Description

The invention relates to a tray. According to a second aspect, the invention relates to a transport packaging containing a tray according to the invention. Risers are used to stack and transport items, such as food.

In the past, attempts have been made to send groceries from a regular grocery store to a grocery retailer. It has been found that none of the previously available solutions at the same time the food protects so far that they arrive safely on the one hand after transport and that on the other hand with the same tray any commissions can be sent to articles.

From the DE 93 20 496 U1 A container for fruit is known which can be folded to form a handle. Such a container is not stackable to a transport container.

From the US5,429,232 a generic transport container is known by means of the rinsing can be stacked on top of each other so that they are partially nested. Unlike sinks, which are convex on one side and concave on the opposite side, foodstuffs tend to be predominantly convex, with the result that nested stacking is eliminated except in exceptional cases.

A particular disadvantage of rising according to the prior art is that in a standardized packaging process can not be ensured that the Shipped food to survive shocks undamaged, which inevitably arise during shipping. The high rate of damaged food has so far meant that the shipping of food, for example, after ordering via the Internet, could hardly gain market share.

The invention has for its object to improve the shipping packaging of food so that a rational mass shipment of food of any chosen commission process is possible.

The invention solves the problem by a tray according to claim 1, a transport packaging according to claim 2 and a transport container according to claim 8.

An advantage of the invention is that the food to be shipped are protected against damage, even if the transport container is exposed to normal loads, such as falls of more than 80 cm on a flat surface.

It is a further advantage that the crate or the transport container constructed therefrom can be easily unpacked so that the unpacking person has to drive only a small amount of effort to get to the food. The packing by the packaging person is much easier and easier to standardize than in the case of climbing according to the prior art.

Another advantage is that the food can be arranged so that they protrude over the crate, so that there is a visually appealing impression.

Preferably, the trays all have the same cross-section with respect to a horizontal cross-sectional plane, so that they can be inserted one above the other into the outer carton. In particular, at least two, in particular three or four of the crates are identical, which facilitates handling.

Preferably, the first ascending bottom and the first ascending edge are folded from a common carton. By this is meant that a one-piece piece of cardboard is cut to size and optionally glued to parts to form the first-rise floor and the first-rise edge. It must then be attached to the resulting cardboard part only the pad element to produce a tray according to the invention.

It is advantageous if the side walls are reinforced and have an inner wall, a ceiling wall and an outer wall. It is advantageous if in the ceiling wall on both sides ever a central recess is introduced, so that you can reach by hand through the recesses and the ground can come from above coming. This is an advantage if the crate is arranged in the transport carton.

Preferably, at least the majority of foods project beyond a sidewall level of the first ascending sidewall. That is, at least a majority of the food projects beyond an imaginary horizontal plane in which the ceiling walls are located when the tray is on a horizontal surface. When climbing according to the prior art, the aim is that the food just do not survive over the crates, otherwise damage is to be feared. By contrast, in the case of the crate according to the invention, the space which is filled with the upholstery element ensures that the foodstuffs are safely stored in spite of the overhang. The survival of the food allows a direct inspection of the same, which improves the appearance.

It is favorable if the second-upholstery element, in particular also the first-upholstery element, is arranged in the downwardly open space such that the second crate or the first crate is standing on the foot area when the crate is seated on a level surface. By this is meant that the padding elements at most so far beyond the imaginary plane, that with food filled crates due to their own weight compresses the padding element so far that the crate is fully seated with its foot area.

Preferably, the transport packaging comprises at least two trays, wherein at least two of the trays differ in one tray depth and wherein all trays have the same pad depth. This has the advantage that food of different heights can be packed easily and stan- dardised. In particular, it is possible to stack the crates in any order.

It is advantageous if the transport packaging has a cover element which is constructed like a tray, but has a tray depth of zero.

FIG. 1 shows a tray according to the invention 10.1, which has a bottom 12.1 and a peripheral edge 14.1 around the bottom. The tray 10.1 is part of a transport packaging 16 according to the invention which comprises a cuboidal outer container 18, the first tray 10.1, a second tray 10.2, a third tray 10.3 and a fourth tray 10.4. The trays 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 are identical and stacked one above the other in a packing direction P.

In order to be able to describe the individual elements of the crates simply, each element of each crate is preceded by the name, which crate it deals. Thus, the first tray 10.1 has the first ascending ground 12.1 and the first ascending edge 14.1. Reference numerals without counting suffix designate the object as such. For example, reference numeral 10 designates a tray generally, regardless of whether it is the tray 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, or 10.4.

Der Erststeigen-Rand 14.1 der ersten Steige 10.1 besitzt eine erste Erststeigen-Seitenwand 20.1 und eine der ersten Erststeigenwand 20.1 gegenüberliebende zweite Erststeigen-Seitenwand 22.1. Der Erststeigen-Rand 14.1 bildet mit dem Boden 12 eine nach oben offene Erststeigen-Wanne 24.1 und einen nach unten offenen Erststeigen-Raum 26.1.The first ascending edge 14.1 of the first crate 10.1 has a first first ascending side wall 20.1 and a first ascending sidewall 22.1 opposing the first first ascending wall 20.1. The Erststeigen-edge 14.1 forms with the bottom 12 an upwardly open Erststeigen-tub 24.1 and a downwardly open Erststeigen space 26.1.

The first ascending edge 14.1 has a foot region 28.1 with which the first crate 10.1 rests on a four-rising ceiling wall 30.4. The first tray 10.1 has a first-upholstery element 32.1, which in the present case is formed by crumpled wrapping paper. Alternative padding elements may be formed by bubble film, air pads or the like. The first-upholstery element 32.1 is arranged in the first-floor space 26.1 open at the bottom and fastened there, so that it can be removed with the first leg 10.1, even if the first-upholstery element 32.1 is not grasped by hand.

FIG. 1 schematically shows food, which together with the transport packaging 16 form a transport container 40, in the form of an exemplified apple 34, a tin can 36 and a wine bottle 38th

The first ascending space 26.1, which is open at the bottom, forms a packing space with the four-rising tray 24.4. The first-upholstery element 32.1 is arranged such that the foodstuffs 34, 36, 38 inserted in the packing space are pressed by the first-upholstery element 32.1 into the corresponding tub, namely the four-way tub 24.4. This prevents the foodstuffs 34, 36, 38 from being accelerated sharply relative to the trays 10.1, 10.4 when the transport packaging 16 accelerates, for example as a result of values during transport. This in turn means that the food can reach only a low relative speed to the crates 10.1, 10.4, which in turn implies that the maximum relative accelerations between the food and the crates remain low in the event of an impact of the transport packaging 16, for example on the ground , Between the individual foods 34, 36, 38, a padding 42 may be arranged, for example in the form of crumpled wrapping paper.

FIG. 1 also shows a lid 39, which is constructed like a tray, but has no trough, but only a space 24.5, in which the cushioning element padding element 32.4 is arranged. The outer container 18 has a height which is chosen so that the crates and the lid can be accurately fitted, optionally with play, in it.

FIG. 2 shows the first crate 10.1 according to the invention in a perspective view. It can be seen that the first ascending edge 14.1 next to the first first ascending side edge 20.1 and the second ascending side edge 22.1 has a first first ascending transverse wall 44.1 and a second ascending transverse wall 46.1. It can also be seen that the first first ascending side wall 20.1 has an inner wall 48.1, which is integrally connected to the floor 12.1, and which is connected to the ceiling wall 30.1 (cf. FIG. 1 ) is integrally connected. To the ceiling wall 30.1 is followed by an outer wall 50.1, which is perpendicular to the bottom 12.1.

The crate 10.1 is constructed symmetrically with respect to an axis of symmetry which runs parallel to the inner wall 48.1 and to the outer wall 50.1. For this reason, the second side wall 22.1 has an inner wall 48.1 ', a ceiling wall 30.1' and an outer wall 50.1 '.

The ceiling walls 30.1, 30.1 'terminate in tabs 52, which are glued to the transverse walls 44.1, 46.1 and so the ceiling walls 30.1, 30.1' stabilize. The transverse walls 44.1, 46.1 also run out in tabs 54, which are attached to the outer walls 50.1, 50.1 '.

Figur 2 zeigt zudem, dass die Steige 10.1 symmetrisch bezüglich einer Symmetrieebene aufgebaut ist, die parallel zu den Querwänden 44.1, 46.1 verläuft und senkrecht auf dem Boden 12.1 steht FIG. 2 also shows that the crate 10.1 is constructed symmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry which runs parallel to the transverse walls 44.1, 46.1 and is perpendicular to the ground 12.1

FIG. 3 shows the first tray 10.1 in a view obliquely from below, in which the foot area 28.1, 28.1 'can be seen. It can also be seen that the padding element 32.1 substantially does not protrude beyond an imaginary plane in which the foot regions 28.1, 28.1 'are located. The foot area 28.1, 28.1 'terminates in tabs 56, which are attached to the transverse walls 44.1, 46.1.

FIG. 4 shows a transverse view of the crate 10.1, which has a height H of at most 15 cm, in particular of at most 13 cm. A height of 8 to 10.5 cm has proven to be optimal for transporting almost all food safely.

FIG. 5 shows a side view of the crate 10.1. It can be seen that the ceiling wall 30.1 has a central recess 58.1, can be grasped by the hand. FIG. 2 shows that by engaging in the recess 58.1 ', the bottom 12.1 can be grasped by hand, so that the tray 10.1 can be gripped from above, if they, as in FIG. 1 shown in the outer container 18, in the present case in the carton 18, is arranged.

FIG. 5 also shows that the recess 58.1 is also formed in the outer wall 50.1, so that the bottom 12.1, the in FIG. 5 is not visible, can be interpreted. The advantage that the recess also runs out in the outer wall 50.1 is that the tray can also be gripped when several trays are stacked on top of each other.

FIG. 6 shows a cross section through the tray 10.1 in the region of the recess 58.1. It can be seen that the edge 14.1 is H-shaped, with the two outer walls are filled double-walled. The tray 10.1 is, with the exception of the pad member 32.1, folded out of a cardboard box.
