    - at least one hinged arm (4) having a first end (40) freely mounted in rotation on the frame or on the leaf about an axis of rotation (Z'-Z), and an opposite second end (41) slidably mounted in the aperture (30) between a first position wherein the leaf is in the closed position, and a second position wherein the leaf is in a predetermined open position,
    - the aperture (30) having a second portion (301) extending along an oblique direction (Y'-Y) relative to the longitudinal axis (X'-X), the second portion (301) being shaped to receive the second end (41) of the hinged arm (4) in the second position,
    - the control rod (2) being arranged for driving in rotation the hinged arm (4) about the axis of rotation (Z'-Z) between:
    - a locking position wherein the hinged arm (4) and the oblique direction (Y'-Y) of the second portion (301) of the aperture (30) form an angle (β) having a first value adapted so that the second end (41) of the hinged arm (4) is in stable equilibrium in the second portion (301) of the aperture (30), and
    - an unlocking position wherein said angle (β) has a second value lower than the first value, the second value being adapted so that the second end (41) of the hinged arm (4) is in unstable equilibrium in the second portion (301) of the aperture (30),
    characterized in that the assembly includes means for actuating the second end (41) of the hinged arm (4) arranged to dislodge said second end (41) from the second portion (301) of the aperture (30) when the control rod (2) is in the unlocking position.
  2. The assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the first end (40) of the hinged arm (4) is freely mounted in rotation on the frame, and in that the track (3) is fastened on the leaf.
  3. The assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the first end (40) of the hinged arm (4) is freely mounted in rotation on the control rod (2) equipping the leaf, in that the track (3) is fastened on the frame, and in that the actuating means include at least one actuating member, in particular of the operating button type, disposed on the frame.
  4. The assembly according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the actuating means are constituted by the control rod (2) having an unlocking position wherein the angle (β) formed by the hinged arm (4) and the oblique direction (Y'-Y) of the second portion (301) of the aperture (30) has a second value lower than the first value, the second value being adapted so that the second end (41) of the hinged arm (4) is dislodged from the second portion (301) of the aperture (30).
  5. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first value of the angle (β) formed by the hinged arm (4) and the oblique direction (Y'-Y) of the second portion (301) of the aperture (30) is comprised between 60° and 120°, and is preferably substantially equal to 90°.
  6. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the second portion (301) of the aperture (30) is situated at one end of the first portion (301) of the aperture (30).
  7. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the second portion (301) of the aperture (30) is formed as a notch arranged in the track (3) and in the extension of the first portion (300) of the aperture (30).
  8. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the second end (41) of the hinged arm (4) is equipped with at least one pad (410) shaped to slide in the aperture (30).
  9. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the hinged arm (4) is removably mounted on the leaf.
  10. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it includes a control device (5) designed to control the movement of the control rod (2) between the locking position and the unlocking position, the device comprising:
    - an operating part (50) including a base (51) having a first face (510) and an opposite second face (511), the base having a first lateral edge (510a) and an opposite second lateral edge (510b), an operating finger (52) mounted on the second face (511) of the base (51), designed to movably drive the control rod (2), the operating finger being disposed proximate the first lateral edge (510a) of the base (50), a rack (53) mounted on the second lateral edge (510b) on the first face (510) of the base (51),
    - a control handle (6),
    - a pinion which is movably secured to the control handle (6), and arranged between the first lateral edge (510a) and the second lateral edge (510b) on the first face (510) of the base (51) so as to mesh with the rack (53).
  11. The assembly according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the hinged arm (4) includes:
    - a first arm element (4a) having the first end (40),
    - a second arm element (4b) formed as an extender of espagnolette, and having the second end (41),
    - removable fastening means arranged to fasten the first and second arm elements (4a, 4b) together in a removable manner.
  12. The assembly according to claim 11, characterized in that the removable fastening means include:
    - lateral projections (70) arranged on the second arm element (4b),
    - lateral slots (71) arranged in the first arm element (4a), and shaped to cooperate with said lateral projections (70) so as to maintain in position the first arm element (4a) relative to the second arm element (4b).
    - a movable pin (8) relative to the second arm element (4b) between an inactive position and an active position in which it exerts a pressure on the first arm element (4a) so as to dislodge the lateral slots (71) of the lateral projections (70).
  13. The assembly according to claim 12, characterized in that the pin (8) is movable in rotation between the inactive position and the active position, the active position being obtained preferably by a substantially 90° rotation relative to the inactive position.
  14. The assembly according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the pin (8) is designed to be moved from the inactive position to the active position by means of a dedicated tool such as a round-nosed pliers.
