Definitions
- the present invention relates to a handheld power tool that enables various modes of operation.
- the different modes of operation include two or more of the following examples: a purely chiseling operation, a hammer drilling operation, a purely rotary / drilling operation, two different speeds, etc.
- a user can select the operation modes by means of a selector switch.
- the selector switch interacts with a transmission and disconnects and mechanically opens corresponding drive trains.
- Hand tool has a switchable transmission component, which is actuated by a selector switch.
- the transmission component is transferable along a first direction from a first operating position to a second operating position and in a second direction, typically opposite to the first direction, traceable back to the first operating position.
- the selector switch has a first shift position associated with the first operating position of the transmission component and a second shift position associated with the second operating position of the transmission component.
- the selector switch can be moved between the first switching position and the second switching position, wherein intermediate positions are taken. The intermediate positions are not assigned to an operating position of the transmission component.
- a resilient entrainment coupling is coupled between the selector switch and the transmission component in such a way that when the selector switch is moved from the first switching position into the second switching position, a spring of the entrainment coupling forces the transmission component in the first direction.
- the resilient entrainment coupling can also force the transmission component in the second direction with the same or different spring when moving the selector switch from the second switching position to the first switching position.
- a locking bolt is forcibly coupled to the selector switch. The locking bolt is in the intermediate positions of the selector switch in an inhibiting Bar position offset, in which the locking bar inhibits a displacement of the transmission component from the first operating position to the second operating position.
- the locking bolt in the intermediate positions can also inhibit a displacement of the transmission component from the second operating position into the first operating position. If the selector switch is in the first switching position or the second switching position, the locking bolt is in a releasing locking position, in which the locking bolt does not inhibit an offset of the transmission component.
- the driving coupling and its internal spring are clamped by the user by pressing the selector switch.
- the spring tension is released only when the selector switch reaches one of the switching positions. In the switching position, the spring relaxes completely or at least partially by the transmission component is moved.
- the lock bar locks and the transmission component remains in its previous operating position. The user will intuitively recognize that the selector switch is not yet sufficiently far, i. until a next shift position is moved.
- the spring can be designed so strong that the reaction of the spring pushes back the selector switch to its previous switching position when the user releases the selector switch.
- the selector switch preferably engages in the switching positions and has no latching intermediate positions.
- a locking body may be provided on a housing of the power tool. The locking body locked in the first switching position and in the second switching position with the selector switch and in any of the intermediate positions.
- the selector switch has, for example, in its outer surface two along the direction of movement of the selector switch offset recesses into which engages the pawl. Between the depressions, the outer surface is smooth.
- the locking body is realized for example by a leaf spring with a nose.
- the latch may be provided on the selector switch and the recesses on the housing.
- the selector switch may be movable in a direction oblique or perpendicular to the first direction, ie the direction of movement of the transmission component in order to achieve the first and second switching positions.
- the locking bar may also be movable obliquely or perpendicular to the first direction between inhibiting positions and the releasing positions.
- the selector switch is rotatable about an axis.
- the locking latch is mounted eccentrically to the axle on the selector switch. The selector also rotates the locking bar about the axis.
- the transmission component has a locking pin, at its side facing in the first direction, preferably also on the opposite side, the locking bolt can rest in the inhibiting bolt positions.
- the latch bar In the releasing latch positions, the latch bar is fully offset in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gear component with respect to the pin, i. without overlap in a projection on a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement.
- the locking pin is guided in a change from the first operating position to the second operating position along a first trajectory.
- the locking bolt is guided in a change from the first switching position to the second switching position along a second trajectory.
- the first trajectory and the second trajectory cross each other. This results in the inhibiting bolt positions in the intermediate positions of the selector switch.
- the pin bears against the locking bar in the first direction and is urged by the spring in the first direction.
- These inhibiting bolt positions arise when the transmission component is still in the first operating position.
- the other locking positions of the pin is against the first direction of the locking bolt and is acted upon by the spring counter to the first direction. These other locking positions arise when the transmission component is still in the second operating position.
- the rotating locking bolt is preferably non-rotatably connected to the selector switch.
- the transmission component has a protruding locking pin, which occupies a second distance to the axis in the first operating position and a third distance to the axis in the second operating position.
- the first distance of the locking bar to the axis is less than the second distance and greater than the third distance.
- the locking bolt may preferably come to rest on both opposite sides of the locking pin. A lock in both directions through the one locking pin and the locking bolt is possible. Furthermore, a movement of the selector switch is unobstructed by the locking pin and the locking bolt.
- the rotating locking bar has a first stop face opposite the first direction which is at the first distance from the axis.
- the pin has a second stop surface pointing in the first direction, wherein the second stop surface is at a second distance to the axis in the first operating position and at a third distance from the axis in the second operating position.
- the location and dimension of the pin are designed so that the second distance is less than or equal to the first distance and the third distance are greater than the first distance.
- Pin and locking bolt can be designed symmetrically for the first direction of movement opposite direction of movement.
- the locking bar has a third stop surface pointing in the first direction, which is at a fourth distance from the axis.
- the pin has a counter to the first direction facing fourth stop surface accordingly.
- the fourth stop surface is in the first operating position at a fifth distance to the axis and in the second operating position at a sixth distance from the axis. Arrangement and dimensions of the pin and the bolt are such that the fifth distance is greater than or equal to the fourth distance and the sixth distance is less than the fourth distance.
- the dimensions may be selected in a preferred embodiment as follows.
- the first stop surface and the first stop surface facing away from the third stop surface of the locking bar are in a seventh distance, the seventh distance corresponds to the width of the pin.
- An eighth distance is defined as the distance between the second stop surface in the second operating position and the second stop surface facing away fourth stop surface of the locking bolt in the first operating position.
- the eighth distance corresponds to the sum of the width of the locking bolt and the displacement of the transmission component.
- the eighth distance is greater than the width of the locking bar. This ensures that in the operating positions, the resilient entrainment coupling shifts the pin from the pivoting range of the locking bar.
- the operation of the rigidly connected to the locking bar selector switch is hindered by the pin in any position.
- the driving coupling has a turntable rotatable about the axis.
- the spring is firmly connected at one end to the selector switch and at another end to the turntable.
- An eccentric finger on the turntable engages in a running obliquely or perpendicular to the first axis backdrop on the transmission component.
- the spring is preferably concentric to the axis arranged coil spring. The spring can be deflected from a rest position in a first direction of rotation about the axis and in a direction opposite to the first direction of rotation second rotation, the spring biasing.
- An embodiment provides that a ninth distance of the eccentric finger to the axis is less than the first distance of the locking bar to the axis.
- One embodiment provides that the switchable transmission component in the first operating position a gear pairing in engagement and in the second operating position the Gear pairing out of engagement sets.
- One of the gears may be rotatably supported about the first direction on the transmission component.
- the hand tool machine may include a turning operation in the first operating position and a purely chiseling operation in the second operating position.
- the hand tool is for example a hammer drill with a pneumatic hammer mechanism.
- the two operating positions may serve to set two different speeds of an output spindle, e.g. in an electric screwdriver, a motor-driven saw or a grinding or drilling machine tool, especially in a hand-held machine tool.
- Fig. 1 schematically shows a hammer drill 1 as an example of a chiseling hand tool .
- the hammer drill 1 has a tool holder 2, in which a shank end 3 of a tool, for example one of the drill bit 4, can be used.
- a primary drive of the hammer drill 1 is a motor 5, which drives a striking mechanism 6 and an output shaft 7 .
- a user can guide the hammer drill 1 by means of a handle 8 and take means of a system switch 9, the hammer drill 1 is in operation.
- the hammer drill 1 rotates the drill bit 4 continuously around a working axis 10 and thereby beats the drill bit 4 in the direction of impact 11 along the working axis 10 in a substrate beat.
- the output shaft 7 is decoupled from the engine 5 .
- the striking mechanism 6 is, for example, a pneumatic striking mechanism.
- An exciter 12 and a racket 13 are movably guided in the striking mechanism 6 along the working axis 10 .
- the exciter 12 is coupled via an eccentric 14 or a wobble finger to the motor 5 and forced to a periodic, linear movement.
- An air spring formed by a pneumatic chamber 15 between exciter 12 and racket 13 couples a movement of the racket 13 to the movement of the exciter 12 at.
- the racket 13 can strike directly on a rear end of the drill bit 4 or indirectly transfer part of its pulse to the drill bit 4 via a substantially resting intermediate racket 16 .
- the exciter 12 and the bat 13 may be pistons which slide in a guide tube 17 .
- the motor 5, the striking mechanism 6 and preferably the other drive components are arranged within a machine housing 18 .
- An electrical power supply takes place via a mains connection or by means of a battery pack.
- the hammer drill 1 has a selector switch 20 with which a user can decouple or couple the output shaft 7 from the motor 5 .
- the exemplary output shaft 7 can be coupled or disengaged by means of the selector switch 20 with a driving pinion 22 .
- Fig. 2a shows several transmission components and the selector switch 20 in side view.
- the schematically illustrated machine housing 18 is cut open.
- Fig. 2b shows the transmission components in a section along the folded plane BB in Fig. 2a , The plane BB passes partially through the working axis 10 and then offset by an area in which the selector switch 20 engages one of the transmission components.

- the selector switch 20 When changing from the first shift position 24 to the second shift position 26 , the selector switch 20 passes through a plurality of intermediate or transition positions 27, two of which are shown as examples.
- a first intermediate position 27 results when changing from the first switching position 24 to the second switching position 26, the selector switch 20 is exemplarily half way between the two switching positions 24, 26 shown ( Fig. 4a to 4e ).
- the hammer drill 1 is in the first operating position 23.
- the second intermediate position 28 also shows the selector switch 20 halfway between the first shift position 24 and second shift position 26, only this time when moving from the second shift position 26 (FIG. Fig. 5a to 5e ).
- the hammer drill 1 is in the second operating position 25th
- the driving pinion 22 is here exemplified by a bevel gear realized (the teeth are not shown for the sake of simplicity), which rotates about the working axis 10 .
- the pinion 22 meshes with the drive side with another bevel gear 29.
- the two bevel gears 22, 29 are immovably mounted in the machine housing 18 along the working axis 10 .
- the pinion 22 has on its pointing in the direction of impact 11 end face 30 a plurality of claws 31.
- the jaws 31 opposite a movable along the working axis 10 ring gear 32 is rotatably mounted about the working axis 10 .
- a pinion 22 facing end face 33 of the ring gear 32 is provided with the claws 31 corresponding counterparts 34 such that the claws 31 can engage in these counterparts 34 ( Fig. 3 ).
- the ring gear 32 may be displaced from the pinion 22 at least by a distance 35 to disengage the claws 31 and counterparts 34 ( Fig. 2a ).
- the ring gear 32 has an axially extending toothing, which meshes with the output shaft 7 .
- the ring gear 32 is connected to a shift linkage 36 which transmits the action of the selector switch 20 to the ring gear 32 .
- the shift linkage 36 is movable along the working axis 10 .
- a pin 37 engages in the ring gear 32 in order to transmit the movement of the selector switch 20 in a first switching direction 38 and an opposite second switching direction 39, here both parallel to the working axis 10 of the shift linkage 36 to the ring gear 32 .
- the shift linkage 36 is tubular and mounted on the guide tube 17 .
- the shift linkage 36 and the guide tube 17 are preferably movable relative to each other along the working axis 10 .
- the pinion 22 is hollow and placed on the tubular shift linkage 36 .
- the shift linkage 36, the pinion 22 pass through without affecting the rotational movement of the pinion 22 .
- the shift linkage 36 may be materially or rigidly connected to the ring gear 32 .
- the linkage 36 has a link 40.
- the link 40 is inclined to the switching direction 38 of the shift linkage 36, in the example executed perpendicular to the working axis 10.
- a first web 41 bounded with a tread 42, the link 40 in the switching direction 38 and a second Web 43 limited with a tread 44, the gate 40 against the switching direction 38.
- the two running surfaces 42, 44 are preferably parallel to each other, ie the link 40 has along its course a constant width.
- the course can be straightforward, for example.
- a running direction 45 of the guide 40 can, as shown, be inclined substantially exactly perpendicular to the switching direction 38 or to this, for example, be inclined between 45 degrees and 80 degrees.
- the gate 40 is formed by a groove in the shift linkage 36 .
- the shift linkage 36 has a locking pin 46 which is arranged at a fixed distance 47 to the link 40 .
- the locking pin 46 is preferably offset in the switching direction 38 or in the opposite direction 39 by the distance 47 to the gate 40 .
- the locking pin 46 has a pointing in the switching direction 38 first stop surface 48.
- On an opposite side of the locking pin 46 has a second stop surface 49 which points in the opposite direction 39 .
- the stop surfaces 48, 49 are preferably parallel to the running direction 45 of the link 40, ie to the running surfaces 42, 44.
- a width 50 of the locking pin 46 ie a distance 50 of the first stop surface 48 to the second stop surface 49 along the switching direction 39, is less than the distance 35 about which the ring gear 32 is slidable relative to the pinion 22 for coupling and decoupling.
- the link 40 is preferably longer than the locking pin 46th
- the selector switch 20 has a switching pin 60, which engages in the link 40 .
- the switching pin 60 runs along a given by the selector switch 20 track 61.
- the trajectory 61 is inclined to the course of the link 40 , whereby a movement of the switching pin 60 in a force on the shift linkage 36 along one of the switching directions 38, 39 results. If a movement in the switching direction 38, 39 of the shift linkage 36th is unrestrained, the shift linkage 36 moves due to the force in the selected switching direction 38, 39th
- the selector switch 20 has a driving coupling 62, which frictionally but not rigidly couples a gripping body 63 gripping the user with the switching pin 60 .
- the driving coupling 62 includes a force-storing element, for example a mechanical spring 64.
- One end 65 of the spring 64 is rigid with the handle body 63 and another end 66 of the spring 64 is rigidly connected to the switching pin 60 .
- Due to the driving coupling 62 the switching pin 60 follows in the operating direction 67 of the grip body 63. If the movement of the switching pin 60 is inhibited, the force applied when the grip body 63 is rotated is stored in the driving coupling 62 . When the inhibition is released, the switching pin 60, the movement of the handle body 63 driven by the driving coupling 62 after.
- two springs may be integrated in the selector switch 20 .
- one of the springs is tensioned upon actuation of the selector switch 20 in the first actuation direction 67
- the other spring in the first actuation direction 67 is decoupled from the gripping body 63 or the turntable 68 .
- the other spring is tensioned and the one spring remains unloaded.
- the spring is also preferably a metallic spring to achieve a high spring constant in a small space. But it can also be an elastic or feathers made of a plastic used.
- the illustrated selector switch 20 is a rotary switch whose handle body 63 is rotatable about an axis 70 .
- the selector switch 20 is fixed to the machine housing 18 and the axis 70 relative to the machine housing 18 immovable, in contrast to the shift linkage 36 and the ring gear 32nd
- An exemplary structure of the selector switch 20 includes a turntable 71 which is rotatable about the axis 70 relative to the handle body 63 .
- the turntable 71 may be guided in a cylindrical housing 68 of the selector switch 20 .
- the eccentric switching pin 60 is disposed on the turntable 71 .
- the force-transmitting and force-storing element of the driving coupling 62 is a spring 64, preferably a to the axis 70 coaxially arranged coil spring.
- the one end 65 of the spring 64 is rigid with the handle body 63 and the other end 66 of the spring 64 is rigid with the turntable 71st connected.
- a rotation of the handle body 63 causes a torsion of the spring 64, which causes an immediate or delayed in inhibition rotation of the turntable 71 .
- the selector switch 20 has a locking bar 72, which is arranged immovably relative to the handle body 63 .
- the locking bolt 72 is thus forcibly guided by the selector switch 20 , ie the locking bolt 72 always follows immediately the movement of the handle body 63, in contrast to the force-coupled switching pin 60.
- the switching pin 60 and the locking bolt 72 are decoupled via the driving coupling 62 .
- the locking bar 72 moves along a trajectory 73 which is inclined relative to the switching directions 38, 39 .
- the locking bolt 72 is guided along a circular trajectory 73 with respect to the axis 70 .
- the locking bar 72 has a first blocking surface 74 pointing to the axis 70 and a blocking surface 75 facing away from the axis 70.
- a width 76 of the locking bar 72 ie a distance between the first blocking surface 74 and the second blocking surface 75, is less than the distance 35 the sum over the width 50 of the locking pin 46 and the width 76 of the locking bolt 72 is slightly lower, for example 5% to 10%, than the distance 35th
- the selector switch 20 is arranged such that the trajectory 73 of the locking bolt 72 a along the switching directions 38, 39 extending trajectory 77 of the locking pin 46 crosses.
- the trajectory 77 of the locking pin 46 can be given to a fixed point on the machine housing 18 , for example, the axis 70 of the selector switch 20.
- the locking pin 46 is in the first operating position 23 at a first distance 78 to the axis 70 and in the second operating position 25 in a second distance 79.
- the two distances 78, 79 are measured parallel to the switching direction 38 .
- the first distance 78 is greater than the second distance 79.
- the stroke, ie the difference between the two distances 78, 79 corresponds to the distance 35.
- At the first switching position 24 ( Fig. 2a to 2e ) is the locking bar 72 relative to the locking pin 46 as far as perpendicular to the switching direction 38 offset that locking pin 46 and locking bolt 72 in a projection on a plane perpendicular to the switching direction 38 does not overlap. Ergo, the shift linkage 36 unrestrained by the locking bolt 72 are moved in the switching direction 38 . Similarly, in the second switching position 26 ( Fig. 3a to 3e ) of the locking pin 46 and the locking bar 72 projected onto the plane without overlap. The shift linkage 36 can move freely through the locking bar 72 in the opposite direction of switching 39 .
- a length 80 of the locking pin 46 ie its dimension along the trajectory 73 of the locking bar 72, is slightly less than a distance 81 from the locking bar 72 in the first switching position 26 to the locking bar 72 in the second switching position 26.
- the difference is preferably in the range between 5% and 10%.
- the locking bolt 72 intersects the trajectory 77 of the locking pin 46.
- An exemplary intermediate position 27 shows Fig. 4a to 4e ,
- the locking bar 72 is located on the second locking surface 75 at the first stop surface 48 of the locking pin 46th
- the movement is inhibited in the first switching direction 38 of the locking pin 46 and thus of the shift linkage 36 . Therefore, the shift linkage 36 remains in the first operating position 24.
- the spring 64 of the driving coupling 62 is tensioned when operating the grip body 63 .
- the switching pin 60 is acted upon by the spring 64 and pushes in the first switching direction 38 against the gate 40.
- the inhibition is released when the user, the handle body 63 is further rotated to the second switching position 26 .
- the driving coupling 62 discharges and pushes the shift linkage 36 in the first switching direction 38 until the second operating position 25 is reached ( Fig. 3a to 3e ).
- the locking bolt 72 On the way from the second shift position 26 into the first shift position 24, the locking bolt 72 likewise crosses the trajectory 77 of the locking pin 46 in several intermediate positions 28 (FIG. Fig. 5a to 5e ).

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a handheld power tool that enables various modes of operation. The different modes of operation include two or more of the following examples: a purely chiseling operation, a hammer drilling operation, a purely rotary / drilling operation, two different speeds, etc. A user can select the operation modes by means of a selector switch. The selector switch interacts with a transmission and disconnects and mechanically opens corresponding drive trains.
Hand tool has a switchable transmission component, which is actuated by a selector switch. The transmission component is transferable along a first direction from a first operating position to a second operating position and in a second direction, typically opposite to the first direction, traceable back to the first operating position. The selector switch has a first shift position associated with the first operating position of the transmission component and a second shift position associated with the second operating position of the transmission component. The selector switch can be moved between the first switching position and the second switching position, wherein intermediate positions are taken. The intermediate positions are not assigned to an operating position of the transmission component. A resilient entrainment coupling is coupled between the selector switch and the transmission component in such a way that when the selector switch is moved from the first switching position into the second switching position, a spring of the entrainment coupling forces the transmission component in the first direction. The resilient entrainment coupling can also force the transmission component in the second direction with the same or different spring when moving the selector switch from the second switching position to the first switching position. A locking bolt is forcibly coupled to the selector switch. The locking bolt is in the intermediate positions of the selector switch in an inhibiting Bar position offset, in which the locking bar inhibits a displacement of the transmission component from the first operating position to the second operating position. Furthermore, the locking bolt in the intermediate positions can also inhibit a displacement of the transmission component from the second operating position into the first operating position. If the selector switch is in the first switching position or the second switching position, the locking bolt is in a releasing locking position, in which the locking bolt does not inhibit an offset of the transmission component.
The driving coupling and its internal spring are clamped by the user by pressing the selector switch. However, the spring tension is released only when the selector switch reaches one of the switching positions. In the switching position, the spring relaxes completely or at least partially by the transmission component is moved. However, if the user stops the selector switch in an intermediate position, the lock bar locks and the transmission component remains in its previous operating position. The user will intuitively recognize that the selector switch is not yet sufficiently far, i. until a next shift position is moved. The spring can be designed so strong that the reaction of the spring pushes back the selector switch to its previous switching position when the user releases the selector switch.
The selector switch preferably engages in the switching positions and has no latching intermediate positions. A locking body may be provided on a housing of the power tool. The locking body locked in the first switching position and in the second switching position with the selector switch and in any of the intermediate positions. The selector switch has, for example, in its outer surface two along the direction of movement of the selector switch offset recesses into which engages the pawl. Between the depressions, the outer surface is smooth. The locking body is realized for example by a leaf spring with a nose. Likewise, the latch may be provided on the selector switch and the recesses on the housing.
The selector switch may be movable in a direction oblique or perpendicular to the first direction, ie the direction of movement of the transmission component in order to achieve the first and second switching positions. The locking bar may also be movable obliquely or perpendicular to the first direction between inhibiting positions and the releasing positions. In a preferred embodiment, the selector switch is rotatable about an axis. The locking latch is mounted eccentrically to the axle on the selector switch. The selector also rotates the locking bar about the axis.
According to one embodiment, the transmission component has a locking pin, at its side facing in the first direction, preferably also on the opposite side, the locking bolt can rest in the inhibiting bolt positions. In the releasing latch positions, the latch bar is fully offset in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gear component with respect to the pin, i. without overlap in a projection on a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement. The locking pin is guided in a change from the first operating position to the second operating position along a first trajectory. The locking bolt is guided in a change from the first switching position to the second switching position along a second trajectory. The first trajectory and the second trajectory cross each other. This results in the inhibiting bolt positions in the intermediate positions of the selector switch.
In one of the inhibiting bolt positions, the pin bears against the locking bar in the first direction and is urged by the spring in the first direction. These inhibiting bolt positions arise when the transmission component is still in the first operating position. In the other locking positions of the pin is against the first direction of the locking bolt and is acted upon by the spring counter to the first direction. These other locking positions arise when the transmission component is still in the second operating position.
In the rotating locking bar this is at a fixed first distance to the axis. The rotating locking bolt is preferably non-rotatably connected to the selector switch. According to one embodiment, the transmission component has a protruding locking pin, which occupies a second distance to the axis in the first operating position and a third distance to the axis in the second operating position. The first distance of the locking bar to the axis is less than the second distance and greater than the third distance. The locking bolt may preferably come to rest on both opposite sides of the locking pin. A lock in both directions through the one locking pin and the locking bolt is possible. Furthermore, a movement of the selector switch is unobstructed by the locking pin and the locking bolt.
The rotating locking bar has a first stop face opposite the first direction which is at the first distance from the axis. The pin has a second stop surface pointing in the first direction, wherein the second stop surface is at a second distance to the axis in the first operating position and at a third distance from the axis in the second operating position. The location and dimension of the pin are designed so that the second distance is less than or equal to the first distance and the third distance are greater than the first distance. Pin and locking bolt can be designed symmetrically for the first direction of movement opposite direction of movement. For this purpose, the locking bar has a third stop surface pointing in the first direction, which is at a fourth distance from the axis. The pin has a counter to the first direction facing fourth stop surface accordingly. The fourth stop surface is in the first operating position at a fifth distance to the axis and in the second operating position at a sixth distance from the axis. Arrangement and dimensions of the pin and the bolt are such that the fifth distance is greater than or equal to the fourth distance and the sixth distance is less than the fourth distance.
The dimensions may be selected in a preferred embodiment as follows. The first stop surface and the first stop surface facing away from the third stop surface of the locking bar are in a seventh distance, the seventh distance corresponds to the width of the pin. An eighth distance is defined as the distance between the second stop surface in the second operating position and the second stop surface facing away fourth stop surface of the locking bolt in the first operating position. The eighth distance corresponds to the sum of the width of the locking bolt and the displacement of the transmission component. The eighth distance is greater than the width of the locking bar. This ensures that in the operating positions, the resilient entrainment coupling shifts the pin from the pivoting range of the locking bar. The operation of the rigidly connected to the locking bar selector switch is hindered by the pin in any position.
In one embodiment, the driving coupling has a turntable rotatable about the axis. The spring is firmly connected at one end to the selector switch and at another end to the turntable. An eccentric finger on the turntable engages in a running obliquely or perpendicular to the first axis backdrop on the transmission component. The spring is preferably concentric to the axis arranged coil spring. The spring can be deflected from a rest position in a first direction of rotation about the axis and in a direction opposite to the first direction of rotation second rotation, the spring biasing.
An embodiment provides that a ninth distance of the eccentric finger to the axis is less than the first distance of the locking bar to the axis.
One embodiment provides that the switchable transmission component in the first operating position a gear pairing in engagement and in the second operating position the Gear pairing out of engagement sets. One of the gears may be rotatably supported about the first direction on the transmission component.
The hand tool machine may include a turning operation in the first operating position and a purely chiseling operation in the second operating position. The hand tool is for example a hammer drill with a pneumatic hammer mechanism. The two operating positions may serve to set two different speeds of an output spindle, e.g. in an electric screwdriver, a motor-driven saw or a grinding or drilling machine tool, especially in a hand-held machine tool.

The

The hammer drill 1 has a selector switch 20 with which a user can decouple or couple the
The
In the illustrated embodiment, the
The
The
The selector switch 20 has a switching
The selector switch 20 has a driving

The selector switch 20 has a locking
The locking
The selector switch 20 is arranged such that the

The illustrated selector switch 20 is constructed as a rotary switch and has a relative to the
In a further embodiment, the selector switch 20 is designed as a slide switch. A handle body of the selector switch is movable only perpendicular to the switching
The selector switch 20 preferably has a
