  • a toilet bowl without flushing rim is in the context of the present invention, a toilet bowl, in which a support for a toilet seat over the entire circumference extending overhang or overhang (so-called flushing edge), which has the upper edge of the Inner shell protruding inwards. It is obvious that the rinse water must be fed into the toilet bowl in a certain area of the inner shell, whereby this area may have an overhang to avoid splashes. However, such an overhang is preferably less than 30%, more preferably less than 10%, of the circumference of the rest for the toilet seat.

Description

The present invention relates to a Spülwasserverteiler for a toilet bowl, in particular, the present invention relates to a Spülwasserverteiler for a toilet bowl without flushing edge.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The flushing of a toilet bowl can be done via a cistern or a Druckspülsystem. In any case, various requirements are placed on the flushing of the toilet bowl in accordance with European standard E-N 997. Among other things, a surface rinsing of the inner shell must be ensured and spillage (overspray) should be avoided. These requirements lead in particular in toilet bowl without flushing edge to increased demands on the precision of certain components such as the rinse water distributor.

A particular problem is that toilet bowls are used, for example, in the case of retrofitting with different cisterns, which in turn have different flushing currents. For example, older flushing cisterns regularly have flushing flows in the range of 3 liters per second, and newer flushing cisterns have flushing flows of 2 to 2.4 liters per second. It has therefore been particularly problematic in WCs without flushing edge that due to the different flushing currents overspray can occur particularly easily, since the flushing rim can better catch higher flushing currents. To avoid this, especially in toilet bowl without flushing rim, it is conventionally known to use in the respective toilet bowl adapted to the flushing flow of the respective cistern flushing water distributor. However, this disadvantageously makes it necessary to provide a large number of different rinsing water distributors on the market for a corresponding (rimless) toilet bowl so that the respectively appropriate rinsing water distributor can be installed in accordance with the rinsing flow of the cistern, whereby overspray can be avoided. This increases the production costs of the toilet bowl.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a Spülwasserverteiler for a toilet bowl, in particular a Spülwasserverteiler for a toilet bowl without flushing edge, which overcomes the aforementioned disadvantages of the prior art.

Offenbarung der ErfindungDisclosure of the invention

According to a first aspect of the invention, there is disclosed a rinse water dispenser having the features of claim 1.

It is thus possible according to the invention to use a rinsing flow throttle adapted to the flushing flow of the flushing cistern in the flushing water distributor, and to exchange this flushing flow restrictor if necessary (for example, change of the cistern) for another flushing flow restrictor. In other words, it is possible to permanently or detachably fix or lock different purge flow restrictors (with differently strong purge flow throttling effect) in the purge water manifold in the purge water manifold (if required) and remove them from the purge water manifold without damaging the purge water manifold. According to one aspect of the invention, it is even possible to leave the flushing water distributor in the intended position within the toilet bowl and to exchange the flushing flow restrictor in this intended position.

The fixing means of the flushing water distributor is designed to releasably but permanently fix the flushing flow restrictor in the flushing water distributor or to lock. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the fixing means is formed by a latching mechanism, wherein preferably a hook or a groove of the flushing flow throttle positively (and / or non-positively) engages in a corresponding recess in the flushing water manifold.

Preferably, the toilet bowl is a toilet bowl without flushing edge. A toilet bowl without flushing rim is in the context of the present invention, a toilet bowl, in which a support for a toilet seat over the entire circumference extending overhang or overhang (so-called flushing edge), which has the upper edge of the Inner shell protruding inwards. It is obvious that the rinse water must be fed into the toilet bowl in a certain area of the inner shell, whereby this area may have an overhang to avoid splashes. However, such an overhang is preferably less than 30%, more preferably less than 10%, of the circumference of the rest for the toilet seat.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the rinse water distributor has an elongated base body, wherein the base body is formed by an open hollow cylinder. Furthermore, the base body preferably has an annular retaining element (also called retaining ring), wherein the outer diameter of the hollow cylindrical base body and the outer diameter of the annular retaining element are the same size. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the base body and retaining ring are integrally formed (integrated). Furthermore, it is provided in a preferred embodiment that the recess is arranged in the region of the retaining ring. In this recess, a correspondingly dimensioned flushing flow throttle can be locked permanently but releasably by means of a hook.

In a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that the holding element has a plurality of recesses which are evenly distributed over the circumference of the holding element (azimuthally). The lateral surface of the main body preferably extends over an angle between 120 ° and 240 °, preferably between 160 ° and 200 ° and particularly preferably over an angle (azimuthal) of 180 °. In other words, the main body is formed in a particularly preferred embodiment by half a hollow cylinder. Furthermore, it is preferred that the rinse water distributor is formed symmetrically with respect to its longitudinal axis. The plane of symmetry of the rinse water distributor preferably runs perpendicular to the retaining ring, but along the normal vector of a circular surface formed by the retaining ring.

In a further preferred embodiment variant, the rinsing water distributor has a first and a second inner wall in the interior of the (open) hollow cylinder, which extend over almost the entire longitudinal extent of the rinsing water distributor and parallel to the longitudinal axis thereof. Preferably, the first and the second inner wall in the region of a second end are angled or bent, wherein the respective bends extend laterally in opposite directions. Preferably, the first inner wall and the second inner wall are spaced apart, so that between the first inner wall and the second inner wall, a first central Spülwasserkanal forms within the Spülwasserverteilers. Furthermore, it forms between the lateral surface of the Main body and the first inner wall or between the lateral surface of the base body and the second inner wall in each case a second and third Spülwasserkanal, wherein the second and third Spülwasserkanal each represent lateral Spülkanäle. Due to the angled or bent areas, the lateral flushing water channels generate a lateral surface flushing in the toilet bowl, whereas the central flushing water channel flushes a central area (based on the outflow).

In order to be able to achieve a particularly compact integration of the rinsing water distributor in the (rimless) toilet bowl, it is provided that the bent or angled regions of the inner walls do not extend beyond the circumference of the lateral surface. In a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that the rinse water distributor is at least partially made of a non-ceramic material, preferably at least partially made of plastic. It is particularly preferred that the rinse water manifold is made entirely of a non-ceramic material, preferably completely made of plastic. Furthermore, it is preferred that the rinse water distributor is formed in one piece. In particular, in the case of rimless WCs, it is conventionally known to use ceramic rinse water distributors. The corresponding outflow openings of the ceramic rinse water distributor have high material tolerances due to material and production, with very little uniformity with respect to the diameter of the outflow openings being achieved. The use of plastics can advantageously increase the uniformity of the outflow characteristics of the rinse water distributor.

Vorzugsweise ist der Kunststoff ein thermoplastischer Kunststoff. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Kunststoff Polystyrol.Preferably, the plastic is a thermoplastic. The plastic is particularly preferably polystyrene.

Alternatively, it is possible for the rinse water distributor to be formed at least partially (preferably completely) from other non-ceramic materials, for example from metal.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a dishwashing toilet bowl is disclosed, which has a rinse water distributor, wherein the rinse water distributor is at least partially made of a non-ceramic material, preferably at least partially plastic. In a particularly preferred variant of the rinse water manifold is completely made of a non-ceramic material, preferably completely plastic. Preferably, the plastic is a thermoplastic. Preferably, the plastic is polystyrene. Preferably, the rinse water manifold is integrally formed. For the purposes of the present invention, a dishwashing toilet bowl is understood to mean a toilet bowl whose (upper) contact surface (for a seat) has no inwardly directed projection (or overhang or overhang) or such a projection is present only in the region the flushing water distributor is located. This means that an (upper) bearing surface (for a seat) has at least no (completely) circumferential inward-facing projection. In particular, it is preferred that an inwardly directed transfer (optionally in the region of a rinse water distributor) present at most 50%, more preferably at most 20%, of the extent of the circumference of the inner shell is present.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a flushing flow restrictor for a flushing water distributor is disclosed, wherein the flushing flow restrictor is designed such that it can be reversibly (detachably) but permanently fixed in a flushing water distributor and thus without damaging the flushing flow restrictor or the flushing water distributor at a later time can be taken out of the rinse water manifold again. This has the particular advantage that when changing the cistern not the entire Spülwasserverteiler, but only the Spülstromdrossel must be replaced. The flushing flow restrictor therefore has fixing means for releasably locking or reversible fixing in a flushing water distributor. The flushing flow throttle preferably has an annular base body with a projection, so that the annular base body can be pushed into an (open) hollow-cylindrical flushing water distributor to form a stop (projection).

Furthermore, it is preferred that the flushing flow throttle has at least one hook-shaped element in the region of the annular base body, which can engage in a corresponding recess of the flushing water distributor. It is particularly preferred that the recess of the rinse water distributor has an angled region, so that the flushing flow restrictor inserted into the flushing water distributor in a fixed manner is fixed in a form-fitting manner by rotating the same permanently but releasably within the flushing water distributor. In order to make this permanent, but releasable fixation easy, it is provided that the purge flow throttle preferably has a handle.

There are a plurality of segments disposed within the annular body of the Spülstromdrossel, on the one hand cause a throttling of the purge stream and on the other hand eliminating or reducing turbulence in the purge stream. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the Variety of segments arranged circumferentially homogeneous (azimuthal, uniform). Through the corresponding segments (hereinafter also referred to as Verwirbelungsminderungselemente) of the purge stream is homogenized and correspondingly reduced or eliminated vortexes. It is particularly preferred that the handle of the Spülstromdrossel is formed so that it rises from (at least) a Verwirungsverminderungselement beyond the annular base in the flow direction, but does not extend over the corresponding segment in a direction transverse to the flow direction of the rinse water, so caused by the handle no turbulence. Preferably, the handle is arranged in a central region of the flushing flow restrictor, since in this way a particularly simple handling during insertion and removal of the flushing flow restrictor can be ensured.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a flushing water distributor for a toilet bowl, in particular for a bowl rimless toilet bowl is disclosed, which ensures a particularly efficient and uniform rinsing of the toilet bowl while avoiding splashing. Another advantage of the rinsing water distributor according to the invention is that it is particularly compact and thus can be used efficiently in a dishwashing toilet bowl, which has no or a very small Spülrandbereich, which would be visually disadvantageous stretched rinse water manifold. The rinse water distributor has an open hollow-cylindrical base body, wherein a first and a second inner wall are arranged in the inner region of the base body. The two inner walls are parallel to each other and extend at a height corresponding to the height of the shell of the body. This means that the upper edges of the inner walls are preferably in one plane with the edges of the lateral surface of the main body. The rinse water distributor has at each of its ends in each case angled or bent areas. These bent or angled areas represent deflection devices for the purge flow. Through the first and second inner wall, three channels are generated within the Spülwasserverteilers, namely a central, first channel between the first and second inner wall, and two lateral channels between the first inner wall and lateral surface or second inner wall and lateral surface. The angled or bent areas lead to a deflection of the purge flow of the lateral channels. It is envisaged that the bent or angled regions do not extend beyond the extent of the lateral surface. This allows a particularly efficient and compact design of Spülwasserverteilers be realized.

In a further preferred embodiment, the rinsing water distributor on the outside of the lateral surface in the region of the end, where the bent portions are located on a protruding outwardly from the lateral surface hook (or other connection element), which preferably the secure fixation of the rinse water distributor within of the toilet bowl. Furthermore, it is preferred that the rinsing water distributor has a retaining ring at an end of the base body opposite the bent regions, into which a corresponding annularly designed flushing flow throttle can be detachably fixed. In particular, it is preferred that at least one recess is provided in the region of the retaining ring, into which a corresponding groove or a corresponding hook of a flushing flow throttle can be snapped or hooked. It is particularly preferred that the recess has an angled portion, so that a particularly secure fit of the flushing flow restrictor in the flushing water distributor can be achieved by turning the flushing flow restrictor.

Ausführliche Beschreibung der ZeichnungenDetailed description of the drawings

The FIGS. 1 and 2 each show a schematic sectional view of a section of a toilet bowl 10 with Spülwasserverteiler 14 and Spülstromdrossel 18. While the cutting plane in FIG. 1 runs vertically, the cutting plane runs the FIG. 2 horizontal. The toilet bowl 10 has an inner shell 30 and an outer shell 42. Rinse water is passed through the Spülwasserzulauf 12 in the rinse water manifold 14 and divided there into three different channels. These channels are formed by the lateral surface of the base body 20, the first inner wall 26 and the second inner wall 28. As in particular from FIG. 2 can be seen, the inner walls 26, 28 in the inner shell 30 facing region bent portions 44 and 46, which lead to the deflection of the rinse water in lateral outflow openings 36. The rinsing water guided in the middle channel between the inner walls 26, 28 is conveyed through a further outflow opening 36 (lower outflow opening), which in particular flows in FIG. 1 can be seen, passed into a lower, central region of the inner shell 30. In order to make the made of a plastic (polystyrene) Spülwasserverteiler 14 optically invisible to a user of the toilet bowl, the rimless toilet bowl 10 has a veneer 60. The toilet bowl 10 is a bowl rimless toilet bowl, since the veneer 60, which projects beyond the support surface 32 inwardly, is arranged only in the region in which the rinse water distributor 14 is located. In other words, the veneering 60 forming a flushing rim is present only in a very small area relative to the circumference of the inner shell 30. In particular, it is preferred that this veneer 60 or another rinsing edge is present only in at most 50%, more preferably only in at most 20% of the extent of the circumference of the inner shell 30 in the region of the support surface 32.

Due to the geometry of the rinse water distributor 14, the rinse water fed in via the rinse water inflow 12 is subdivided into three channels and flushed into the inner shell 30 of the toilet bowl via corresponding three openings 36. How out FIG. 1 it can be seen, the toilet bowl 10 has a receptacle 34 for the rinse water manifold 14. This receptacle 34 is formed in the dimensions of the rinse water manifold 14 cavity into which the rinse water manifold 14 is inserted. In a preferred embodiment, this receptacle 34 has an additional recess 38, which results in that the surface on which the flushing water distributor 14 rests in the receptacle 34 (in the upper region) has an angled shape. According to the invention, it is provided that the rinse water distributor has a hook 40 which engages in the receptacle 34 in the angled portion of the recess 38 upon insertion of the rinse water manifold 14, so that the rinse water distributor 14 safe and strong, but solvable can be fixed in the receptacle 34. Furthermore, it is inventively provided that the rinse water distributor 14 has a holding element 22 which is annular. It is particularly preferred that the holding element 22 of the flushing water distributor 14 with the dimensions of a likewise annular design Spülstromdrossel 18 corresponds such that the Spülstromdrossel 18 can be inserted into the holding element 22 of the flushing water distributor. According to the invention, the flushing water distributor 14 and / or the flushing flow restrictor 18 have the fixing means for the releasable locking of the flushing flow restrictor 18 in the flushing water distributor 14. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the rinsing water distributor 14 has at least one recess 24 in the region of the holding element 22 (see FIG FIG. 5d ), in which a corresponding groove or a corresponding hook 52 (see FIG. 6d ) of the purge flow restrictor 18 can be hooked so that the purge flow restrictor 18 can be safely but releasably hooked into the rinse water manifold 14. Therefore, it is also possible to unhook the Spülstromdrossel 18 in the case of a change of the cistern again and a correspondingly adapted to the purge flow of the new cistern flushing flow restrictor (also releasably) in the flushing water manifold 14 to use.

The Figures 3 and 4 show detailed perspective views of the rinse water distributor 14 and the Spülstromdrossel invention 18. As already explained, the rinse water distributor 14 preferably has a substantially hollow cylindrical body 20 formed. The cross section of this body forms a partial circle, wherein the rinse water distributor 14 has an annular retaining element 22, in other words, the hollow cylinder in the region of the holding member 22 is closed while it is open in the other area and an azimuthal angle of preferably 180 ° and in the region of Having the holding element 22 opposite end of less than 180 °. To generate preferably three rinse water channels, the rinse water distributor 14 has at least one first inner wall 26 and one second inner wall 28 which run parallel to each other, so that a first central channel between the inner walls 26 and 28 and lateral channels between the inner wall 26 and the outer surface of the base body 20 and the inner wall 28 and the lateral surface of the base body 20 are formed. The rinsing water flowing in through the annular retaining element 22 is then subdivided into the three channels, as indicated by the arrows, and flushed into the toilet bowl in different directions. For this purpose, the inner walls 26, 28 in the region of their ends bent surfaces 44, 46. For the compact design of the rinsing water distributor 14, however, the bent ends 44, 46 do not protrude laterally beyond a projection of the lateral surface of the main body 20 along the longitudinal axis of the rinsing water distributor 14. In a particularly preferred Embodiment close the bent ends 44, 46 straight with the projection of the lateral surface of the base body 20 from. In order to ensure an efficient outflow of the lateral channels, it is provided that the hollow cylindrical basic body 20 extends in the region of the bent ends 44, 46 over a smaller (azimuthal) angular range than in a central region (related to the longitudinal axis of the rinsing water distributor 14) of the main body 20. How out FIG. 4 can be seen, the Spülwasserverteiler 14 on the back of an outwardly projecting hook 40, which ensures a secure fixation of the rinse water distributor 14 in the receptacle 34 of the toilet bowl 10. It is particularly preferred that the lateral surface in the region of the hook 40 has a further recess, which can serve to dismantle the rinsing water distributor 14.

Like from the Figures 3 and 4 can be seen, the Spülstromdrossel 18 is inserted into the holding element 22 of the rinse water distributor 14. The Spülstromdrossel 18 has an annular base body 50, wherein the outer diameter of the annular base body 50 corresponds to the inner diameter of the annular support member 22 or slightly smaller than this is formed, so that the Spülstromdrossel 18, in particular the annular body 50 form-fitting manner in the annular support member 22 of Spülwasserverteilers 14 can be inserted. Furthermore, the main body 50 has a projecting beyond its radius projection 54, so that the purge flow restrictor 18 can be inserted with the main body 50 to stop (up to the supernatant 54) in the annular support member 22 of the rinse water manifold 14. In a particularly preferred embodiment variant, the outer diameter of the projection 54 coincides with the outer diameter of the annular retaining element 22. This can eliminate or reduce potential turbulence in the purge stream. In order to be able to reduce (further) turbulence efficiently, it is provided according to the invention that the purge flow throttle 18 has in its cross section (with respect to the flow direction) a plurality of segments 58 which lead to a harmonization or Entwirbelung the purge flow. It is particularly preferred that all elements 58 have the same cross-section with respect to the flushing flow direction and are uniformly arranged circumferentially, ie the angles enclosed by the individual segments 58 in the central region of the flushing flow restrictor 18 are the same. Preferably, the number of segments is between 2 and 20, more preferably between 5 and 10. This leads to a particularly efficient Entwirbelung the purge stream.

The FIGS. 5a to 5d show the Spülwasserverteiler invention from the six main perspectives (side view FIG. 5a , View from below as well as from the front and back FIG. 5b , lateral view of the opposite side FIG. 5c and top view FIG. 5d ). As in particular from the FIGS. 5b and 5d can be seen, the rinse water distributor 14 has a recess 24 in the upper region, in particular in the region between the holding element 22 and the base body 20. Since the base body 20 and the retaining ring 22 are integrally formed, the recess 24 is integrated both in the retaining element 22 and in the base body 20. The recess 24 is designed such that in the outer region (ie in the region of the end facing the flushing water inlet 12) it has a first recess region which extends along the longitudinal axis of the flushing water distributor 14 and has a second region adjacent to the first flushing region extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rinse water manifold 14 (ie, transverse to the rinse water direction). As a result of this angled design of the recess 24, it is initially possible to insert a corresponding element of the flushing flow throttle 18 (eg hook 52) into the recess 24 a little way and then lock it in the flushing water distributor 14 by rotation of the flushing flow restrictor 18. Thus, the recess 24 and the corresponding hook 52 of the Spülstromdrossel 18 form the corresponding fixing means for releasably locking the Spülstromdrossel 18 in the flushing water manifold 14.

A corresponding to the rinse water distributor 14 of FIG. 5 Corresponding and cooperating with this Spülstromdrossel 18 is in FIG. 6 presented in different perspectives ( FIG. 6a At sight, FIG. 6b lateral, schematic view, FIG. 6c lateral schematic view rotated by 90 ° and FIG. 6d perspective view). Like from the FIGS. 6a to 6d it can be seen, the flushing flow throttle 18 has at least one, preferably three hooks 52, the dimensions of which with the recess 24 (FIG. FIG. 5d ) of the rinsing water distributor 14 correspond to one another such that the rinsing flow throttle 18 can be pushed into its upper projection 54 into the annular holding element 22 of the rinsing water distributor 14 and then bears tightly. At least one of the hooks 52 of the flushing flow throttle 18 engages in the recess 24 of the flushing water distributor 14. Now the Spülstromdrossel 18 can be rotated in a simple manner on the handle 56 in a clockwise direction, wherein the same is thereby firmly, but releasably fixed in the flushing water manifold 14. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the flushing water distributor 14 has only one recess 24, but the flushing flow throttle 18 has three hooks 52 arranged at an angle of 120 ° to one another. Although only one recess 24 is provided, the purge flow restrictor 18 is easily tilted and thereby inserted with its three hooks 52 into the annular retainer 22 (up to the overhang 54) become. After rotation, the hook 52 located in the recess 24 fixes the Spülstromdrossel 18 positively, wherein the two other hooks 52 catch behind the annular support member and thus allow a secure fit of Spülstromdrossel 18 and in particular prevent tilting of the same. This allows a particularly simple locking, since for the introduction of Spülstromdrossel 18 only the spatial matching of a hook 52 with the recess 24 must be achieved, the other two hooks 52 engage behind the support member 22 (with slightly oblique introduction of Spülstromdrossel 18).
