Description

The invention relates to a work train, which consists of several work cars, and which has an intermediate work car, which is arranged between two work cars of the work train for the preparation and / or rehabilitation of a substructure and rail tracks existing.

In the area of railway track construction, there are a variety of working methods. Many of these working methods use so-called material handling silo cars. These material handling silo cars have the purpose to allow the work on a construction site in front of head in the track area.

As a general state of the art describes the EP 2 090 490 A2 a railroad car for transporting unfortified material by means mounted on a support structure funding. Likewise generally describes the DE 10 21 006 A1 a device and a method for processing built-in ballast with a machine with conveying devices for Durchbunkem and devices for processing.

Finally, the refers EP 2 360 316 A1 to a material handling silo truck having at the head end a lower transfer conveyor belt over which a first material can be transported in a first direction, and a plurality of roof conveyor belts over which a second material can be transported in an opposite direction but without material exchange between the transfer conveyors is provided with each other and in particular it is not possible to transfer material from one location of an adjacent work car to another location of the same adjacent work car (eg., From the roof conveyor into the container or vice versa).

The known Materialfördersilowagen have in the longitudinal direction extending floor conveyor belts and at the two ends of the Materialfördersilowagens each transfer conveyors. With them, building materials, mainly gravel and crushed stone as well as excavated materials can be transported from car to car. In this case, the substances can be loaded on a first Materialfördersilowagen the work train. The building materials can be unloaded from the last material handling silo car of the work train. For loading in the construction site area there are so-called loading units. These are separate wagons with conveyor belts. With the conventional material handling wagons can in disadvantageously, the construction site, respectively, only a single building material supplied or a single building material are removed.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a work trolley consisting of several work cars, which has an intermediate work car within an association of several Materialfördersilowagen, which allows the loading and unloading of Materialfördersilowagen regardless of the sequence and the number in the car group.

The technical solution of the problem is provided by the consisting of several work car work train with the features of claim 1.

The work train according to the invention consists of several work cars and serves to create and / or rehabilitation of a substructure and railroad track, the work car in their containers a longitudinally extending bottom conveyor belt, the bottom conveyor at least at one end associated transfer conveyor, and at least one longitudinally extending roof conveyor belt. According to the invention, the work train now has at least one intermediate work carriage which is arranged between two work carriages and which has at least two conveyor belts oriented in opposite directions and capable of longitudinal movement in the floor area and in the roof area and at least one bridge conveyor belt and the loading and unloading of any Material trolley regardless of their ranking and the number of cars in the car combination allows. By means of the intermediate work cart according to the invention, it is possible, in conjunction with the material conveying silo wagons, to transport and transfer material from any material conveying silo truck to another material conveying silo wagon or to another transfer location. The conveyor belts and the at least one bridge conveyor belt of the intermediate work cart are respectively adjustable with respect to the transfer conveyors and the roof conveyor belts of the two adjacent to the intermediate work car with respect to their relative arrangement to each other as well as with respect to their conveying directions adjustable that all subsequent material transports are optionally possible:
  • it is material from the roof conveyor of a work car on the bridge conveyor of the intermediate work cart and the transfer conveyor of the other work car and one of the conveyor belts of the intermediate work cart in the container of the same work car introduced,
  • it is material from the container of a work cart on the bottom conveyor belt and the transfer conveyor of this work car on one of the conveyor belts of the intermediate work car and of which, via the other conveyor belt of the intermediate work cart, can be applied to the roof conveyor belt of the same work car,
  • material can be transferred from the roof conveyor belt of one work car to the roof conveyor belt of the other work car via the bridge conveyor belt of the intermediate work cart,
  • it is material from the roof conveyor of a work car in the container of the other work car introduced,
  • it is material from the container of a work cart on the bottom conveyor belt and the transfer conveyor of this work cart on one of the conveyor belts of the intermediate work cart and applied to the roof conveyor of the other work car,
  • it is material from the container of a work car on the bottom conveyor belt and the transfer conveyor belt of this work car on one of the conveyor belts of the intermediate work cart and introduced into the container of the other work car.

It is therefore possible to feed any material handling silo car with the material of another material handling car or other transfer point.

The intermediate work cart can have a multiple control, which makes it possible, depending on or independent of the loading or unloading state of the material handling silo cars to allow automated and / or central control of the entire wagon drawing unit or a section of the wagon drawing unit with respect to loading, loading or unloading. The intermediate work car thus serves the variable and reversible transfer of one or more materials of any transfer point or any car to any other transfer point or any other car. As a result, this provides a variable operation of two adjacent material handling silage cars by means of appropriate transport technology using conveyor belts, as appropriate according to the sequence of the work train.

In this case, a transfer of materials in the sense of a Durchbunkermodus done on the serving as Bypaßbänder roof conveyor belts of the intermediate work car, depending on the need in or without dependence on other functions of this Zwischenarbeitswagens. Likewise, the intermediate work cart according to the invention makes it possible to transfer a material from one or more roof conveyor belts of a material conveyor kiln car serving as bypass belts to the bottom conveyor belts of the same material conveyor kiln car. Conversely, a transfer of a material from a bottom conveyor belt / transfer conveyor belt of a material handling car to the serving as a bypass belt Roof conveyor of the same material conveyor car possible. Thus, with the intermediate work cart according to the invention in a universal manner, a loading of a Materialfördersilowagens of another Materialfördersilowagen of the car network from possible, conversely, a discharge and finally a reloading. The intermediate work cart according to the invention is thus designed so that every possible material transport flow from one location to another location is possible. This is made possible by the fact that the intermediate work trolley has conveyor belts functioning as transfer conveyors and also bridge conveyors acting as bypass belts in the roof area. These bands all extend in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate work cart. It can be arranged parallel to each other a plurality of such bands. This is especially true for the bridge conveyor belts in the roof area in the function of Bypaßbändern, which serve to take over materials from other adjacent Bypaßbändern in the roof area. These bands are optionally reversible designed to vary the direction of work accordingly. The bands of the intermediate work cart can be designed as single bands or as reversible bands. The control of the belts takes place with regard to direction and speed via a control unit. The dependent central control for switching all combinable dependencies of the functions described above can be done from a central location, but also fully automatically. The monitoring of loading and unloading the individual functions is partially automated or completely automated by means of a corresponding control of the car from a central location. The control of all processes is preferably carried out via a freely programmable control electronics with simultaneous monitoring option / control of all loading and unloading and transport conditions of the bands of the car. Finally, an optional multiple control of all individual cars of a train is possible depending on the transfer and / or loading and / or unloading individual work cars or intermediate work car.

The development according to claim 2 proposes that the conveyor belts of the intermediate work cart are either bidirectionally operable only in one direction or in both directions. The reversible design has the advantage that the working direction can be varied accordingly. The reversibility of the bands is supported by the inclination of the bands and / or by rotation of the functional unit about a vertical axis.

In the event that the conveyor belts of the intermediate work carriage are operable only in one direction, proposes the development according to claim 3, that the conveyor belts of the intermediate work car about a vertical center axis of the intermediate work car by 180 ° are rotatable. Thus, the entire work unit is connected to the conveyor belt in the bottom area of the intermediate work car to a central rotary unit. This rotates about a vertical central axis, so as to allow a change of direction of the band devices in operation in the sense of a mutual function of the possible band functions. The reversibility of the bands is carried out by their inclination and / or their described rotation.

The development according to claim 4 proposes that the bridge conveyor belt of the intermediate work carriage is bidirectionally operable. As a result, a reversible transport of the materials is possible.

The development according to claim 5 proposes that the conveyor belts of the intermediate work car is assigned in each case a buffer tank. These buffer containers serve to receive the materials to be transferred and create a buffer point between different transport widths of the bands.

The conveyor belts of the intermediate work car are also pivotable in the vertical direction. The displaceability according to the invention and this optional buckling capability has the advantage that the bands involved in the transfer of the materials can be optimally positioned.

The development according to claim 7 proposes that the bridge conveyor belt of the intermediate work carriage is each end vertically pivotable. This too creates universal possibilities for optimally positioning the bands involved. This is especially true when the set direction of transport is to be reversibly reversed by changing the bands.

The development according to claim 8 proposes that the bottom conveyor belt and transfer conveyors and finally roof conveyors of the work car are each reversibly, respectively bidirectionally driven. This has the eminent advantage that by means of this Materialfördersilowagen a universal reversible transport in the bypass mode is possible. This reversible bypass solution for material handling silo cars creates a universal application of the entire wagon system.

The development according to claim 9 proposes that the transfer conveyor belt of the work carriage is longitudinally movable on a carriage and in a partial region vertically upwards and downwards pivoted. This is on the one hand an optimal positioning the transfer conveyor in the entire conveyor belt system possible, on the other hand, the transfer conveyor can be retracted in the non-use state.

Furthermore, the development proposes according to claim 10, that the roof conveyor belt of the work car is each end vertically pivotable. This also allows optimal positioning of the roof conveyor belt in relation to the other conveyor belts.

The development according to claim 11 finally proposes that the partial or complete control can be done as a partially automated or fully automated control of the above functions and dependencies on the adjacent machine blocks.

Fig. 1 This consists mainly of work car 2. These work cars 2 each have in the bottom portion of their container a bottom conveyor belt 3. This is assigned at both ends in each case a transfer conveyor belt 4. These transfer belts 4 are each longitudinally movable on a carriage 5 and at the end of this carriage 5 up and down pivot. Finally, the work car 2 in the roof area on two parallel roof conveyor belts 6.

Between the two work cars 2 shown is an intermediate work cart 7. This has in the bottom area two in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate work cart 2 extending conveyor belts 8. These are on the one hand longitudinally movable (in Fig. 1 indicated by the arrows) and with respect to a horizontal portion upwards and downwards pivoted. Each of the two conveyor belts 8 is assigned a buffer container 9. Finally, the intermediate work cart 7 has two bridge conveyor belts 10 parallel to one another in the roof area.

In Fig. 1 is also indicated that the assembly with the two arranged in the bottom region conveyor belts 8 can be rotated about a vertical axis by 180 ° to allow a change of direction of the tape directions of the conveyor belts 8 during operation.

Fig. 1 shows a specific arrangement of the various bands for a very specific material flow, as described below with reference to Fig. 4 will be described. Fig. 2 shows an alternative arrangement of the bands for a different material flow, as described below with reference to Fig. 5 will be described.

Fig. 3a to 3f shows the material transports possible with the intermediate work cart 7 according to the invention in each case using this intermediate work cart 7.

Fig. 3a shows on the one hand the transport of the material from the roof conveyor belt 6 of the work cart 2 on the bottom conveyor 3 of the same work car 2 and - conversely - the transport of the material from the bottom conveyor 3 of the work cart 2 on the roof conveyor 6 of the same work car. 2

Fig. 3b shows the transport of materials from the roof conveyor 6 of a work car 2 on the roof conveyor 6 of the adjacent work car. 2

The Fig. 3c and 3d show the transport of the material from the container or the bottom conveyor belt 3 of this container of a work car 2 on the roof conveyor 6 of the other work car 2 and - vice versa - the transport of the material from the roof conveyor 6 of a work car 2 in the container or on the bottom conveyor belt 3 of the other work car 2.

Fig. 3e shows the transport of the materials along the floor conveyor belts 3 of the two work cars. 2

Fig. 4 shows a first variant for the material flow:
  • In this case, the various bands of the overall system are positioned relative to each other, that material from the right working car 1 - seen in the order of transport - by means of the bottom conveyor belt 3 of the right working vehicle 1, the transfer conveyor belt 4 of the right working vehicle 1, the buffer tank 9 of a conveyor belt eighth of the intermediate work cart 7, the conveyor belt 8 of the intermediate work cart 7 finally on the roof conveyor belt 6 of the left working car 2 is abandoned. The material flow is indicated by the white arrows.

In the roof area there is a second flow of material, symbolized by the black arrows. Namely, the material flow outgoing from the right working car 2 via the roof conveyor belt 6 on the bridge conveyor belt 10 of the intermediate work carriage 7 and finally on the roof conveyor 6 of the left working car 2. The bands are arranged in a cascade, so that a continuous strip length is realized.

Fig. 5 shows a second variant for the material flow:
  • In this variant, material from the container or from the bottom conveyor belt 3 of the left working car 2 on the roof conveyor belt 6 of the same, left working car 2 is to be abandoned. The belts are set so that seen in the direction of material flow, starting from the bottom conveyor belt 3 of the left working car 2, the transfer conveyor belt 4 of the left working car 2 is charged. Subsequently, the material is the buffer container 9 of the intermediate work cart 7 abandoned. From there, by means of a conveyor belt 8, a feed of the material to the other buffer container 9 of the other conveyor belt 8. From there, then takes place in the reverse transport direction, the charge of the roof conveyor belt 6 of the left working car 2. This is again shown by the white arrows.

Since the work cart 2 also has two mutually parallel roof conveyor belts 6, thereby still a second material flow is possible, which is indicated by the black arrows. This material flow takes place starting from the right working car 2 via the roof conveyor belt 6 on the bridge conveyor belt 10 of the intermediate work cart 7 and from there to the corresponding second roof conveyor belt 6 of the left working car. 2

Fig. 6 shows a third variant for the material flow:
  • This variant shows the loading of the left in the drawing work carriage 1, starting from a flow of material, which comes in the drawing from the left side. This is indicated by the black arrows. Concretely, the material is fed onto the bridge conveyor belt 10 of the intermediate work cart 7 via the one roof conveyor belt 6 of the left work car 2. This bridge conveyor belt 10 is about the downwardly bendable end of the material to the transfer conveyor belt 4 of the right working car 2. From there, the material enters the buffer tank 9 of a conveyor belt 8 of the intermediate work car. From there, this conveyor belt of the intermediate work cart 7 loads the left work cart 2 with the material.

In addition, a second material flow is also provided here, which is indicated by the white arrows. This material flow takes place on the parallel roof conveyor belts 6 of the work car 2 and on the parallel bridge conveyor belt 10 of the intermediate work cart 7.

The variant in Fig. 7 finally different from the variant in Fig. 6 only in that the second flow of material (with the white arrows) is not from right to left, but rather from left to right in the drawing.
