Claims (6)
- Démarreur (100) pour démarrer un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un arbre de prise de force (2) qui présente une unité de bride (4) à une extrémité, un dispositif pour supporter l'arbre de prise de force (2) au niveau d'un palier intermédiaire (5) du démarreur (100), le palier intermédiaire (5) présentant une saillie de palier intermédiaire (7), comprenant des moyens de palier fixe (5, 6, 7, 7a, 8, 8a) pour la fixation axiale en position de l'arbre de prise de force (2) par rapport au palier intermédiaire (5), les moyens de palier fixe (5, 6, 7, 7a, 8, 8a) étant disposés des deux côtés de l'unité de bride (4) et une unité de palier (6) étant prévue à une extrémité radialement extérieure de l'unité de bride (4) entre l'unité de bride (4) et le palier intermédiaire (5), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de palier (6) est réalisée sous forme de palier radial, réalisé sous forme de palier à aiguilles, et un disque de démarrage (7a) est disposé d'une part entre la saillie de palier intermédiaire (7) et l'unité de bride (4), lequel sert à la fixation de l'unité de palier (6) dans la direction axiale et un disque de démarrage (7a) est disposé d'autre part entre une unité d'ancrage et l'unité de bride (4).
- Démarreur (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier moyen de palier fixe est réalisé en tant que saillie de palier intermédiaire (7), qui est disposée du côté de la prise de force sur l'unité de bride (4).
- Démarreur (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième moyen de palier fixe est réalisé en tant qu'unité d'ancrage (8, 8a) disposée dans l'unité de bride (4), laquelle est disposée sur un côté d'entraînement opposé au côté de prise de force au niveau de l'unité de bride (4).
- Démarreur (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de palier fixe (5, 6, 7, 7a, 8, 8a) sont réalisés de manière espacée dans la direction axiale et/ou radiale de l'arbre de prise de force (2).
- Démarreur (100) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de bride (4) est réalisée sous forme de plateau de transmission planétaire.
- Démarreur (100) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de prise de force (2) présente un filetage à pas rapide (3) qui est adjacent, sans point de palier, à l'unité de bride (4), notamment au plateau de transmission planétaire.
