Such folding box blanks are used inter alia to form a folding box, which can accommodate, for example, a perfume bottle.
In the known cartons, it is such that they are initially delivered folded flat when filler, are then erected, filled with the respective perfume bottle. In this case, either a corrugated cardboard unit is inserted before the introduction of a product or together with the product, this corrugated cardboard unit serving to protect the perfume bottle from damage. This method is very complex and time-consuming, whereby it sometimes happens that due to lack of tolerances, the insertion of the corrugated cardboard unit is not possible or only with great effort.

Längsfaltlinie in deren unmittelbarer Nähe verläuft. The folding carton blank according to the invention is accordingly characterized in that the corrugated cardboard unit in the longitudinal edge region of those fold lines whose adjacent regions are folded by 180 ° when folding in the flat transport state, a longitudinally extending, compressed edge region, ie an edge region with reduced cross-sectional thickness , on the corrugated cardboard unit a second closed slot recess is provided at the level of the third longitudinal fold line, and parallel longitudinally continuous to the closed second slot recess, respectively to the right and left of the same, a second compression region is present, which is the cross-sectional thickness of the corrugated cardboard unit is reduced in this area wherein the folding box blank is folded in the flat folded state along the 3rd longitudinal fold line by 180 degrees, and the corrugated cardboard unit has a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th area, the 1st area in its left edge area a first compression region which runs along its entire longitudinal edge and in the right free longitudinal edge region of the corrugated cardboard unit of the fourth region a third compression region is present, which comes to rest in the flat folded state of the folding carton in the region of the first compression region by a small cross-sectional height to allow in the flat folded state and the corrugated cardboard unit has a first slot recess which extends over wide areas of the second longitudinal fold line and a third closed slot recess is present, which runs parallel to the fourth longitudinal fold line in the immediate vicinity.
The folding carton blank according to the invention allows that after unfolding has occurred, the product can be easily filled, since the corrugated cardboard unit already in this state rests against the inner wall of the respective wall units, so that no additional insertion work with respect to the corrugated cardboard unit must be made, and thus the carton in one operation can be filled. So far, the only solution has been that the corrugated cardboard unit is introduced separately into the unfolded carton before or with the product, which leads to the problems mentioned in the prior art.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the folding box blank according to the invention is characterized in that the corrugated cardboard unit is formed in one piece and also has fold lines in the area of the longitudinal fold lines of the wall units covered by it. This embodiment allows a particularly simple and advantageous unfolding.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the folding carton blank according to the invention is characterized in that the corrugated cardboard unit also abuts on the inner wall of the lid and bottom unit via bottom and / or lid and / or side corrugated board strap units, wherein the corrugated cardboard unit in each case extends in parallel over the lid fold line or the bottom fold line or over the upper or lower edge extending fold line.
One with regard to a rational production or a folding for transport in a flat-folded state is characterized in that the corrugated cardboard unit firmly connected to at least one wall unit, in particular glued, is.
A configuration which is particularly advantageous with regard to practical folding is characterized in that the cross-sectional thickness of the corrugated cardboard unit is in the range between 1 and 3 mm (millimeters), and is designed in particular as a so-called E or F wave type. Larger or smaller cross-sectional thicknesses are possible without any problems.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the folding box blank according to the invention is characterized in that no corrugated cardboard material of the corrugated cardboard unit is present in the inner wall region, which is arranged in the closed state of the unfolded folding box adjacent to an inserted lid or bottom flap, that is, the corrugated cardboard unit one outwards having open recess. The fact that no corrugated cardboard material is present in the region of the lid or bottom flap in the inserted area, the insertion process of the bottom and Deckeleinstecklasche designed during unfolding and closing particularly simple.
