Abstract

L'invention concerne une cheville filetée en plastique (6) pour la fixation d'un rail sur une traverse, notamment une traverse en béton, avec un corps de cheville sensiblement cylindrique comportant une zone de tige (7) qui, du côté tête, se raccorde de préférence à une couronne de cheville(8) en s'étendant vers le bas, un filetage extérieur(9) dans le prolongement de ladite zone de tige (7), par lequel la cheville peut être vissée dans la traverse ou dévissée de celle-ci, et un filetage intérieur (10) en dessous de la zone de tige (7), pour recevoir un tire-fond. L'invention vise à améliorer une telle cheville filetée en plastique, notamment sur le plan de ses caractéristiques fonctionnelles, telles que l'introduction d'une force uniforme dans la traverse, un montage et un remplacement plus aisés, la réduction du risque de fissures, et en outre à la rendre plus polyvalente. A cet effet, la zone de tige (7) comporte à l'intérieur, à la transition vers le filetage intérieur (10), un décrochement (13) à tracé spiralé, réduisant le diamètre intérieur sur une longueur partielle de la zone de tige (7) et s'étendant au moins sur une partie du pourtour.
