Definitions
- the invention relates to a transformer winding device comprising a rotating device extending along a rotation axis for receiving a transformer winding to be wound, at least one device for providing a plurality of similar insulation bands, a comb-like guide device with which the provided insulation bands are unstretchable in at least one common winding plane and parallel therefrom are fed to each other at an angle to the axis of rotation of the transformer winding to be wound.
- a transformer winding angle device according to the preamble of claim 1 is made DE 3 815 998 known.
- Dry transformers are common, for example, in power ranges from a few 100kVA to several 10MVA and higher, with common rated voltages ranging from 6kV to a few 10kV.
- a correspondingly higher effort for the isolation is to operate in a dry-type transformer.
- insulation layers between different winding layers are therefore required in the manufacture of transformer windings, in particular for dry-type transformers, in order to increase the voltage rating of such a winding.
- These insulating layers are usually made of wound insulation tape, for example a resin impregnated fiber or glass fiber roving. This is usually by means of the same winding device, which is also used for winding the electrical conductor on a bobbin applied.
- a winding process of conductor and insulation tape can be carried out sequentially or synchronously.
- the insulating tape is usually provided in small widths, for example 5 mm, on corresponding rollers, wherein in each case several, for example, 12, 16 or 24 such strips are wound in parallel, so that in the example mentioned an effective Wicklellessness of 6cm, 8cm or 12cm would result.
- Use of such narrow bands instead of a single higher width insulating tape is required because the insulating bands are typically reciprocated in an oscillatory motion along the winding axis during the winding process. In particular at the turning points of the movement, if the width of the insulating strip is too high, wrinkling will occur, which would adversely affect the insulating capability of the wound insulating layer.
- the individual bands are guided by a guide device, usually a so-called winding comb.
- a guide device usually a so-called winding comb.
- This has the thinnest possible prongs, through which the respective insulation bands are guided.
- the isolation bands running side by side should form a homogeneous and seamless layer for insulation reasons, the insulating bands are inevitably curved when passing through the winding comb due to the width of the respective tines.
- an object of the invention to provide a device for winding a transformer winding, which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages.
- the object of the invention is furthermore a transformer winding provide as homogeneous wound intermediate insulation layer as possible.
- a transformer winding winding device of the aforementioned type This is characterized in that the comb-like guide device comprises at least a first part guide device for a first part of the insulation bands and a second part guide device for a second part of the insulation bands, wherein the part guide devices in axial length against each other are offset.
- transformer winding here is interpreted broadly and includes transformer windings in the true sense with upper and / or lower voltage winding and any type of electric coils or chokes of comparable magnitude.
- the causative problem namely that parallel directly adjacent to each other guided isolation bands are deformed due to the width of the tines of a guide comb in a disadvantageous, not more.
- the insulating bands are now guided alternately in a first and a second part by two different also comb-like partial guide devices, the respective tines or tine-like spacers are made significantly wider, wherein the intermediate space formed between the tine-like spacers, which serves to guide a respective insulating tape, Nevertheless, at least the width of a respective insulating tape, so that the deformation is avoided in an advantageous manner.
- the first and the second part of the insulating tapes thus have, after passing through the partial guide devices, a mutually parallel but mutually spaced orientation, wherein each of the two groups of insulating tapes lies in a respective plane.
- both planes intersect on the surface of the rotating transformer winding to which they are fed during the winding process.
- Both groups unite there to form a homogeneous layer in that a respective isolation band of the first group fits exactly in a gap between two adjacent isolation bands of the second group.
- the respective widths of the insulating tapes, the respective distances between adjacent insulating tapes and the offset of the two groups of insulating tapes to each other which is determined by the offset of the partial guide devices to each other to match each other.
- the first and second comb-like guide device each have tine-like spacer elements whose width corresponds to the width of the respective guide slots formed between them.
- the first and second comb-like guide devices are each offset by exactly one guide slot width.
- the width of the guide slots is adapted to the width of the provided isolation bands.
- the transformer winding winding device comprises an impregnating device, in particular a resin impregnating device, for impregnating the provided insulating strips.
- An impregnation of insulation bands is important in the further production of an insulation layer of a transformer winding for the subsequent solidification of the insulation layer.
- insulation strips are usually delivered dry and on bobbins.
- a suitable insulation tape material is, for example, a fiber or glass roving. If this is soaked in the winding process on the feed path from the respective bobbin to the winding body with a resin, the wound insulating layer is also soaked with the resin.
- the insulating layer is solidified.
- impregnating device can serve, for example, a tank filled with resin, through which the insulation bands are guided.
- impregnation devices are known to the person skilled in the art.
- this also includes a device for providing and for winding an electrical conductor.
- An electrical conductor is usually also provided on rollers or coils, but is applied as a single conductor in layers on the winding body.
- a single conductor for example, a copper or aluminum conductor is used, which are preferably surrounded by a layer of an insulating varnish.
- the leadership of an electrical conductor during the winding process for example, by a winding slide, which is similar to a guide device for insulation bands, for example, in an oscillatory movement along the winding axis is movable or moved.
- the use of multiple parallel conductors wound simultaneously is also possible.
- a transformer winding winding device according to the invention this is so pronounced that a synchronous winding of insulation bands and electrical conductor is made possible.
- the feeds of the insulation bands and the winding conductor are designed such that they do not interfere with each other. It is equally advantageous if the supply device for the insulating tapes and the winding carriage for the winding conductor are designed in such a way that they can carry out oscillatory movements independently of each other.
- the first and second partial guide devices are formed by a double winding comb.
- This has, for example, an elongated central element, which are spaced from each other by two sides in a respective plane at equidistant intervals from each other.
- both partial guide devices are integrated in a single element, which is also easy to manufacture, for example by means of milling or laser cutting from a Metal plate.
- a deviation in the offset of the sub-guide devices against each other is excluded.
- the guide device is adjustable in such a way that the feed angle of the provided insulation bands is adaptable.
- a feed angle of 0 ° corresponds to an orientation perpendicular to the winding axis.
- a slight adjustment of the angle for example in a range of 10 ° to 20 °, has the consequence that the individual parallel insulation bands, for example 24, do not hit the winding body at the same time but with a slight time offset.
- the guide device is movable along the axis of rotation and in particular is also intended to perform oscillatory movements.
- variable winding lengths can be produced in a simple manner.
- the above-described angle of attack of the oscillation direction of the guide device is adapted.
- the object of the invention is also achieved by a transformer winding, which was manufactured with a transformer winding winding device according to the invention.
- the transformer winding according to the invention has a particularly homogeneous insulation layer formed from the wound insulation strips. This is due to their increased dielectric strength then run correspondingly thinner.
- a transformer winding device can also be used to wind tube-like hollow bodies.
- a bobbin is used with the desired cross section instead of a bobbin.
- Fig. 1 shows a first partial view 10 of an exemplary transformer winding winding device.
- a winding axis 12 around a rotating device 14 is arranged.
- This is in this case a controlled by a drive device rotatable winding body, on which some winding layers of an electrical conductor have already been wound, as is not apparent from the drawing.
- the illustrated intermediate production state of the winding represents inter alia a partially manufactured wound intermediate insulating layer, which is drawn in black.
- This intermediate insulation layer is formed from a first part of insulating tapes 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, which is wound around the rotary device 14 or the wound body thereon.
- the insulating tapes 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 are provided by first supply devices 18, for example coils, and fed in the feed direction 34 to a first partial guide device 20.
- first supply devices 18, for example coils are provided by first supply devices 18, for example coils, and fed in the feed direction 34 to a first partial guide device 20.
- the insulating bands 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 are brought into a parallel position with equidistant distance from each other and then guided approximately at a vertical angle to the winding axis 12 to the winding body.
- the rotating device 14 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 16, so that the insulating bands 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 are wound on the winding body.
- the first partial guide device is oscillatable in the direction of arrow 22 along the axial extent of the rotating device, so that so over the entire axial Winding length a wound insulation layer can be produced.
- Shown by the reference numeral 36 is a resin impregnating apparatus by means of which the insulating tapes 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, for example glass fiber rovings, can be impregnated with a resin during feeding during the winding process.
- Fig. 2 shows a second partial view 40 of the same exemplary transformer winding winding device.
- a second part of insulating tapes 44, 46, 48, 50, 52 is shown, which is guided over a second comb-like partial guide device 42, wherein the insulating tapes are provided in this case by a second supply devices 54.
- the first 10 and second 40 partial views of the transformer winding winding apparatus result in an adding synopsis of their essential components.
- the first part of the insulating tapes 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 and the second part of the insulating tapes 44, 46, 48, 50, 52 join together on the winding device 14 or on the winding body to form a nearly seamless band which the wound insulation layer is finally formed. Their isolation capability is thereby increased in an advantageous manner.
- Fig. 3 shows a first comb-like guide device 60 according to the invention.
- This has two mutually offset, opposite comb-like guide devices, that is, a first and a second partial guide device according to the invention.
- the guide devices are essentially formed from at equidistant distance adjacent tine-like spacers 78, wherein the width 64 of all upper tine-like spacers 78 corresponds exactly to the width 62 of the upper guide slots formed between them.
- the width 68 of the lower tine-like spacers 78 also corresponds to the width 66 of the lower guide slots formed between them, for example 5mm. All guide slots and tine-like spacers 78 have exactly the same width and are offset by exactly this width against each other.
- the dashed lines indicated upper insulation bands 70, 72 and the lower insulation bands 74, 76 are adapted to the width of the respective guide slots and each identical. Due to the offset of the upper and lower guide slots against each other by exactly one insulation bandwidth are the insulation bands after passing through the comb-like guide device aligned so that they almost seamlessly adjoin each other when winding on the surface of a winding body.
- Fig. 4 shows a second comb-like guide device 80 according to the invention, which substantially corresponds to the first device 60.
- relevant areas 82, 84 are shown by dashed lines, through which a respective first or second partial guide device is formed.
- the lower part of the guide device additionally has at its outer end to a termination web, which prevents - for example, due to gravity - slipping out of a guided in this isolation band during the feeding process.
- Fig. 5 shows a winding comb 90, which reflects the prior art. Between tines 92, 94 guide slots are formed within which insulation bands 96, 98 are guided. The width of the guide slots is smaller by a tine width than the width of a flat insulating tape. Therefore, the insulation bands guided between the tines 96, 98 are shown somewhat curved. Such a curvature is essentially maintained upon further feeding of the insulating strips 96, 98 to the winding body, which ultimately has a negative effect on the insulating capability of a correspondingly wound insulation layer, so that it would have to be wound thicker with comparable insulation capability.

Description

-
Fig. 2 zeigt eine zweite Teilansicht 40 derselben exemplarischen Transformatorwicklungswickelvorrichtung. -
Fig. 3 zeigt eine erste erfindungsgemäße kammähnliche Führungsvorrichtung 60.
