Claims (8)

  1. Modul zum Ausfahren eines einziehbaren Einsatzes eines Schlüssels, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, das dazu bestimmt ist, in ein Gehäuse des Schlüssels montiert zu werden und aufweist:
    - einen Einsatz (5, 7), der dazu bestimmt ist, bezüglich des Gehäuses (3) zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der der Einsatz (5, 7) in das Gehäuse (3) eingezogen ist, und einer Benutzungsstellung schwenkbar montiert zu werden, in der der Einsatz (5, 7) bezüglich des Gehäuses (3) ausgefahren ist, und einen Schlüsselbart (7) und einen Schlüsselbartträger (5) aufweist, der fest mit dem Schlüsselbart (7) verbunden und bezüglich des Gehäuses (3) schwenkbar montiert ist,
    - einen Ausfahrmechanismus des Einsatzes (5, 7), der einen Druckknopf (19) und ein elastisches Rückstellelement (23) des Einsatzes (5, 7) enthält, das aus einer Torsionsschraubfeder besteht, von der ein erstes Ende (23a) mit dem Einsatz (5, 7) verbunden ist, um den Einsatz (5, 7) schwenkend in die Benutzungsstellung zu beaufschlagen, wenn der Druckknopf (19) betätigt wird,
    - wobei der Druckknopf (19) eine Drehblockiereinrichtung des Druckknopfs (19) bezüglich des Gehäuses aufweist, die eine Führung des Druckknopfs (19) in axialer Translationsbewegung formt,
    - wobei das Rückstellelement (23) am Druckknopf (19) über ein zweites Ende (23b) befestigt ist,
    - wobei das erste Ende (23a) des Rückstellelements (23) am Schlüsselbartträger (5) befestigt ist, so dass das Rückstellelement (23) den Träger (5) schwenkend beaufschlagt, um den Schlüsselbart (7) auszufahren, wenn der Druckknopf (19) betätigt wird,
    - wobei der Träger (5) einen durch einen Durchlass (60) geöffneten Kragen (51) aufweist, wobei der Kragen zwei Kerben (53A, 53B) aufweist, und
    - wobei der Druckknopf (19) einen Vorsprung (49) zum Halt des Einsatzes (5, 7) in der Ruhestellung durch Zusammenwirkung mit einer der Kerben (53B) und in der Benutzungsstellung durch Zusammenwirkung mit der anderen der Kerben (53A) aufweist, wobei die Montagestellung dieses Vorsprungs entsprechend dem Eintritt in den Durchgang (60) sich von der Ruhe- und Benutzungsstellung unterscheidet.
  2. Modul nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (19) und die eine Führung bildende Blockiereinrichtung aus einem Stück gefertigt sind.
  3. Modul nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Führung bildende Blockiereinrichtung mindestens einen Führungszapfen (25) des Druckknopfs (19) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem entsprechenden Einschnitt (27) des Gehäuses zusammenzuwirken.
  4. Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (19) einen Innenhohlraum (20) aufweist, in dem das zweite Ende (23b) des Rückstellelements (23) untergebracht ist.
  5. Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (5) einen Hohlstift (31) aufweist, in dem das erste Ende (23a) des Rückstellelements (23) untergebracht ist.
  6. Modul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Einrichtung zum Stoppen der Translationsbewegung des Druckknopfs (19) aufweist, die zumindest teilweise im Träger (5) angeordnet ist.
  7. Schlüssel, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, ausgestattet mit einem Ausfahrmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er das Gehäuse (3) aufweist, das eine einen Deckel formende obere Halbschale (3a) und eine einen Gehäuseboden formende untere Halbschale (3b) und den Druckknopf (19) aufweist, der axial in einer zugeordneten Aufnahme (21) der oberen Halbschale (3a) aufgenommen wird und bezüglich der oberen Halbschale (3a) vorsteht, um von einem Benutzer betätigt zu werden.
  8. Schlüssel nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch und Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Halbschale (3b) des Gehäuses (3) einen Absatz (9) aufweist, um den Träger (5) in der Ruhestellung aufzunehmen, und dass eine Öffnung an der Innenwand der unteren Halbschale (3b) im Bereich des Absatzes (9) zum Einstecken des Stifts (31) vorgesehen ist.
