Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Fig. 1 ist als Lebensmittelbehälter aus Kunststoff ausgebildet und umfasst einen Deckel 1 und einen Behälter 2, der eine untere Aufstandsfläche 3 ausbildet (vgl. In einem oberen Bereich der Seitenwand 4 weist der Behälter eine Schürze 7 auf, deren oberer Teil von einem Außenrand des Deckels 8 abgedeckt wird. An der Schürze ist ein eine Originalitätslasche 9 aufweisender Originalitätsverschluss angeordnet, der etwas über den Außenrand der Schürze hinaussteht (vgl. Fig. 3). Randlappen 11 dienen einerseits dem Schutz der Originalitätslasche vor ungewolltem Öffnen, andererseits einer verstärkte Kenntlichmachung eines die Originalitätslasche 9 aufweisenden Originalitätsverschlusses. Eine gestrichelte Linie 12 indiziert eine obere Kante eines Teils des Labels 6. Im Bereich der Originalitätslasche 9 ist zwischen derselben und einer Längsmittelachse 13, die senkrecht auf der unteren Aufstandsfläche 3 steht, und der transparenten Originalitätslasche 9 ein optischer Indikator 14 angeordnet, der durch eine gestrichelte Linie 16 angedeutet und als Teil des Labels 6 ausgebildet ist. Der Indikator ist somit zwischen der von der Längsmittelachse 13 wegweisenden und den Schriftzug "OPEN" tragenden Oberfläche der Lasche 9 und der Längsmittelachse 13 angeordnet. Fig. 5), in den das als In-Mould-Label ausgebildete Label eingebracht ist, bildet auf der linken oberen Seite des Verpackungsbehältnisses gemäß Fig. 5 den rechten Schenkel eines in etwa n-förmigen Profils des oberen Verpackungsbehältnisses. Claims (11)

  1. Packaging receptacle made of plastics material and intended for storing foods which can preferably be packaged when hot, more particularly a food container made of plastics material, comprising a lid (1) and a container (2) which forms a lower support surface (3) and has a receiving space which is delimited by a side wall (4), and comprising a skirt (7) extending along an upper region of the side wall (4) and a tamper-evident closure which has a tamper-evident tab (9) and which, once the packaging receptacle has been filled, can be released by a user when opened for the first time, the lid (1), which is formed as a snap-on lid or slip lid, being fixable to the upper container rim, the tamper-evident tab (9) being transparent, characterised in that the container (2) has a visual indicator (14) between a longitudinal central axis (13), which is perpendicular to the lower support surface (3), and a surface, facing away therefrom, of the tamper-evident tab (9) for marking the tamper-evident tab (9).
  2. Packaging receptacle according to claim 1, characterised in that the indicator (14) is formed at least in part by a partial colouring of the tamper-evident tab (9).
  3. Packaging receptacle according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the indicator (14) is formed at least in part by a part of the lid (1) located in part between the tamper-evident tab (9) and the longitudinal centre axis (19).
  4. Packaging receptacle according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the indicator (14) is formed by a label (6) of the packaging receptacle.
  5. Packaging receptacle according to claim 4, characterised in that the label (6) is formed as an in-mould label.
  6. Packaging receptacle according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that, with the exception of stabilising webs and when additional attachments are omitted, the side wall (4) merges directly into an upper edge (18), which is preferably formed as a sealing edge.
  7. Packaging receptacle according to claim 6, characterised in that the skirt (7) and the uppermost part of the side wall (4) form a substantially n-shaped profile with the upper edge (18).
  8. Packaging receptacle according to claim 7, characterised in that the tamper-evident tab (9) is fixed to the skirt by means of at least one predetermined breaking point (22).
  9. Packaging receptacle according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tamper-evident tab (9) is displayed towards the outside.
  10. Packaging receptacle according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a circumferentially raised edge (10) of the lid (1) merges, on its inner side facing away from a grip tab of the lid (1), into a bulge (15) on the surface (20) of the lid.
  11. Packaging receptacle according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tamper-evident tab (9) is delimited laterally by two edge lugs (11) which point upwards from the skirt (7) and increase the size of the region around the tamper-evident tab (9).
