Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die in den Ansprüchen angegebene Erfindung, wobei zunächst und im wesentlichen vorgesehen ist, dass die Halterung einem Einsatzstück zugeordnet ist, das in der Geschlossenstellung zwischen sich gegenüberliegenden Randabschnitten der Gehäusehälften gefesselt ist. Bevorzugt erfolgt die Fesselung des Einsatzstückes an einem oder an beide Gehäuseteile über eine Formschlussverbindung. Es ist aber auch möglich, das Einsatzstück an eine Gehäusehälfte stoffschlüssig, kraftschlüssig oder anderweitig zu fesseln. In jedem Falle ist aber vorgesehen, dass das Einsatzstück entweder bei der Montage des Gehäuses oder bei der Bestückung des Gehäuses mit einem Werkzeug dem Gehäuse individuelle zuzuordnen. Zufolge dieser Ausgestaltung kann ein Standardgehäuse verwendet werden, das je nach Art des aufzunehmenden Werkzeuges mit einer individuellen Halterung ausgestattet werden kann. Die Halterung wird von dem Einsatzstück ausgebildet, die individuell einem Gehäuse zugeordnet werden kann. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist das Einsatzstück lose dem Gehäuse zugeordnet und kann in der Offenstellung entnommen werden. Die Randabschnitte des noch nicht mit dem Einsatzstück bestückten Gehäuses bilden in einer Geschlossenstellung einen Umfangsrand eines Freiraumes. Dieser wird in der bestückten Stellung vom Einsatzstück ausgefüllt. Bevorzugt werden die Randabschnitte jeweils von einem der beiden Gehäuseteile ausgebildet, so dass sich der Freiraum beim Öffnen des Gehäuses öffnet. In der Offenstellung kann das Einsatzstück in den von einem Gehäuseteil ausgebildeten Abschnitt des Freiraumes eingesteckt werden. Die Fesselung des Einsatzstücks an das Gehäuse erfolgt bevorzugt über Formschlusselemente. Diese können die Randabschnitte des Freiraums über- und untergreifen. Die Formschlusselemente werden bevorzugt von in Umfangsrichtung abwechselnd den Randabschnitt übergreifenden und untergreifenden Zungen ausgebildet. Diese Zungen können von einem Umfangsabschnitt des Einsatzstückes abragen. Der Freiraum kann einen im wesentlichen kreisrunden Grundriss aufweisen. Hierzu bildet jeder der beiden Gehäuseteile jeweils einen halbkreisförmigen Randabschnitt aus, die sich in der Geschlossenstellung derart zusammenfügen, dass ein kreisrunder Freiraum verbleibt, in dem das Einsatzstück steckt. Es können zwei getrennte, beispielsweise zusammenclipsbare Gehäuseteile vorgesehen sein. Sie können auch wie beim Stand der Technik zusammensteckbar sein. Bevorzugt sind die beiden Gehäuseteile aneinander anscharniert und um eine Scharnierachse schwenkbar miteinander verbunden. Die beiden Gehäuseteile können einstückig miteinander verbunden sein. Die Verbindung kann von einem Filmscharnier ausgebildet sein. Das Gehäuse kann im geschlossenen Zustand eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Gestalt aufweisen, wobei der Grundriss des Gehäuses kreisrund oder polygon sein kann. Der Freiraum, in dem das Einsatzstück steckt, wird bevorzugt von einer Stirnseite des Gehäuses ausgebildet. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Gehäusefläche, die sich senkrecht zur Scharnierachse erstreckt. Die Halterung, die dem Einsatzstück zugeordnet ist, kann einen Sockel, eine Bohrung und/oder Befestigungszungen aufweisen. Das Einsatzstück hat vorzugsweise eine rotationssymmetrische Gestalt, wobei die den Rand unter- bzw. übergreifenden Formschlussmittel sich in Umfangsrichtung abwechseln. Diese Formschlussmittel können elastische Zungen sein, die nicht nur eine Haltefunktion, sondern auch die Funktion eines Stoßfängers ausüben können, um zu vermeiden, dass auf das Gehäuse ausgeübte Stöße ungedämpft auf das darin bevorratete Werkzeug übertragen werden. Die Stirnseite, die dem Einsatzstück gegenüberliegt, kann eine Ausnehmung aufweisen. Diese Ausnehmung befindet sich bevorzugt im Zentrum dieser Stirnseite, so dass dort die Spitze eines Bohrers eintreten kann. Hierdurch wird der Bohrer in einer zentrischen Lage gehalten. Die beiden Gehäusehälften werden vorzugsweise über einen Rastverschluss in der Geschlossenstellung gehalten. Hierzu kann ein Gehäuseteil eine Rastlasche ausbilden, von der Rastvorsprünge abragen, die in der Geschlossenstellung in Rastfenster des anderen Gehäuseteiles eingreifen. Auf der dem Freiraum gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite können die beiden Gehäuseteile jeweils einen Flansch tragen. Die beiden Flansche schließen sich jeweils an den Öffnungsrand der Gehäuseteile an und liegen in der Geschlossenstellung des Gehäuses in einer Parallellage zueinander. Mittels dieser Flansche kann ein Informationsträger am Gehäuse gehalten werden. Auch dies kann über Formschlussmittel erfolgen, wobei von einem Flansch Befestigungsstifte abragen, die Befestigungsöffnungen des Informationsträgers durchgreifen und die in der Geschlossenstellung in Öffnungen des anderen Flansches eintauchen. Das Gehäuse kann aus Kunststoff bestehen. Es kann klarsichtig oder transluzent ausgeführt sein. In den Seitenwandungen des Gehäuses können offene Fenster eingebracht sein. Bevorzugt werden die Fenster von kreisrunden Öffnungen ausgebildet. Durch diese Öffnungen kann das im Gehäuse aufbewahrte Werkzeug nicht nur gesehen, sondern auch ertastet werden. Bevorzugt sind die beiden Gehäuseteile im wesentlichen gleichgestaltet und bilden somit wannenförmige Gehäusehälften, die im Bereich ihrer größten Querschnittsfläche in der Geschlossenstellung mit ihren Rändern aneinander stoßen. Claims (15)
- Packaging housing for a tool (16), more particularly a rotatably drivable tool for example for a drill or milling cutter, comprising two housing parts (1, 6) which can be moved from an open position into a closed position, and comprising a mount (11, 12, 18) which, at least in the closed position, is rigidly connected to the housing (1, 6) and supports the tool (16), characterised in that the mount (11, 12, 18) is associated with an insert (10) which, in the closed position, is held between opposing edge portions (5, 9) of the housing halves (1, 6).
- Packaging housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the insert (10) is held on the housing (1, 6) in an interlocking manner.
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the insert (10) is held on the housing (1, 6) such that, in the open position of the two housing parts (1, 6), it can be separated from the housing.
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in the closed position, the edge portions (5, 9) surround a clearance (4, 8) which is occupied by the insert (10).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the insert (10) lies in the clearance (4, 8) loosely.
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by interlocking elements (14, 15) which protrude from the edge (13) of the insert (10) and engage over or under the edge portions (5, 9).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the interlocking elements are formed by tongues (14, 15) engaging alternately over and under the edge portion (5, 9) in the peripheral direction.
- Packaging housing according to one or more of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the clearance (4, 8) has a substantially circular outline, a semicircular edge portion (5, 9) being formed by each of the two housing parts (1, 6).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing parts (1, 6) are hinged to one another and can be pivoted from the open position into the closed position about a hinge axis (16).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the two housing parts (1, 6) are interconnected by means of a film hinge (26).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of claims 4 to 10, characterised in that the clearance (4, 8) is associated with a housing end face (2) which extends transversely to the hinge axis (26).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the mount forms a base (11) and/or a hole (12) and/or fastening tongues (18) and interacts with a fastening portion (16') of the tool (16).
- Packaging housing according to one or more of claims 4 to 12, characterised by a recess (19) which is associated with the housing side that is opposite the housing side forming the clearance (4, 8) and which a portion of the tool (16) is intended to enter.
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by a flange (22, 23) formed integrally on each one of the two housing parts (1, 6), the two flanges (22, 23), in the closed position, receiving an information carrier (20) therebetween.
- Packaging housing according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the two housing parts (1, 6) are held in the closed position by a latch closure and/or in that side walls of the housing (1, 6) comprise windows (30).
