Description

The invention relates to a comb strip for a suction nozzle of a workstation of a cheese-producing textile machine according to the preamble of claim 1.

In connection with the operation of cheese-producing textile machines, in particular automatic packages, it has long been common in the case of a winding interruption, for example, at a yarn break, in a controlled cleaner cut or at a supply bobbin change over a workstation computer to activate a working-own threading automatic.

That is, the workstation computer ensures that, as in the DE 40 05 752 A1 described, first a so-called suction nozzle with its suction port is applied to the surface of a slowly rotating against the winding direction of package and subjected to negative pressure.
The suction nozzle tries to take with its suction the yarn end of the upper thread pneumatically from the surface of the package designed as a cross-wound bobbin.
After detecting the upper thread end, the suction nozzle pivots back to its original position, in which the suction opening of the suction nozzle is positioned below a yarn splicing device.
The yarn strand extending between the cross-wound bobbin and the suction nozzle is guided into an electronic thread cleaner arranged above the yarn joining device, a yarn clamping device positioned in the region of the yarn joining device and, guided by corresponding guide contours of yarn guide plates and yarn guide bars, into the scissors a thread cutting device located below the splicing device retracted.

Almost at the same time as the suction nozzle, a gripper tube positioned in a lower starting position pivots into an upper working position, bringing with it a lower thread that has been held until then, for example in a thread tensioner, drawn from the supply spool.
When swinging the gripper tube in its upper working position of the lower thread, which is also performed on corresponding Fadenleitkonturen slides in an associated, open thread clamping device and in an also open thread cutting device.
The lower and upper threads are then cut to the correct length, prepared in so-called holding and Auflöseröhrchen and connected together in the Fadensleißeinrichtung. This means that at the workstations of a cheese winder, in order, for example, to be able to continue the operation automatically after a yarn breakage, both an upper thread taken back from the cheese and a bobbin thread coming from the supply bobbin are always required.

The above-described thread connecting devices and the associated suction nozzles and gripper tubes have proven in principle in practice and have been used in the textile industry for a long time in large quantities in use.

In the known suction nozzles, however, occasionally encounter difficulties in receiving a accumulated on the surface of the cheese spool end.
Such difficulties arise in particular when the accumulated on the cross-wound yarn end relatively strongly infiltrated is, and / or if a somewhat difficult, for example, particularly hairy yarn is present.

In order to support the suction nozzles in the reception of such somewhat difficult to handle thread ends, has already been proposed in the past to arrange comb strips in the suction openings of the suction nozzles, at which the sucked yarn end to catch.

Such arranged in the region of the suction port of a suction comb strips are known and, for example in the DE 10 2006 039 735 A1 or in the EP 0 398 415 A1 described in relative detail.

In the DE 10 2006 039 735 A1 For example, a suction nozzle is described, which has a particularly advantageous intake behavior due to the special design of its suction nozzle head. This advantageous suction nozzle is additionally equipped in the region of its intake opening with a comb strip which is arranged on the cover element of the suction nozzle head and has a row of adjacently arranged, equal-length teeth.

By the EP 0 398 415 A1 also comb strips are known, which are arranged in the region of the suction opening of a suction nozzle. In the EP 0 398 415 A1 also describes how such comb strips can be made. That is, in this patent application it is stated that such comb strips are produced, for example, by means of a laser cutting device, wherein initially a stack of base plates is severed so that in each case a large number of teeth of the same size are formed in the region of the cutting edges.

By the U.S. Patent 2,857,113 In addition, suction nozzles are known which are equipped in the region of their suction either with a needle comb or in which one of the Saugdüsewandungen in the region of the suction port is roughened like sandpaper.

Furthermore, for example, in the AT-PS 368 106 describes a suction nozzle, which is equipped in the region of its suction with a special Fadenabhebeeinrichtung.
The Fadenabhebeeinrichtung has in this case a circulating with the cross-wound roller and a trained as a multi-screw worm contact roller.
The by the AT-PS 368 106 However, known, relatively complex and sensitive device could not prevail in practice.

Although suction nozzles, which, as described above, are equipped with comb strips, in the pneumatic yarn end recording already have significantly higher success rates, as suction nozzles that do not have such comb strips, with respect to the formation of such comb strips quite further improvements are possible.

Based on the aforementioned prior art, the present invention seeks to develop a low-cost comb strip for a suction nozzle, which is designed so that the comb strip not only fixes the sucked into the suction nozzle end of the thread, but also the detachment of the on the surface of the cheese accrued thread end supported by the surface of the cheese.

This object is achieved by a comb strip, as described in claim 1.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

The production and design of the comb strip according to the invention of a suction nozzle has the particular advantage that a comb strip with at least one structured surface in the region of the fold of the comb strip can be created in a simple and cost-effective manner, wherein the structured surface has a surface which facilitates the detachment of the thread end supported by the surface of the cheese.
That is, the structured surface of the comb strip created in a photochemical etching process leads to a significantly improved end-of-line detachment, particularly in problematic yarns, which are often characterized by great hairiness.

As described in claim 2, it is provided in an advantageous embodiment that the comb strip has two structured surfaces, which are arranged spaced from each other so that between them a smooth Kämmleistenbereich is given. Such a design on the one hand ensures that the thread end is loaded during the thread take-up with a high probability by one of the structured surfaces and thereby released from the surface of the cheese.
On the other hand, it is also ensured by the arranged between the structured surfaces smooth Kämmleistenbereich but that, if necessary, a predeterminable thread length can be deducted via the suction nozzle without it comes to threading in the area of the fold of the comb strip, as a sucked thread always has the desire to slip into the area of the suction nozzle center.

In a preferred embodiment, the structured surfaces, as set forth in claim 3, contour edges, which have undercuts.
Such undercuts arranged in the region of the contour edges are very effective, in particular in the case of hairy yarns, since they easily detect, for example, protruding edge fibers and as a consequence of which the thread end, as intended, is lifted off the cheeses surface.

According to claim 4, the structured surfaces are arranged spaced above a row of teeth of the comb strip.
The row of teeth has a plurality of large teeth for receiving a thread end and small teeth for fixing the thread end.
That is, a small tooth is positioned between each of two large teeth.
In the "photochemical etching" production process, both structured surfaces and delicate rows of teeth can be produced precisely and inexpensively in a single operation.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.

From this coil and sleeve transport system 6 are in the Fig. 1 only the Kopszuführstrecke 24, the reversibly driven storage section 25, one of the leading to the winding units 2 transverse transport sections 26 and the sleeve return path 27 shown.
Each job 2 of the automatic winder 1 also has various other, known per se and therefore not explained in more detail facilities that are necessary for proper operation of the jobs 2.
Each workstation 2 has, for example, a workstation computer 28, which is connected via a bus connection 29 to a central control unit 30 of the automatic cheese winder 1, and via a winding device 4, which has a coil frame 8 movably mounted about a pivot axis 12.

As in Fig. 1 indicated, is located during the winding operation in the coil frame 8 freely rotatably supported cross-wound bobbin 5 with its surface on a support and drive roller 9, which is acted upon for example by an electric motor 33. The electric motor 33 is connected via a control line 35 to the workstation computer 28.
For traversing the thread 16 during the winding process a Fadenchangiereinrichtung 10 is provided, which consists for example of a finger thread guide 13, which, acted upon by an electric motor drive 14, travels to the package 5 thread 16 running between the end faces of the cheese 5. The yarn guide drive 14 is connected via a control line 15 to the workstation computer 28 in operative connection.

Such jobs 2 also have a thread connecting device 42, preferably a pneumatic splicing device, a gripper tube 43 for handling the lower thread and a suction nozzle 17, with a recorded after a Spulunterbrechung on the surface of the cheese 5 thread end and inserted into the thread connecting device 42 can.
The suction nozzle 17 has, as for example with reference to FIG Fig. 2 it can be seen, in the region of its suction nozzle head 18, a suction opening 23, which is equipped with a comb strip 19 according to the invention.

The comb strip 19 has, as well as from the Figure 3 clearly visible, over a row of teeth 22 with large 20 and small 21 teeth and in the region of their fold 31 on structured surfaces 32nd

Between the two structured surfaces 32, which are spaced apart, for example, at a distance a, are arranged above the row of teeth 22, a smooth Kämmleistenbereich 34 is also provided.

By this smooth Kämmleistenbereich 34 ensures that, if necessary, a sucked thread, which has the tendency to run in the suction nozzle center, can also run relatively undisturbed in the suction nozzle 17.

The comb strip 19 according to the invention is preferably made of a spring steel sheet having a thickness between 0.2 and 0.5 mm.

As already explained above, photochemical etching has proved to be an advantageous production method for producing the comb strips according to the invention.
With such a manufacturing method, in which short-wave radiation photochemical processes are triggered, which lead to a very precise material removal at the exposed areas of the thin spring steel, both structured surfaces and fine tooth geometries can be produced inexpensively.
