Description
- The present invention relates generally to an improved notepaper box, and more particularly to a removable one which allows to select the notepaper of different dimensions, colours and materials, and also add it automatically and repetitively for an extended service life.
- Notepaper is commonly used for recording important matters, memo items and common concerns. Generally, the notepaper is overlapped by multi-layer of paper sheets, and adhesive is applied onto the bottom flange of paper sheets at the same side in the form of books. In practice, important matters are recorded on the surface of a piece of notepaper, which is then adhered temporarily at any position for reminding purpose.
- Such advantages of notepaper are welcomed by many users. However, it is found during applications that: the notepaper is easily accessed by the users but cannot be separated smoothly due to extremely small lightweight. While pressing it by one hand, it has to be torn off by the other hand, making it difficult for convenient use and separation, especially when only a few paper sheets are kept. Furthermore, owing to the limited quantity, such notepaper of shorter service life has to be purchased regularly, bringing about inconvenience for the users.
- Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement of the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a removable notepaper box that can be used easily depending on the consumers' demands or preference, so as to improve the convenience in the applications or to at least provide an alternative to existing products on the market.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a removable notepaper box that allows to add freely the removable notepaper assembly for extended service life and repetitive use.
- The removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention comprising:
- a box body, consisting of a set of hollow cases; notches and grooves with small notches are formed separately onto three adjacent sides around the opening of the cases, such that openings and two holding spaces with small notches are formed into the assembled box body;
- an elastic body, placed into the box body; and
- removable notepaper assemblies of three dimensions; of which, the biggest removable notepaper assembly is placed into the box body correspondingly to said opening and supported by the elastic body, such that a notepaper is partially exposed out of the opening; the other two are placed separately into a single holding space and a notepaper is partially exposed out of the small notch.
- The efficacy of the present invention lies in that, the consumers could select the desired notepaper of various dimensions for improved applicability depending on their actual demands or preference; and it is possible to add automatically the removable notepaper assembly, change the colours and patterns for extended service life and repetitive use.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is an exploded partial assembly view of the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the assembled removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 shows the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention in use. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 3 , the removable notepaper structure of the present invention comprising: - a
box body 1, consisting of a set ofhollow cases notches 12 andgrooves 13 withsmall notches 14 are formed separately onto three adjacent sides around the opening of thecases openings 101, 111 and two holding spaces withsmall notches 14 are formed into the assembled box body; moreover, the holding space can be individually set or separated into a few small spaces by a partition; aconcave surface 141 is formed onto two corresponding lateral sides of thesmall notch 14, while alug 15 and atrough 16 are separately set on the remaining side of theopenings 101, 111 of thecase mating columns 17 andmating holes 18 are set at the opposite corners of theopenings 101, 111; - an
elastic body 2, pressed into thebox body 1; - removable notepaper assemblies 3 of three dimensions, which are made of materials with various selectable colours; of which, the biggest
removable notepaper assembly 3 is placed into thebox body 1 correspondingly to said opening and supported by theelastic body 2, such that anotepaper 30 is partially exposed out of the opening; next, the medium-sizedremovable notepaper assembly 3 is embedded into a single holding space and a notepaper is partially exposed out of thesmall notch 14, and the smallestremovable notepaper assembly 3 will be separately embedded into the holding space with several small spaces; moreover, the notepaper of everyremovable notepaper assembly 3 is partially exposed out of thesmall notch 14. - Furthermore, the
removable notepaper assembly 3 is overlapped by multiple sheets ofnotepaper 30, each of which is adhered in staggered way for end-to-end connection and continuous usage; theremovable notepaper assembly 3 can also be made of different materials with any colour for easy identification or water-proofing. - Referring to
FIGS. 2 and3 , theremovable notepaper assembly 3 andelastic body 2 of various dimensions or colours or materials are separately placed into thebox body 1 and the holding spaces, e.g.: the biggestremovable notepaper assembly 3 is used to press theelastic body 2 and then embedded together into acase 10, then the medium-sized one is embedded into a lateral holding space, and the smallest one is embedded into the other lateral holding space; referring toFIG. 3 , anothercase 11 is provided withmating holes 18 for insertion of themating columns 17, as well as atrough 16 for insertion of thelug 15; moreover, a single sheet ofoutward notepaper 30 for every kind ofremovable notepaper assembly 3 is partially exposed out of thenotch 12 andsmall notch 14; in such case, the consumers could select the desirednotepaper 30 depending on their demands or preference; when the first exposednotepaper 30 is drawn out, thenext notepaper 30 is bonded by adhesive on the other end, so one sheet of thenext notepaper 30 could be pulled and protruded out of thenotch 12 orsmall notch 14 when thefirst notepaper 30 is released; similarly, allnotepaper 30 could be drawn out, and newremovable notepaper assemblies 3 could be replaced automatically for repetitive use. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , when thenotepaper 30 is drawn out continuously, nonotepaper 30 will fall into thenotch 12 of thebox body 1 since theremovable notepaper assembly 3 over the elastic body 2 (apart from the medium-sized or smallremovable notepaper assembly 3 at both sides of the holding space) could release slowly its elastic force and support it continuously, thus avoiding the difficulty in use. - The embodiment provides a
notepaper dispenser 1 comprising hollow body parts (10, 11) that can be joined to define an internal space for a notepaper stack, at least one hollow body part defining a plurality of recesses in an edge thereof such that when the body parts are joined a plurality ofopenings elastic member 2 for biasing a notepaper assembly towards one said opening 12. At least onebody part 10 may be provided with internal partition walls to define compartments in the internal space for housingrespective notepaper assemblies 3. The body parts may be provided with mating formations for correctly aligning the body parts when joined. The formations may take the form ofholes 18 and mating projections, such ascolumns 18, or one ormore lugs 15 and associatedrecesses 16. The compartments defined within the internal space may be sub-divided to define smaller sub-compartments. In the illustrated embodiment there is a central relatively larger compartment and two relatively smaller side compartments disposed at opposite sides of the central compartment. One of the side compartments is sub-divided into small sub-compartments. The notepaper dispenser hasrespective openings common opening 14. - The above is a description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. However, it should be appreciated that the present invention is capable of a variety of equivalent embodiments and various modifications, and all such variations or changes shall be embraced within the scope of the following claims.
