Abstract

Bisherige Plasmaspritzdüsen sind durch den hohen Verschleiß nicht geeignet für die Beschichtung von Bauteilen, bei denen lange Beschichtungszeiten notwendig sind.
Durch die dreifache Injektion von Pulver in den Kanal (4) durch die Plasmaspritzdüse (1) können die Beschichtungszeiten erheblich verhindert werden.
