Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Reduktion einer Schwingung einer insbesondere transparenten Platte (2), insbesondere einer Scheibe gezeigt, bei dem Messdaten vom Randbereich (4) der schwingenden Platte (2) aufgenommen und in Abhängigkeit dieser Messdaten (6, 6', 6", 6'") die Platte (2) über deren Randbereich (4) mit einer Kompensationsschwingung derart belastet werden, dass damit eine zumindest teilweise Reduktion der Schwingung der Platte (2) eintritt. Um eine besonders standfestes und effizientes Verfahren zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen dass Messdaten (6, 6', 6", 6"`) an Stellen (8, 8', 8", 8"`) des Randbereichs (4) mit maximaler Krümmung (M1`, M2', M3') von Schwingungsmoden (M1, M2, M3) der Platte (2) aufgenommen, durch Linearkombination dazu geeigneter Messdaten (6, 6', 6", 6"') Parameter (9', 10`, 11`) zu wenigstens einem Schwingungsmode (M1, M2, M3), insbesondere wenigstens zwei Schwingungsmoden (M1, M2, M3) der Platte (2) bestimmt, in Abhängigkeit dieser Parameter (9', 10', 11') für jeden Quadranten (15, 16, 17, 18) der Platte (2) Schwingungsanteile (15`, 16`, 17`, 18`) an der Kompensationsschwingung berechnet werden und damit jeder diesbezügliche Quadrant (15, 16, 17, 18) der Platte (2) zur gemeinsamen Ausbildung der Kompensationsschwingung belastet wird.
