Abstract

Die Erfindung begrifft eine Spinnspitze für eine zumindest aus Spinnspitze (1) und Spindelkörper (2) bestehende Hohlspindel (3) einer Luftspinnmaschine, wobei die Spinnspitze (1) eine Einlassöffnung (4) für ein Garn (5) sowie einen sich ausgehend von der Einlassöffnung (4) durch die Spinnspitze (1) erstreckenden Garnabzugskanal (6) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Spinnspitze (1) einen Grundkörper (7) und einen mit dem Grundkörper (7) in Verbindungen stehenden Aufsatz (8) aufweist, wobei die Einlassöffnung (4) im Bereich des Aufsatzes (8) angeordnet ist.
