La présente invention concerne une tête applicatrice (2) pour appliquer un produit, comportant : - un logement, - un élément d'application poreux (70) et, - un orifice d'alimentation en produit depuis un réservoir, débouchant sur l'élément d'application poreux (70), l'élément d'application poreux (70) étant disposé de façon amovible au moins partiellement dans le logement et ayant une surface adaptée à venir au contact d'une zone à traiter, la tête applicatrice étant configurée de manière à ce que l'enlèvement de l'élément d'application poreux puisse s'effectuer, sans enlèvement simultané du réservoir, au moins en partie en faisant coulisser l'élément d'application poreux grâce à une force exercée selon une direction transversale à un axe de distribution de l'orifice.

Description

TETE APPLICATRICE COMPORTANT UN ELEMENT D'APPLICATION
POREUX
La présente invention concerne les têtes applicatrices pour appliquer un produit, notamment un produit cosmétique, et plus . particulièrement mais non exclusivement celles destinées à appliquer un produit sur les cheveux.
Il est connu pour appliquer un produit sur les cheveux d'utiliser conjointement au moins un élément d'application poreux et des reliefs de guidage et/ou d'application.
La demande FR 2 728 767 décrit ainsi un peigne dont les dents sont creuses et logent un corps spongieux.
La demande EP 0 334 156 décrit un dispositif pour l'application d'un produit sur les cheveux, comportant des dents insérées dans une matière poreuse.
Par ailleurs, il est connu d'appliquer un produit à l'aide d'un élément d'application poreux interchangeable.
La demande EP 1 384 416 Al divulgue divers dispositifs dans lesquels l'élément d'application poreux peut être remplacé.
La demande FR 2 889 919 décrit un rouleau perméable au produit, monté sur un moyeu traversé par des orifices de distribution.
La demande internationale WO 2009/015027 divulgue une cartouche destinée à être introduite dans en embout, la cartouche comportant un réservoir, un capot comportant des trous, et une mèche disposée entre le réservoir et le capot.
Le brevet US 2 819 723 enseigne d'introduire une brosse et un peigne dans des logements d'une tête applicatrice, le peigne et la brosse étant alimentés en produit depuis l'intérieur de la tête applicatrice et pouvant coulisser selon des directions transversales à l'axe de distribution de la tête applicatrice pour être montés dans les logements.
II existe un besoin pour bénéficier d'une tête applicatrice permettant un remplacement aisé de l'élément d'application poreux, notamment sans contact des doigts de l'utilisateur avec l'élément d'application à remplacer, si cela est souhaité.
Il existe également un intérêt pour perfectionner encore les têtes applicatrices, par exemple afm d'obtenir une application plus homogène, . réduire le risque de fuite accidentelle de produit, simplifier la construction, obtenir de nouveaux effets, un meilleur résultat et/ou une plus grande simplicité de mise en oeuvre. Il existe encore un besoin pour bénéficier d'une tête applicatrice convenant, si on le souhaite, à une utilisation au sein d'un appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure.
L'invention vise à répondre à tout ou partie de ces besoins.
L'invention a ainsi pour objet, selon l'un de ses aspects, une tête applicatrice pour appliquer un produit, notamment cosmétique, comportant :
- un logement,
- un élément d'application poreux et,
- un orifice d'alimentation en produit depuis un réservoir, débouchant sur l'élément d'application poreux, l'élément d'application poreux étant disposé de façon amovible au moins partiellement dans le logement, et ayant une surface adaptée à venir au contact d'une zone à traiter,
la tête applicatrice étant configurée de manière à ce que l'enlèvement de l'élément d'application poreux puisse s'effectuer sans enlèvement simultané du réservoir, au moins en partie en faisant coulisser l'élément d'application poreux grâce à une force exercée selon une direction transversale à un axe de distribution de l'orifice.
L'élément d'application poreux est par exemple lié au réservoir par friction, lorsqu'il est en place pour être alimenté en produit par le réservoir.
La force exercée correspond par exemple à une poussée ou à une traction. Au sens de l'invention, deux directions sont transversales quand elles ne sont pas parallèles, car faisant entre elles un angle d'au moins 45° par exemple, à savoir 90° par exemple.
On désigne par "axe de distribution de l'orifice" l'axe selon lequel le produit est distribué au sortir de l'orifice d'alimentation. Cet axe de distribution peut être transversal, notamment perpendiculaire, à l'axe longitudinal selon lequel s'étend le logement.
La poussée précitée est par exemple exercée selon une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe de distribution de l'orifice.
Le logement peut être ouvert à deux extrémités opposées et l'enlèvement de l'élément d'application poreux peut s'effectuer en faisant coulisser l'élément poreux à travers l'une des ouvertures du logement grâce à une poussée exercée par l'autre ouverture, En variante, le logement n'est ouvert qu'à une de ses deux extrémités.
Le logement, notamment lorsqu'il est ouvert à une ou deux extrémités, peut être extérieurement délimité sur une partie de son pourtour par une paroi s'étendant le long du logement sur toute ou partie de la longueur de ce dernier,
Grâce à l'invention, le remplacement de l'élément d'application poreux peut s'effectuer aisément, par exemple en le chassant de son logement par une extrémité, donc sans manipulation complexe et sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'enlever également le réservoir.
L'élément d'application est réalisé par exemple sous forme de mèche, de feutre, de fritte, notamment thermoplastique ou céramique, de mousse, à cellules ouvertes ou semi-ouvertes, de corps élastomère ou avec une superposition de couches d'un ou plusieurs de ces matériaux.
L'élément d'application peut être obtenu à partir de polymères tels que les polyoléfmes, notamment le polyéthylène ou le polypropylène, les polyamides, l'EVA, le polyvinyle acétate, le polyéther ou le polyuréthane, et le polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE).
L'invention permet également d'utiliser un élément d'application poreux de forme allongée, qui peut être réalisé par exemple avec des fibres poreuses en polyester, polyether, polyéthylène téréphtaîate (PET) ou polyéthylène (PE), ces fibres étant orientées parallèlement à la direction d'allongement de l'élément d'application, ces fibres étant par exemple coextrudées. Une telle orientation des fibres peut favoriser une diffusion capillaire dans le sens longitudinal et améliorer la répartition du produit sur toute la longueur de l'élément d'application poreux. Cela peut réduire le risque d'avoir un excès de produit localisé dans une zone médiane de l'élément d'application. Le logement peut présenter une forme allongée et les fibres peuvent être orientées parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du logement. Les ouvertures du logement peuvent être situées à ses extrémités longitudinales.
L'élément d'application poreux peut présenter des extrémités longitudinales rendues moins perméables au produit, voire imperméables à celui-ci. Les fibres précitées peuvent comporter une matière thermoplastique et l'élément d'application poreux peut comporter une peau imperméable à ses extrémités longitudinales, formée par fusion locale de la matière des fibres, par exemple lors de la coupe d'une longueur du matériau de l'élément d'application en tronçons, à l'aide d'un outil de coupe chaud ou d'un laser. L'élément d'application peut présenter une plus grande dimension inférieure à 10 cm, notamment inférieure à 5 cm.
L'élément d'application peut encore être réalisé avec des fibres naturelles, par exemple de coton et/ou de lin.
L'élément d'application peut être entièrement reçu dans le logement, ne faisant par exemple pas saillie dans le réservoir.
La tête applicatrice peut comporter au moins un relief, d'application du produit et/ou de guidage des cheveux.
Les cheveux peuvent venir normalement, lors de l'utilisation de. la tête applicatrice, au contact de ces reliefs, lesquels peuvent les maintenir dans une zone traitante de la tête applicatrice où ils sont susceptibles de recevoir du produit, par exemple par contact avec une surface latérale de l'élément d'application.
Les reliefs peuvent être identiques ou différents. La tête applicatrice peut par exemple comporter une succession de reliefs identiques entre des reliefs d'extrémité ayant un aspect différent, par exemple afin de mieux délimiter pour l'utilisateur la zone traitante de la tête applicatrice.
Les reliefs peuvent être, pour certains au moins, situés à une distance relativement faible de l'orifice d'alimentation en produit, par exemple inférieure ou égale à 2 mm.
Les reliefs précités peuvent s'étendre d'un côté au moins de l'orifice d'alimentation et par exemple de part et d'autre d'un plan médian longitudinal de celui-ci. Ainsi, les cheveux peuvent être guidés avant et après l'engagement avec l'élément d'application poreux. La présence de reliefs en aval de l'élément d'application poreux, eu égard au sens de déplacement des cheveux relativement à celui-ci, peut rendre l'application du produit plus homogène, en favorisant son étalement sur les cheveux. La présence de reliefs en amont peut favoriser une venue à plat de la mèche au contact de l'élément d'application poreux.
Les reliefs peuvent présenter par rapport au fond de la ou des gorges formée(s) entre eux et recevant les cheveux, une hauteur d'au moins 3 mm, mieux 8 mm.
Le ou lesdits reliefs peuvent s'étendre au moins partiellement au-dessus de l'élément d'application poreux.
Le ou lesdits reliefs peuvent définir au moins partiellement le logement. Le cas échéant, des reliefs peuvent être réalisés sur une portion au moins du fond du logement et/ou sur une face de l'élément d'application en regard d'une telle portion afin de réduire le risque d'écoulement de produit ailleurs que dans l'élément d'application.
Au moins une partie des reliefs, peut être portée par l'élément d'application poreux. L'élément d'application comporte par exemple plusieurs reliefs disposés selon une. ou plusieurs rangées. Les rangées de reliefs peuvent s'étendre transversalement par rapport à un axe longitudinal de l'élément d'application, sur au moins une partie du pourtour de ce dernier.
Une lèvre peut être réalisée légèrement en saillie dans le fond du logement, autour de l'orifice d'admission.
Dans un exemple de mise en œuvre de l'invention, la tête applicatrice est configurée pour permettre de remplacer l'élément d'application poreux présent dans le logement en le poussant hors du logement au. moyen d'un nouvel élément d'application poreux identique, introduit par l'une des ouvertures du logement.
La tête applicatrice peut être configurée de manière à ce que l'élément d'application puisse être enlevé et introduit dans le logement sans qu'il soit nécessaire de démonter le ou lesdits reliefs et/ou une partie de la tête applicatrice, ce qui peut permettre un remplacement aisé de l'élément d'application par l'utilisateur.
L'élément d'application poreux peut présenter une forme cylindrique, par exemple de directrice semi-circulaire.
L'élément d'application poreux peut être retenu par friction dans le logement.
L'invention a encore pour objet, selon un autre de ses aspects un ensemble pour l'application d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comportant :
- une tête applicatrice telle que définie ci-dessus et,
- un réservoir contenant le produit.
L'ensemble peut comporter des moyens d fixation sur une portion d'un appareil de traitement des cheveux, notamment un appareil électrique, par exemple une pince à lisser ou un fer à boucler.
Les moyens de fixation peuvent comporter une griffe agencée pour s'accrocher de part et d'autre d'une branche de l'appareil, en laissant dégagée une surface chauffante présente sur celle-ci. La griffe peut être creuse et définir au moins partiellement le réservoir, ce qui peut augmenter sa contenance ou, à contenance égale, diminuer l'encombrement de l'ensemble.
Le réservoir peut comporter une ouverture de remplissage et un moyen de bouchage de cette ouverture, par exemple un bouchon fileté. Cela peut permettre le remplissage du réservoir sans séparer celui-ci de la tête applicâtrice.
La tête applicâtrice peut comporter un clapet obturant l'orifice d'arrivée de produit en l'absence d'élément d'application poreux. Ce clapet peut avoir tout comme l'orifice d'admission du produit une forme allongée parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du logement.
La fixation de l'élément d'application dans le logement peut faire intervenir, le cas échéant, une déformation élastique de l'un au moins de l'élément d'application et du logement, par exemple un encliquetage de l'élément d'application dans la zone de réception. Cela peut améliorer le maintien en place de l'élément d'application. Le clapet peut, dans un exemple de mise en œuvre de l' invention, s'encliqueter dans un relief correspondant de l'élément d'application. Un tel encliquetage peut être ressenti par l'utilisateur et le renseigner sur le bon positionnement de l'élément d'application. Le clapet peut contribuer, en frottant sur l'élément d'application, à retenir celui-ci dans le logement.
La largeur du logement recevant l'élément d'application peut être sensiblement égale à celle de l'élément d'application, de manière à retenir ce dernier par friction.
Le clapet peut être réalisé de diverses manières et par exemple d'une seule pièce par moulage de matière avec un organe de rappel élastique du clapet en position d'obturation de l'orifice d'admission.
Le produit cosmétique est par exemple un produit capillaire, notamment un produit s' appliquant avant, pendant ou après un traitement thermique des cheveux, par exemple un traitement visant à lisser ou boucler les cheveux par venue des cheveux au contact d'une surface chaude d'une pince à lisser ou d'un fer à boucler.
Le produit peut encore être un produit destiné à une application sur la peau ou les lèvres, par exemple un produit de maquillage ou de soin.
La tête applicâtrice peut comporter, le cas échéant, un capot de protection de l'élément d'application en l'absence d'utilisation de ce dernier. Un tel capot est par exemple amovible, et peut fermer de façon étanche ou non un espace contenant l'élément d'application.
L'invention a encore pour objet un appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure, comportant une portion présentant une surface chauffante et un ensemble tel que défini ci-dessus, fixé sur cette portion.
L'invention a encore pour objet, selon un autre de ses aspects, indépendamment ou en combinaison avec ce qui précède, un appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure, comportant une portion sur laquelle est fixée de manière amovible un ensemble pour l'application d'un produit comportant une tête applicatrice et un réservoir contenant le produit à appliquer sur les cheveux et un élément d'application poreux fixé de façon amovible sur la tête applicatrice.
L'ensemble peut se fixer par exemple au moyen d'une griffe sur une branche de l'appareil, cette griffe laissant dégagée une surface chauffante de l'appareil. La griffe peut être creuse et définir au moins partiellement le réservoir. La tête applicatrice peut présenter l'une quelconque des caractéristiques ci-dessus.
L'invention a encore pour objet, indépendamment ou en combinaison avec ce qui précède, selon un autre de ses aspects, un élément d'application poreux destiné à une tête applicatrice présentant l'une quelconque des caractéristiques ci-dessus, cet élément d'application comportant un faisceau de fibres poreuses coextrudées orientées parallèlement à son axe longitudinal, et deux faces d'extrémité imperméables au produit, notamment comportant une peau obtenue par fusion locale du matériau des fibres.
L'invention a encore pour objet, selon un autre de ses aspects, une tête applicatrice pour appliquer un produit, comportant :
- un logement,
- un élément d'application poreux,
- au moins une rangée de reliefs d'application de produit et/ou de guidage des cheveux s' étendant selon un axe, et
- un orifice d'alimentation en produit depuis un réservoir débouchant sur l'élément d'application poreux,
l'élément d'application étant disposé de façon amovible au moins partiellement dans le logement et ayant une surface adaptée à venir au contact d'une zone à traiter, la tête applicatrice étant configurée de manière à ce que l'enlèvement de l'élément d'application poreux puisse s'effectuer au moins en partie en faisant coulisser l'élément d'application poreux parallèlement à l'axe de la rangée de reliefs, sans enlèvement simultané du réservoir.
L'invention a encore pour objet, selon un autre de ses aspects, une tête applicatrice pour appliquer un produit, comportant :
- un logement ouvert à deux extrémités opposées,
- un élément d'application poreux disposé de façon amovible au moins partiellement dans le logement, ayant une surface adaptée à venir au contact d'une zone à traiter,
- un orifice d'alimentation en produit débouchant depuis un réservoir sur l'élément d'application poreux.
la tête applicatrice étant configurée de manière à ce que l'enlèvement de l'élément d'application poreux puisse sans enlèvement simultané du réservoir, s'effectuer, au moins en partie en faisant coulisser l'élément d'application poreux à travers l'une des ouvertures du logement, grâce à une poussée exercée par l'autre ouverture.
L'invention a encore pour objet, selon un autre de ses aspects, un élément d'application poreux pour appliquer un produit, notamment un produit cosmétique, s 'étendant selon un axe longitudinal et comportant une partie proximale libre de reliefs et une partie distale comportant une pluralité de reliefs d'application de produit et/ou de guidage des cheveux, ces reliefs s'étendant transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément d'application sur au moins une partie du pourtour de ce dernier.
L'élément d'application poreux est par exemple réalisé avec l'un des matériaux mentionnés ci-dessus. Les reliefs peuvent s'étendre de façon continue sur tout ou partie du pourtour de l'élément d'application poreux. Les reliefs forment par exemple une pluralité de nervures définissant deux à deux des rainures permettant le guidage des cheveux lors de l'application du produit.
L'élément d'application poreux peut comporter entre deux et dix nervures. En variante, les reliefs s'étendent transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément d'application poreux de façon . discontinue sur le pourtour de la partie distale de l'élément d'application poreux et définissent une pluralité de rangées circulaire de dents. Chaque rangée comporte par exemple entre deux et dix dents. L'élément d'application poreux peut être imprégné de produit avant conditionnement dans un emballage ou chargé en produit en étant trempé dans un flacon contenant le produit. Un tel élément d'application poreux peut être utilisé seul, comme tête applicatrice par un utilisateur ou, en variante, être monté sur une tête applicatrice telle que définie ci-dessus.
L'invention pourra être mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, d'exemples non limitatifs de mise en œuvre de celle-ci, et à l'examen du dessin annexé, sur lequel :

L'ensemble pour l'application d'un produit 1 représenté isolément à la figure 2 comporte une tête applicatrice 2. Cet ensemble ,1 est destiné à être monté sur un appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure, par exemple une pince à lisser les cheveux ou un fer à boucler.
Un tel appareil comporte par exemple deux branches 10, dont seule l'une d'entre elles est représentée partiellement à la figure 1 , ces branches pouvant se refermer sur les cheveux à traiter.
L'une au moins des branches 10, et de préférence chaque branche 10, est munie d'une surface chauffante, au contact de laquelle les cheveux peuvent être amenés pendant l'utilisation.
La surface chauffante est par exemple portée à une température comprise entre
100 et 180°C, et cette surface chauffante est par exemple définie par un métal ou une céramique, pouvant être plane et lisse. Le cas échéant, de la vapeur peut être émise au niveau de la surface chauffante. La surface chauffante peut encore être arrondie ou ondulée.
Lorsque les branches 10 sont rapprochées, les cheveux passent entre les surfaces chauffantes en regard.
L'invention n'est pas limitée à l'utilisation de l'ensemble 1 , notamment de la tête applicatrice 2, au sein d'un appareil de traitement de la chevelure visant à lisser ou boucler les cheveux.
L'ensemble 1, peut par exemple être utilisé seul, pour appliquer un produit sur les cheveux, indépendamment de tout autre traitement. Le produit est alors par exemple un produit de coloration, de décoloration, de soin ou de fixation des cheveux.
L'ensemble .1 peut se monter sur l'une des branches 10, étant par exemple engagé par coulissement sur cette branche 10. Le montage peut être amovible, ce qui peut faciliter le conditionnement et/ou le nettoyage de l'ensemble, notamment de la tête applicatrice 2.
Dans l'exemple illustré, l'ensemble 1 comporte une griffe 3 qui permet son montage sur la branche 10, cette griffe 3 comportant deux montants 4 et 5 terminés par des rebords d'accrochage 6 dirigés l'un vers l'autre, permettant de retenir l'ensemble 1 sur la branche 10.
Le fond de l'espace 7 défini entre les montants 4 et 5 comporte par exemple, comme illustré, des reliefs 8 tels que des nervures ou bossages venant frotter sur le dos de la branche 10 et permettant une immobilisation par friction de l'ensemble 1 sur la branche 10 dans la position voulue, par exemple au niveau de la surface chauffante. Ainsi, une même mèche de cheveux peut passer à la fois sur la tête applicatrice 2 et sur la surface chauffante de la branche 10.
Bien entendu, d'autres moyens de montage de l'ensemble 1 sur la branche 10 sont possibles, par exemple une fixation par encliquetage, verrouillage de forme de type baïonnette ou autre ou une fixation à l'aide d'éléments rapportés tels que des vis ou attaches élastiques. L'ensemble 1 peut encore être présent de manière non démontable par l'utilisateur sur l'appareil de traitement de la chevelure, une portion au moins de l'ensemble 1 étant par exemple réalisé d'une seule pièce par moulage de matière avec une portion au moins de la branche 10. De préférence, lorsqu'il est en place sur l'appareil, l'ensemble 1 est immobile relativement à la branche 10 durant l'utilisation. Dans une variante non illustrée, l'ensemble 1 est mobile relativement à la branche 10 de l'appareil afin de permettre à l'utilisateur de le déplacer entre une position active où il peut exercer une action sur les cheveux et une position mactive où par exemple seule la ou les surfaces chauffantes agissent.
Le produit destiné à être appliqué sur les cheveux par la tête applicatrice est contenu dans un réservoir 20 de l'ensemble 1, qui peut être rempli dans l'exemple illustré par l'utilisateur, grâce à une ouverture de remplissage munie- d'un bouchon 21.
Le réservoir 20 s'étend par exemple à une partie du volume de la griffe 3, ce qui peut augmenter sa contenance. Cette dernière va par exemple de 5 à 20 mL.
La tête applicatrice 2 présente une face d'application 22 destinée à venir en engagement avec la chevelure.
La tête applicatrice 2 peut comporter, du côté de la face d'application 22, des reliefs 23 de guidage des cheveux, de coiffage et/ou d'application, qui se présentent dans l'exemple illustré sous la forme de nervures de forme demi-circulaire, espacées les unes des autres de façon à définir entre elles des espaces 24 dans lesquels les cheveux peuvent s'engager. Ces espaces 24 sont orientés perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal de la face d'application 22, dans l'exemple illustré.
La tête applicatrice 2 comporte également, dans l'exemple considéré, deux reliefs d'extrémité 25 qui délimitent longitudinalement la partie traitante de la tête applicatrice 2. Ces reliefs d'extrémité 25 sont par exemple plus hauts que les reliefs 23, et peuvent, comme illustré, se présenter sous la forme d'arches.
La distance entre les reliefs d'extrémité 25 est par exemple adaptée à la largeur d'une mèche de cheveux à traiter, étant par exemple comprise entre 4 et 40 mm, et le nombre de reliefs 23 est par exemple compris entre 2 et 20, l'écartement entre deux reliefs 23 adjacents allant par exemple de 1 à 4 mm.
Un logement 32 est défini sous les reliefs 23 pour accueillir un élément d'application poreux 70. Ce dernier est formé par tout matériau perméable au produit. De préférence, on utilise un élément d'application poreux formé en coextrudant des fibres en matière thermoplastique, par exemple en PET ou en PE. On rend les extrémités longitudinales 71 de l'élément d'application 70 imperméables au produit en formant une peau en faisant fondre la matière des fibres aux extrémités, par exemple avec un outil de coupe chaud ou un laser.
L'élément d'application 70 peut présenter une forme cylindrique, de génératrice parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du logement 32 et de directrice demi-circulaire, de rayon sensiblement égal ou légèrement supérieur à celui des nervures 23, de façon à assurer un maintien par friction de l'élément d'application poreux dans le logement 32.
La tête applicatrice 2 comporte dans l'exemple décrit un corps 9 à l'intérieur duquel un canal 29 est ménagé pour permettre la communication fluidique entre le réservoir 20 et le logement 32. Comme on peut le voir sur les figures 5 à 8, le produit contenu dans le réservoir 20 est amené par le canal 29 sur l'élément d'application. 70 par un orifice 30 qui, dans les exemples illustrés, débouche sous les reliefs 23, dans le logement 32, en regard de la base de l'élément d'application 70.
Comme on peut le voir sur les figures 3 à 8, l'orifice 30 et la partie du canal 29 communiquant avec l'orifice 30 définissent un axe de distribution W de l'orifice transversal à l'axe X selon lequel s'étend longitudinalement l'orifice 30. Dans les exemples représentés, l'axe W est perpendiculaire à l'axe X.
L'orifice 30 présente une forme allongée selon un axe longitudinal X, lequel est par exemple sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal Y de la branche 10, comme on peut le voir sur la figure 1.
L'orifice 30 est obturé, en l'absence de l'élément d'application poreux 70, par un clapet 40, ce dernier présentant une tête 41 qui fait saillie dans le logement 32 de manière à être actionné par l'élément d'application poreux.
Le clapet 40 comporte, dans l'exemple illustré, une tige 43 servant de guide à un ressort hélicoïdal 44, lequel prend appui à une extrémité sur la tête 41 et à l'autre extrémité sur une bague de retenue 45 montée librement sur la tige 43 et encliquetée sur un relief intérieur 46 du réservoir 20.
Dans l'exemple considéré, l'orifice 30 est réalisé à travers une paroi 34 du corps de tête applicatrice 9. La tête 41 du clapet 40 présente en section transversale une forme effilée et s'applique au repos, sous l'action du ressort de rappel 44, contre cette paroi 34 pour fermer l'orifice 30, La paroi 34 est par exemple réalisée d'une seule pièce par moulage de matière avec les reliefs 23, dans la même matière ou dans une matière différente. En variante, les reliefs 23 sont rapportés sur le corps de tête applicatrice 9, étant par exemple fixés sur celui-ci par collage, encliquetage, insertion à force, soudage ou autrement encore, par exemple au moyen d'une ou plusieurs pièces de fixation additionnelles. Dans une variante non illustrée, les reliefs 23 sont montés de façon amovible sur le corps de tête applicatrice 9, ce qui peut permettre par exemple de changer les reliefs 23 en fonction de la nature de la chevelure ou du traitement à effectuer. Les reliefs 23 sont par exemple moulés avec un support qui peut se fixer sur le corps de tête applicatrice 9 par divers moyens, par exemple par encliquetage ou mise en place par coulissement.
L'écoulement du produit vers l'élément d'application poreux à l'ouverture du clapet 40 peut s'effectuer par gravité, la tête applicatrice 1 étant par exemple orientée avec le logement 32 vers le bas ou sur le côté lors de l'utilisation. Le cas échéant, l'écoulement du produit peut être aidé par une diminution du volume intérieur du réservoir 20, par exemple sous l'effet d'une déformation de sa paroi par l'utilisateur, d'un piston ou de la rétractation d'une poche élastiquement déformable.
Les reliefs 23 peuvent présenter un état de surface facilitant l'application du produit sur les cheveux, par exemple être au moins partiellement recouverts par un flocage.
Le clapet 40 peut être réalisé différemment et il peut être avantageux, comme illustré à la figure 4, de réaliser le ressort 44 de rappel du clapet en position d'obturation en une seule pièce par moulage de matière avec le reste du clapet, ce ressort 44 reliant par exemple des dents 39 du clapet, encliquetées sur des reliefs intérieurs 52 du réservoir 20, à la tête 41 du. clapet.
On peut former l'orifice 30 dans l'épaisseur d'une paroi du réservoir, comme illustré à la figure 3 ou en variante, comme illustré à la figure 4, entre des lèvres 56 du corps de tête applicatrice 9.
Dans les exemples qui viennent d'être décrits, le réservoir 20 est fixé à demeure sur la tête applicatrice 2, de même que les reliefs 23, une paroi du réservoir 20 étant par exemple réalisé d'une seule pièce avec une paroi du corps 9 par moulage de matière. Dans une variante non illustrée, le réservoir 20 se présente sous la forme d'une cartouche qui est montée de manière amovible sur la tête applicatrice 2, celle-ci comportant un logement adapté à recevoir la cartouche.
Le réservoir peut dans ce cas être dépourvu d'orifice de remplissage et de bouchon, étant par exemple non remplissable par l'utilisateur.
La cartouche peut comporter le cas échéant, outre le réservoir, le clapet associé et la tête applicatrice 2 peut être agencée pour permettre au clapet de faire saillie dans le logement recevant l'élément d'application, poreux, après montage de la cartouche.
Pour utiliser la tête applicatrice représentée à la figure 1, l'utilisateur fait passer les cheveux entre les branches 10 de façon à les soumettre à la chaleur des surfaces chauffantes. Les cheveux passent également entre les reliefs 23 et 25 et viennent au • contact de l'élément d'application poreux 70.
Pour remplacer l'élément d'application 70, on peut dans l'exemple considéré le pousser à travers l'une des extrémités axiales du logement 32 au moyen d'un élément d'application identique introduit par l'extrémité opposée, le remplacement de l'élément d'application 71 s'effectuant avantageusement sans enlèvement simultané du réservoir 20.
L'élément d'application poreux peut aussi être alimenté en produit directement depuis le réservoir, sans clapet intermédiaire, comme illustré sur les figures 5 à 8. Sur ces dernières, diverses formes de reliefs 23 ont été représentées.
Sur la figure 5, on voit que les reliefs 23 peuvent s'étendre entièrement au- dessus de l'élément d'application poreux 70, étant par exemple formés des mêmes nervures que celles décrites en référence à la figure 1.
Les reliefs 23 peuvent encore ne pas s'étendre sur tout le pourtour supérieur de l'élément d'application poreux 70, comme illustré à la figure 6. Dans cet exemple, les reliefs 23 participent au maintien de l'élément d'application poreux sur le réservoir.
Dans l'exemple de la figure 7, les reliefs 23 ne jouent plus ce rôle, le maintien de l'élément d'application poreux sur le réservoir d'effectuant par exemple grâce à une coopération de tonnes entre l'élément d'application poreux et le réservoir. L'élément d'application poreux 70 comporte par exemple au moins une nervure de retenue 131 engagée dans une gorge 132, de forme correspondante en section transversale. Dans cet exemple, l'élément d'application poreux 70 comporte deux nervures 131, de part et d'autre de l'orifice 30. Les reliefs 23 peuvent faire ou non saillie par rapport au sommet de l'élément d'application 70.
Dans l'exemple de la figure 8, la tête applicatrice 2 comporte une paroi de maintien de l'élément d'application poreux 70, qui recouvre partiellement celui-ci.
La tête applicatrice peut comporter, comme illustré, deux retours 135 qui recouvrent des portions latérales 136 de l'élément d'application poreux 70. Le cas échéant, l'élément d'application poreux est formé avec des reliefs 123 d'application et/ou de guidage des cheveux, tels que des dents par exemple. Une tête applicatrice réalisée conformément à l'invention peut être utile indépendamment de l'association à un appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure.
La tête applicatrice peut comporter une partie agencée pour se monter sur un flacon servant de réservoir, par exemple en se vissant sur le col du flacon ou en se fixant sur celui-ci à l'aide d'une frette pourvue de moyens d'encliquetage. Le réservoir peut alors, le cas échéant, servir d'organe de préhension.
On a représenté à la figure 9 un applicateur 100 selon un autre aspect de l'invention.
Cet applicateur 100 comporte un élément d'application poreux qui est par exemple réalisé similairement à ce qui a été décrit ci-dessus et s'étend selon un axe longitudinal Z.
L'applicateur 100 comporte une partie proximale 101 libre de reliefs et une partie distale 102 comportant une pluralité de reliefs 101 s'étendant transversalement à l'axe Z sur au moins une portion du pourtour de l'élément d'application poreux.
Les reliefs s'étendent de façon continue sur le pourtour de la partie distale de l'élément d'application, de façon à former une pluralité de nervures 103 définissant deux à deux des gorges 104 permettant le guidage des cheveux lors de l'application du produit.
L'applicateur peut comporter entre deux et dix nervures, par exemple neuf. La figure 10 représente une variante de l'applicateur de la figure 9 dans lequel les reliefs s'étendent transversalement par rapport à l'axe Z de façon discontinue sur le pourtour de la partie distale 102 de l'élément d'application poreux et définissent une pluralité de rangées 105 circulaires de dents 106. Chaque rangée 105 comporte par exemple entre deux et dix dents 106. Les dents 106 appartenant à deux- rangées voisines 105 sont alignées selon l'axe longitudinal Z. L'invention n'est bien entendu pas limitée à un tel exemple. Les dents 106 de rangées adjacentes 105 peuvent ne pas être alignées. Les dents 106 peuvent être coniques ou en arc de cercle et être réalisées par découpe, formage ou moulage.
L'applicateur 100 est par exemple imprégné de produit avant conditionnement dans un emballage ou chargé en produit en étant trempé dans un flacon contenant le produit.
L'applicateur 100 peut être directement utilisé par une personne. Cette dernière peut par exemple saisir avec ses doigts l'applicateur 100 par sa partie proximale 101 pour effectuer l'application de produit à l'aide de la partie distale 102.
En variante, l'applicateur 100 peut être introduit dans le logement d'une tête applicatrice par exemple similaire à l'une' de celles décrites en référence aux figures 1 à 8 et être utilisé comme l'élément d'application de ces figures.
L'expression « comportant un » doit se comprendre comme étant synonyme de « comportant au moins un ».

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Tête applicatrice (2) pour appliquer un produit cosmétique, comportant : -. un logement (32),
- un élément d'application poreux (70) et,
- un orifice (30) d'alimentation en produit depuis un réservoir, débouchant sur l'élément d'application poreux (70),
l'élément d'application poreux (70) étant disposé , de façon amovible au moins partiellement dans le logement et ayant une surface adaptée à venir au contact d'une zone à traiter,
la tête applicatrice étant configurée de manière à ce que l'enlèvement de l'élément d'application poreux puisse s'effectuer, sans enlèvement simultané du réservoir, au moins en partie en faisant coulisser l'élément d'application poreux grâce à. une force exercée selon une direction transversale à un axe de distribution (W) de l'orifice et,
la tête étant configurée pour permettre de remplacer l'élément d'application poreux en place dans le logement en le poussant hors du logement au moyen d'un nouvel élément d'application poreux identique, introduit par une des ouvertures que présente le logement.
2. Tête selon la revendication 1 , comportant au moins un relief (23 ; 25, 123), d'application du produit et/ou de guidage des cheveux.
3. Tête selon la revendication 2, le ou les reliefs s'étendant au moins partiellement sur un côté de l'élément d'application poreux.
4. Tête selon l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, le ou les reliefs (23 ; 25) s'étendant au moins partiellement au-dessus de l'élément d'application poreux.
5. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, le ou les reliefs définissant au moins partiellement le logement (32).
6. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le logement présentant une forme allongée, et étant ouvert à deux extrémités longitudinales.
7. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'élément d'application poreux (70) présentant une forme cylindrique.
8. Tête selon la revendication précédente, l'élément d'application poreux présentant une forme cylindrique de directrice semi-circulaire.
9. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'élément d'application poreux étant retenu par friction dans le logement.
10. Tête selon la revendication 6, l'élément d'application poreux comportant des fibres orientées parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du logement.
1 1. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'élément d'application poreux ayant des faces, à ses extrémités longitudinales (71), imperméables au produit.
12. Ensemble pour l'application d'un produit (1), comportant :
- une tête (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et,
- un réservoir (20) contenant le produit, communiquant avec l'orifice (30) d'alimentation du produit.
13. Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, comportant des moyens de fixation: (3) sur un appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure.
14. Appareil électrique de traitement de la chevelure, comportant une portion (10) présentant une surface chauffante et un ensemble (1) tel que défini dans Tune des revendications 12 et 13, fixé sur cette portion.
