7 , runs along the wall 9 to be separated. The second guide 8 has in its central part a deflection 10 , wherein their straight end portions 11 , 12 are arranged parallel to the linear guide 7 and mutually displaced in the transverse direction. In the linear guide 7 adjustable carriages 6 , 6 'of the sections 3 , 3' are used. At the side of the guide 7 slidably abuts the upper edge of the shell 2 , which is attached to the next supporting arms 4 . Each second supporting arm 4 has in its central part a roller guide 13 which is adjustably inserted in the bent guide 8 . The carriage 6 'of the previous section 3' is connected to the central portion 15 of a flexible driving run 14 in the form of a rope. The strand 14 is horizontal and is wrapped around two rollers 16 , which are mounted in lateral end areas of the door. The initial portion 17 of the dream 14 is pulled through a friction operated regulator 18 of the closing speed of the sheet and connected to a drum winch 19 . Your drum is provided with an electromechanical locking gripper 20 . At the vertically drooping end portion 21 of the Trumes 14 , a weight 22 is suspended. In the closed state of the door, the front section 3 'of the sheet 1 is interlocked with a lock 23 which is installed at its opening 24 . To open the gate, the winch 19 is actuated, which then winds the strand 14 on its drum. The moving strand 14 pulls the carriage 6 'of the front section 3' and with them more carriages 6 and the other sections 3 of the sheet 1 with the arm 4 of the initial section 3 is clamped to a stationary axis 32 , the next the opening 24 of the door is attached. In the first phase of this movement, the separation of the lock 23 , with the sheet 1 is held, the carriage 6, 6 ' and the roller guides 13 of the sections 3 , 3' parallel to the linear guide 7 and the straight portion 11 of move along curved guide 8 along. In the deflection region 10 , the roller guides 13 of the sections 3 , 3 ' move away from the linear guide 7 , causing the adjacent arms 4 of the sections 3 , 3' to buckle in the joints 5 by causing the associated sections of the casing 2 to fold. When all the folded sections 3 , 3 'of the sheet 1 are collected on the side of the opened gate, the winch 19 is turned off. To close the gate, the gripper 20 of the drum of the winch 19 is released, whereby the strand 14 can be unwound under the action of a weight 22 . During the return movement of the Trumes 14 drive the carriage 6 , 6 ' with the sections 3 , 3' in the direction of its original position until the sheet 1, the opening 24 of the door completely closes and the front carriage 6 ' causes the closure of the lock 23 , The speed of the return movement of the sheet 1 is by the friction-operated Regulator 18 is restricted, through which the initial portion 17 of the dream is pulled through. In the solution of a drop-down gate, its foldable sheet 1a also constitutes an elastic sheath 2a in the form of a continuous strip of fireproof material. The sheet 1a has two fixed linear guides 7a which are stretched perpendicularly to the sides of its sections 3a . In the interior of these guides carriages 6a of the sections 3a are used. Their hinge connections are formed from horizontal bars 25 , which are connected by joints with the jacket 2a of the sheet 1a . The beams 25 are transverse to the blade 1a and are mounted freely in arcuate brackets 26 which are attached to the surface of its shell 2a . On each beam 25 , a pivotable supporting arm 27 is mounted radially. The ends of the adjacent supporting arms 27 are connected to each other by joints 5a . In contrast, the ends 28 of each second beam 25 are provided with a pair of carriages 6a which are adjustably mounted in the guides 7a . Both ends 28 of each beam 25 have transverse openings 29 through which driving strands 14a are threaded. The lower ends of both strands 14a are secured to the lower, outermost beam 25 of the blade 1a and their upper ends are connected to the drums 30 of the winch. From the upper part of one of the guides 7a protrudes an arc-shaped curved guide piece 31 , on which are based with their joints 5a, the ends of the pivotal supporting arms 27 of the individual beams 25 . The opening of the herunterlassbaren gate is carried out by operation of the winch on the drums 30, the driving strands 14 a are wound. As a result, the lower section 3a of the blade 1a connected thereto and the higher sections are lifted up, the carriages 6a rolling inside the guides 7a . The jacket 2a of the sheet 1a is held in a vertical position with mutual, flat guide pieces 33 , 34 . When the carriages 6a of the next sections 3a come to the height of the bow-shaped guide piece 31 , the adjacent arms 27 buckle Beam 25 in their joints 5a and pivot into the guide piece 31 , thereby causing the folding of the associated portions of the shell 2a . When the sheet 1a is fully lifted, the folded sections 3a are jammed one above the other above the gate light and the drums 30 of the winch are stopped by electromagnetic grippers not shown in the drawing. The possibilities of implementing the invention are not limited to the illustrated example. If the leaves of the drop-down gates have small dimensions and are relatively light, a manual drive can be used for their opening and closing, for example using a handle which is attached to the beam of the lower section. In this case, it is appropriate to additionally use counterweights not shown in the drawing, which are connected to the driving strands.
