Bei einer Kombination eines Bringgreifers mit einem Holgreifer wird dadurch - in bekannter Weise - die Schussfadenübergabe vollzogen. In dieser Ausführung wird die zur Ausbildung einer "geraden" Klemme angeordnete Klemmzunge 24 also in einer Achse, die im wesentlichen quer zur Achse zum Torsionsstab angeordnet ist, geschwenkt und nicht - wie im zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel - in der Achse des Torsionsstabes. Claims (11)

  1. A gripper for a gripper weaving machine having a sliding track, along which the gripper can be moved to and fro out of a receiving position for a weft-thread into a transfer position, or out of the transfer position into a delivery position for the weft-thread, wherein the gripper has a thread clamp with a movable clamping tongue (3, 24) and a clamping jaw, wherein the movable clamping tongue (3, 24) is prestressed in the clamping position by means of a spring element, whereby the clamping tongue (3, 24) and the clamping jaw (17) cooperate as a thread clamp, and wherein the clamping tongue (3, 24) is cooperatively connected with a torsion rod (1) in such manner that it is releasable from the clamping jaw (17) upon twisting of the torsion rod (1), characterized in that the thread clamp further has permanent magnet devices (6, 14, 15) along the sliding track which are configured to cause a twisting of the torsion rod (1) and a release of the clamping tongue (3, 24) from the clamping jaw (17) by cooperating with corresponding counter magnets (7) arranged at the sliding track.
  2. The gripper according to claim 1, characterized in that an actuating organ (4) is provided for twisting of the torsion rod (1) independently of the permanent magnet devices (6, 14, 15) for releasing the clamping tongue (3) from the clamping jaw (17).
  3. The gripper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the clamping jaw is configured as a fixed clamping jaw (17).
  4. The gripper according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the torsion rod (1) is arranged in a casing.
  5. The gripper according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the permanent magnet devices (6, 14, 15) comprise two oppositely poled permanent magnets (14, 15) between which the torsion rod (1) is arranged in such manner that a displacement of the permanent magnets (14, 15) results in a twisting of the torsion rod (1).
  6. The gripper according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the permanent magnet devices (6, 14, 15) comprise two oppositely poled permanent magnets (14, 15), each having extension elements, the torsion rod (1) being arranged between said extension elements in such manner that a displacement of the permanent magnets (6) results in a twisting of the torsion rod (1).
  7. The gripper according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the clamping tongue (3) is directly connected with the torsion rod (1) and substantially twistable about the axis of the torsion rod (1), abuts against the clamping jaw (17) due to the prestressing and is releasable from the clamping jaw by a twisting of the torsion rod (1).
  8. The gripper according to claim 7, characterized in that means for prestressing of the torsion rod (1) and thus for adjusting the clamping force are provided.
  9. The gripper according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the clamping tongue (24) is pivotable substantially transversely to the axis of the torsion rod (1), abuts against the clamping jaw (17) due to the prestressing of a further spring and is releasable from the clamping jaw (17) upon twisting of the torsion rod.
  10. The gripper according to claim 9, characterized in that the torsion rod (1) has lever, cam or coulisse means (23) which upon twisting of the torsion rod (1) pivot the clamping tongue (24) against the prestressing thereof and release it from the clamping jaw (17).
  11. The gripper according to claim 10, characterized in that the lever, cam or coulisse means (23) are configured as segment wise chamfer or equivalent configuration of the torsion rod (1), which upon engaging the clamping tongue (24) causes the same to abut against the clamping jaw (17).
