Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwingungserreger zur Erzeugung einer gerichteten Erregerschwingung, insbesondere zum Einbau in einen Vibrationsverdichter, und eine Maschine mit einem solchen Schwingungserreger, mit wenigstens zwei entgegengesetzt zueinander rotierbaren und parallel verlaufenden Unwuchtwellen (10; 20), auf denen wenigstens jeweils eine feste Unwuchtmasse (12; 22) und wenigstens jeweils eine bewegbare Unwuchtmasse (14; 24) angeordnet sind, wobei zur Amplitudenverstellung der Erregerschwingung die Positionen der bewegbaren Unwuchtmassen (12; 22) auf den Unwuchtwellen (10; 20) über eine Stelleinrichtung (2) veränderbar sind, und wobei die Stelleinrichtung (2) zur Amplitudenverstellung ein auf die bewegbaren Unwuchtmassen (12; 22) beider Unwuchtwellen (10; 20) einwirkendes zentrales Stellelement (4) aufweist, das koaxial zu einer Rotationsachse (AS) angeordnet ist, um welche der Schwingungserreger (1) zur Vektorverstellung der Erregerschwingung drehbar ist. The invention relates to a vibration generator for generating a directed excitation vibration, in particular for installation in a vibration compressor, and a machine having such a vibration exciter, with at least two mutually oppositely rotatable and parallel unbalanced shafts (10; 20) on which at least one respective solid unbalanced mass ( 12, 22) and at least one respective movable imbalance mass (14, 24) are arranged, wherein the positions of the movable imbalance masses (12, 22) on the imbalance shafts (10, 20) can be varied via an adjusting device (2) for amplitude adjustment of the excitation oscillation, and wherein the adjusting device (2) for amplitude adjustment has a central actuating element (4) acting on the movable unbalanced masses (12; 22) of both unbalanced shafts (10; 20), which is arranged coaxially to a rotation axis (A S ) about which the vibration exciter (1) is rotatable for vector adjustment of the excitation oscillation.
