Figur 1 zeigt einen Schlüssel mit einer Reide 1 und einem Schaft 2. Der Schaft 2 hat zwei Breitseiten 3, 4 und zwei Schmalseiten 5, 6. In den Breitseiten 3, 4 und den Schmalseiten 5, 6 sind jeweils Profilnuten 7 - 10 um eine Mittelachse des Schaftes 2 gruppiert. Die Breitseiten 3, 4 weisen jeweils zusätzlich eine Reihe von Kalotten 11 zum Betätigen von Zuhaltungen eines in Figur 2 dargestellten Schließzylinders 12 auf. Damit hinterschneiden die in der Schmalseite 5, 6 angeordnete Profilnuten 9, 10 die Kalotten 11 der Breitseiten 3, 4. Der Schließzylinder 12 hat einen Schließkanal 13 zur Aufnahme des Schaftes 2 und einen in einem Gehäuse 14 drehbaren Kern 15. Der Kern 15 hat zur Führung in den beiden Breitseiten 3, 4 angeordneten Profilnuten 7, 8 entsprechende Profilstege 16, 17 und erschwert damit die Einführung eines Manipulationswerkzeuges in den Schließkanal 13 zur Entriegelung von Zuhaltungen. Da der Schließkanal 13 zum Gehäuse 14 hin einseitig offen ist, hat nur die Profilnut 9 an einer der beiden Schmalseiten 5 des Schlüssels eine Führung durch einen Profilsteg 18 des Kerns 15. Diese Profilnut 9 und der Profilsteg 18 sind bis zu der Symmetrieachse der Kalotte 11 geführt. Weiterhin hat die Profilnut 9 einen geneigten Nutgrund 20. Der Nutgrund 20 ist im Wesentlichen parallel zur Seitenwandung der Kalotte 11 ausgerichtet. Die Profilnut 9 wird von zwei Profilrippen 21, 22 begrenzt und verjüngt sich zu dem Nutgrund 20 hin. Der entsprechend der Profilnut 9 gestaltete Profilsteg 18 erschwert die Einführung eines Manipulationswerkzeuges zur Betätigung der mit der Kalotte 11 korrespondierenden Zuhaltung des Schließzylinders 12. Zur Vereinfachung der Zeichnung sind von den Zuhaltungen nur deren Kanäle 19 in dem Kern 15 und dem Gehäuse 14 dargestellt. Claims (8)

  1. A key for locking a lock cylinder (12, 24) having in each case a shaft (2, 23, 33, 39) having in each case two opposite wide sides (3, 4) and opposite narrow sides (5, 6, 25, 38, 40) connecting the wide sides (3, 4) with one another and having calottes (11) arranged in the shaft (2, 23, 33, 39) for actuating tumblers of the lock cylinder (12, 24) and profile grooves (7 - 10, 26, 36, 41) for corresponding with corresponding profile webs (16 - 18, 30) of the lock cylinder (12, 24), characterized in that at least one profile groove (9, 26, 36, 41) is arranged in a narrow side (5, 6, 25, 38, 40), that the calottes (11) and the at least one profile groove (9, 26, 36, 41) are grouped around the central axis of the shaft, so that the profile groove (9, 26, 36, 41) arranged in a narrow side (5, 6, 25, 38, 40) at least partially undercuts the cross section of the calotte (11) arranged in a wide side (3, 4).
