Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de commutation électrique (1), notamment destiné à être installé dans des zones de pose des domaines de protection 0 à 2 selon la norme DIN VDE 0100-701, comportant un émetteur de signal (2) muni d'un élément de commutation associé (4), dans lequel l'émetteur de signal (2) est conçu pour transmettre sans fil les signaux de commutation (S) à un récepteur de signal (8) distant devant être mis en place,
    dans lequel l'élément de commutation (4) est électriquement connecté à l'émetteur de signal (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une électronique de commande (20), caractérisé en ce que, à des fins d'alimentation en énergie électrique indépendante du réseau, il est prévu un convertisseur d'énergie (12) devant être relié à une conduite d'eau (10), lequel convertisseur est conçu pour transformer l'énergie cinétique et/ou thermique de l'eau en l'énergie électrique nécessaire pour le fonctionnement de l'émetteur de signal (2), dans lequel le convertisseur d'énergie (12) est électriquement connecté à l'émetteur de signal (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un accumulateur d'énergie électrique (18).
  2. Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le convertisseur d'énergie (12) peut être installé par l'intermédiaire de raccords dans la conduite d'eau (10) de manière à ce qu'il puisse être traversé par l'eau.
  3. Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commutation est constitué d'un bouton-poussoir (24).
  4. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signal (2) est intégré à l'élément de commutation (4) et au convertisseur d'énergie (12) dans une robinetterie d'eau (26).
  5. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signal (2) est intégré à l'élément de commutation (4) et au convertisseur d'énergie (12) dans un adaptateur de raccordement (28) destiné à une robinetterie d'eau.
  6. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le convertisseur d'énergie (12) et constitué d'une turbine (14) pouvant être entraînée par l'énergie cinétique de l'eau s'écoulant dans la conduite d'eau (10) et d'un générateur (16) entraîné par la turbine (14).
  7. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le convertisseur d'énergie (12) est conçu sous la forme d'un convertisseur thermoélectrique destiné à convertir l'énergie thermique contenue dans l'eau conformément à l'effet Peltier, à l'effet Seebeck ou à l'effet Thomson.
  8. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signal (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'un émetteur radio.
  9. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé par une utilisation en tant que dispositif d'alarme, dans lequel le récepteur de signal externe (8) coopère avec un dispositif de signalisation destiné à effectuer une signalisation acoustique et/ou optique.
  10. Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé par une utilisation en tant que dispositif commutateur, dans lequel le récepteur de signal externe (8) coopère avec un appareil de connexion destiné à connecter un consommateur électrique quelconque.
