The WO 02/03375 A1 discloses a three-dimensional, microperforated polymer film spaced from a reflective surface over its free ends. At the side of the film spaced apart from the surface different openings are introduced, which are not cylindrical in cross-section but frusto-conical. The openings are arranged so that the wider diameter of the frusto-conical opening spaced from the surface and the smaller diameter of the frusto-conical opening on the wall opposite side of the surface are arranged. The openings are thus arranged funnel-shaped for incident sound. Below the perforated surface of the film thus creates a sound-absorbing space without external access.

The DE 10346783 A1 discloses a method for producing sound absorbing surfaces, in particular sound absorbing fabrics by microholing, wherein the fabrics are adjusted beforehand by their weaving and then either by layering the fibers of the fabric, the opening size of the fabric is set as desired or in which an already coated Fabric is heated in a further operation and is opened by pressure differences thereafter, the liquid become plastic in the tissue openings. This fabric is for example a glass fabric and the plastic is a fluoropolymer. Furthermore, it is disclosed that there are now also microperforated films and microperforated art glass panes, which are successfully used for sound absorption.

The invention has for its object to produce a profile element economically and inexpensively and to further improve the sound-absorbing properties of the profile element over conventional solutions using novel techniques on.

According to the invention this object is achieved by a profile element with the features of claim 1.

Further advantageous embodiments are set forth in the subclaims.

The profile element according to the invention for roller shutters, in particular a sound-absorbing roller shutter profile element for cabinet furniture is characterized in that the profile element has a perforated film which extends at least in sections over at least one opening of the profile element to form a sound absorber for room acoustic applications.

The sound energy is destroyed in the holes of the perforated, preferably microperforated film.

The effectiveness of the sound-absorbing roller shutter profile element as a so-called sound absorber is particularly good when the film is hit by sound waves that are reflected by a reverberant reflector surface. This reflector surface may be part of the profile element or another object. In the perforated foil, the air oscillates in many juxtaposed perforations approximately as a mass together with the trapped in the space between the film and the reflector surface air as a spring in the manner of a spring / mass system.

In the preferred application, the profile element according to the invention is part of a roller shutter of a cabinet furniture. In the simplest embodiment of the profile element, the opening penetrates the profile element, so that sound in the closed state of the shutter enters through the opening in the cabinet furniture.

The sound is already absorbed by the items stored in the cabinet furniture items such as books, file folders or the like. The unabsorbed part of the sound that has entered is reflected onto the film and absorbed there according to the principle described above. Compared to the conventional solutions, the sound-absorbing properties of the profile element are further improved using novel techniques.

It may prove advantageous if the profile element for forming a roller shutter with each adjacent further profile elements is in particular articulated connectable. As a result, shutters of any length can be assembled in a simple manner.

It may prove helpful if the perforated film is arranged on a front side and / or rear side of a front wall and / or rear wall and / or intermediate wall and / or side wall of the profile element.

Preferably, the perforated film is visibly arranged on a front side of the front wall in order to additionally make a decorative or design contribution to the visual and aesthetic overall impression of the profile element as a decorative element.

An arrangement on the back of a front wall and / or intermediate wall of the profile element may be desirable if the perforated film just should not be visible.

In this arrangement, the perforated foil still functions as a dust catcher, because it prevents the ingress of dust through the opening in the profile element.

However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the perforated film is arranged on at least one side wall of the profile element. This advantageously allows a fixation of the film on the side surfaces of the profile element not visible from the front and on the other hand leads to the same decor, in particular articulated to shutters connected profile elements when opening or closing, the mutually facing side surfaces of the profile elements, formed by the perforated Foil having. This shows particular advantages when the profile element is made of a different or different colored material, as the perforated film to be attached thereto.

Another advantage is seen in the fact that the application of the film and its fixation on the side surfaces of the profile element manufacturing technology is easier to implement, since no known openings in the side surfaces are introduced.

  • Die Dicke der Folie beträgt 0,01 mm bis 2,5 mm, bevorzugt 0,1 mm bis 2,0 mm und besonders bevorzugt 0,1 mm bis 1,0 mm;
  • Der Durchmesser der Perforationen der Folie beträgt 0,01 mm bis 2,0 mm, bevorzugt 0,1 mm bis 1,0 mm und besonders bevorzugt 0,2 mm bis 0,6 mm;
  • Das Verhältnis der Fläche der Perforationen zur nichtperforierten Fläche der Folie beträgt 0,01 % bis 20 %, bevorzugt 0,1 % bis 15 % und besonders bevorzugt 0,5 % bis 10 %;
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the perforated film meets at least one of the following requirements:
  • The film is formed on one or more layers, wherein at least one layer of plastic, preferably a thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic, cellulose, preferably paper, metal or ceramic.
  • The thickness of the film is 0.01 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm and particularly preferably 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm;
  • The diameter of the perforations of the film is 0.01 mm to 2.0 mm, preferably 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm and particularly preferably 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm;
  • The ratio of the area of the perforations to the non-perforated surface of the film is from 0.01% to 20%, preferably from 0.1% to 15% and particularly preferably from 0.5% to 10%;

  • Die Anzahl der Perforationen der Folie pro Fläche beträgt 1/cm2 bis 100/cm2, bevorzugt 2/cm2 bis 50/cm2 und besonders bevorzugt 5/cm2 bis 10/cm2;
  • Der Abstand der Perforationen der Folie beträgt 1,0 mm bis 10,0 mm, bevorzugt 2,0 mm bis 8,0 mm und besonders bevorzugt 4,0 mm bis 6,0 mm;
  • Zumindest einige der Perforationen der Folie sind im Wesentlichen rund, oval, elliptisch, prismatisch, schlitzförmig, eckig, sternförmig und dgl.;
  • Die Perforationen der Folie sind im Wesentlichen regelmäßig von einander beabstandet angeordnet;
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the perforated film meets at least one of the following requirements:
  • The number of perforations of the film per area is 1 / cm 2 to 100 / cm 2 , preferably 2 / cm 2 to 50 / cm 2 and particularly preferably 5 / cm 2 to 10 / cm 2 ;
  • The spacing of the perforations of the film is 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm, preferably 2.0 mm to 8.0 mm and particularly preferably 4.0 mm to 6.0 mm;
  • At least some of the perforations of the film are substantially round, oval, elliptical, prismatic, slot-shaped, angular, star-shaped and the like;
  • The perforations of the film are arranged substantially regularly spaced from each other;

Preferably, the perforated film is formed as a single layer of a thermoplastically processable plastic. The above-mentioned parameter ranges prove to be favorable with regard to, for example, the sound-absorbing properties of the film. Through various forms of perforations are also numerous design and design possibilities given so that the visual and aesthetic overall impression of the profile element equipped with the film can be further improved.

When used as a design or decorative element, the perforated film may have a colored printing and / or coating, and / or may even be colored opaque or colored translucent.

It may be advantageous if the profile element has at least one acoustic damping chamber. It may be particularly advantageous if the opening opens directly or indirectly, for example. Via a channel in the acoustic damping chamber.

In this acoustic damping chamber of the profile element, the sound can be reflected on the perforated film, where it is absorbed in the perforations according to the principle described above. In this embodiment, the profile element forms out of itself a highly effective sound absorber for room acoustics applications.

It may prove useful if the acoustic damping chamber is formed in a cavity, a recess, a bulge or curvature of the profile element. Due to the shape and size of the acoustic damping chamber, the sound-absorbing properties of the sound-absorbing roller shutter profile element according to the invention can be specifically influenced as a so-called sound absorber.

It may be advantageous if additionally a sound damping material is arranged in the acoustic damping chamber. As a result, the sound-absorbing properties of the profile element can be further improved.

It may be useful if the perforated foil is spaced from a reverberant wall portion of the acoustic damping space. Preferably, the perforated film extends parallel to the reverberant wall portion of the Acoustikampungsraums so that the sound is reflected evenly and absorbed in the perforations according to the principle described above. Alternatively, the reverberant wall section of the acoustic damping chamber can also be curved or parabolic in order to bundle the sound, preferably in the region of the perforated film.

In an advantageous development of the invention, the opening is arranged in a front side and / or rear side of a front wall, rear wall and / or intermediate wall of the profile element. The position of the opening may be selected depending on which direction the sound normally strikes the profile element.

If the sound hits i.d.R. on the front of the profile element, so the opening in the front wall can be arranged. If the sound normally hits the back of the profile element, the opening in the back wall can be provided. If it is desired for the sound to be distributed in the profile element and to enter further subordinate acoustic damping chambers in order, for example, to dampen different sound frequencies, an opening can be provided in one or more intermediate walls.

When used as a roller shutter profile element in a cabinet furniture, it may be desirable that the sound initially enters the film and the opening in one or more Acoustikdämpfungsräume and is partially reflected there in front of the film, and partly through further openings from the Acoustungsdämpfungsräumen in the cabinet furniture enters to be absorbed there. In this embodiment, the enclosed volume of the cabinet furniture is used to further improve the sound-absorbing properties of the sound-absorbing roller shutter profile element according to the invention as a so-called sound absorber.

It may be helpful if a plurality of spaced-apart openings are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the profile element. By lying between the openings webs, the stability of the profile element can be improved.

It may be useful if the openings are regularly and / or irregularly spaced. This allows the sound to penetrate evenly through the perforated film into the openings.

It may be practical if at least two openings in the front wall and / or the rear wall and / or the intermediate wall of the profile element are substantially equal, wherein preferably at least two openings of the profile element are aligned with each other. This allows the sound to easily penetrate the profile element.

For example, in the application of the profile element in a roller shutter of a cabinet furniture can be made in the closed state of the shutter of the volume enclosed in the cabinet furniture use to further improve the sound-absorbing properties of the sound-absorbing roller shutter profile element according to the invention as a so-called sound absorber.

It may prove to be advantageous if the film is cohesively and / or non-positively and / or positively arranged on the profile element, preferably laminated to the profile element. As a result, the film has a secure hold on or on the profile element can and meet the sound-absorbing function with high reliability even in long-term applications.

It may be advantageous if the film extends over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the profile element. In this embodiment, the film can cover, for example, the entire front of the profile element.

Furthermore, it is within the scope of the invention that the film is arranged on at least one side surfaces of the profile element.

By selecting differently decorated films, the visual and aesthetic appearance of the profile element can be varied in a particularly simple manner and without any significant manufacturing effort.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a cabinet furniture with a roller shutter, which is formed from a plurality of profile elements according to one of the preceding embodiments.

Preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the combinations of the claims or individual features thereof.

Detaillierte Beschreibung der bevorzugten AusführungsbeispieleDetailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments

Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a perforated film 2, which is used in the profile element according to the invention is used. The film has a thickness t. The apertures of the perforated film are termed perforations for terminology purposes within the scope of this invention. The perforations with diameter d are, for example, spaced apart by the distance b.

Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the operation of the profile element according to the invention. The sound energy is destroyed in the perforations of the (micro) perforated film 2, which are preferably struck by sound waves at a certain distance D in front of a reverberant reflector surface. The reverberant reflector surface can, as shown, be part of the profile element 1 or part of another object.

If the profile element 1 is formed as a roller shutter profile element of a cabinet furniture, the reverberant reflector surface z. B. part of the cabinet furniture or a stored therein Be article, in particular a book, file folder or the like. As an approximation, the physical effects in the sound-absorbing roller shutter profile element provided by the invention can be described as a so-called sound absorber as follows:
  • The air oscillates in many juxtaposed openings as a mass together with the space enclosed in the gap D thickness air as a spring in the manner of a spring / mass system. Compared to similar surface-mounted Helmholtz or perforated plate resonators, only a relatively small hole area ratio is preferably set, wherein the size of the openings (diameter d) is preferably chosen so small that it gets into the order of magnitude of the acoustic boundary layer.

As a result, attenuation inherent in the excited air vibrations is activated as compared to conventional Helmholtz resonators by non-adiabatic state changes in the immediate vicinity of the hole walls and due to the viscous frictional forces in the flow shear layers.

Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of the profile element according to the invention, wherein the profile element 1 is formed in a single wall and has an opening 3, which spans the perforated film 2.

The perforations of the film 2 are substantially smaller than the openings 3 of the profile element 1, wherein a plurality of perforations are in the region of an opening 3 of the profile element 1. The profile element 1 comprises a visible side or front side 11, which faces a user when used as roller shutter profile element in a cabinet furniture in the closed state of the shutter, and a rear side 12, which faces the cabinet furniture in just this application.

In the single-walled embodiment, the profile element 1 comprises a flat, preferably flat profile section 10, which consists of plastic and can be produced by extrusion in a known manner. It is also conceivable, the profile section 10 at least partially z. B. made of aluminum.

The profile element 1 has an opening 3, which penetrates the profile element 1 and which is covered with a perforated film 2, to form a sound absorber for room acoustic applications. When used as roller shutter profile element in a cabinet furniture, the sound in the closed state of the shutter can penetrate through the perforated film 2 and the opening 3 in the cabinet furniture.

Certain sound components are swallowed by the objects stored in the cabinet furniture, while the sound components reflected on the film 2 are absorbed by the film 2 according to the principle described above. The profile element 1 has in the Presentation in FIG. 3 on the right side via a connecting means which has a fastening bead, which is connected via a film hinge with the profile section 10 articulated.

On the in FIG. 3 left side of the profile section 10 is a fastening receptacle whose internal dimensions substantially correspond to the outer dimensions of the fastener. As a result, the fastening element of an adjacent profile element can be brought into engagement with the fastening receptacle. By juxtaposing several profile elements a shutter is formed.

The following embodiments are based essentially on the first embodiment, wherein the profile section 10 is designed differently. Corresponding features are provided with the same reference numerals.

In the following, mainly the different features of the first embodiment will be described.

Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of a second embodiment of the profile element 1 according to the invention, wherein the profile element 1 has an acoustic damping chamber 4, in which an opening 3 in a front wall 13 of the profile element 1 opens, the perforated film 2, the opening 3 in the front wall 13 of the profile element. 1 spans.

The profile section 10 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross-section, wherein the acoustic damping chamber 4 is formed in a bulge or curvature of the profile section 10. The sound entering via the film 2 and the opening 3 on the front side 11 of the profile element 1 into the acoustic damping chamber 4 is reflected onto the film 2 and absorbed there. The opening 3 on the front side 11 of the profile element 1 extends substantially over the entire length of the profile element 1 with a constant width.

The reverberant rear wall 12 and the bottom of the profile section 10 is preferably closed, however, as shown, also further openings 3 may be provided. The perforated film 2 extends substantially parallel to the rear wall 12, wherein the distance of the film 2 to the rear wall 12 substantially corresponds to the width of the opening 3 on the front side 11 of the profile element 1.

Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of a third embodiment of the profile element 1 according to the invention, wherein the profile element 1 has two acoustic damping chambers 4, into which an opening 3 in the front wall 13 of the profile element 1 or an opening 3 in the rear wall 14 of the profile element 1 opens.

The acoustic damping chambers 4 are formed in channel-shaped depressions of the profile element 1 and communicate via an opening 3 in an intermediate wall 15 of the profile element 1. Left and right of the acoustic damping chambers 4 closed hollow chambers 5 are formed in the profile element.

The perforated film 2 spans the opening 3 in the front wall 13 of the profile element 1 (as shown) and / or the opening 3 in the rear wall 14 of the profile element. 1

In this embodiment, the perforated film 2 is arranged not only on the front side 11 of the profile element 1 but also on the two side surfaces. As a result, the perforated film 2 can be more cost-effectively fixed to the side surfaces of the profile element 1 without the area of the perforated film 2 attached to the front side 11 of the profile element 1 in the later viewing area being impaired by the production.

Another advantage is that when assembling the articulated sound absorbing profile elements can be connected to a shutter this particular when opening and closing in the corners of the cabinet furniture allows a uniform design. Thus, it is advantageously possible to produce the profile element 1, for example, from a recycled polymeric material and to cover both the front 11 and the side surfaces of the profile element 1 by the high-quality perforated film 2, without this being visually recognizable by the later user of the cabinet furniture.

Furthermore, it is advantageously seen that, for example, at half-open or closed shutters in the corner of the cabinet furniture, the effective surface of the sound absorption by the then visible with the perforated film 2 coated side surfaces of the profile element 1, is substantially increased.

The profile element 1 further has openings 3 in its front side 11.

These openings 3 open into the acoustic damping chambers 4, wherein the centrally arranged acoustic space 4 to the rear side 12 of the profile element 1 is also open. This left and right of it arranged acoustic damping chambers 4 are self-contained hollow chambers in which the sound is fully reflected.

Depending on the desired acoustic effect, each of the Acoustikdämpfungsräume 4 either from the mouth or opening 3 to the intermediate wall 15, 16 or vice versa, from the intermediate wall 15, 16 to the mouth or opening 3, taper.

Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the profile element according to the invention 1. As in the third embodiment, the profile element 1 has two acoustic damping chambers 4, in which an opening 3 in the front wall 13 of the profile element 1 and an opening 3 in the rear wall 14 of the profile element 1 opens , The acoustic damping chambers 4 are formed in groove-shaped depressions of the profile element 1 and communicate via an opening 3 in an intermediate wall 15, 16 with a central sound passage 6 of the profile element. 1

Depending on the desired acoustic effect, each of the Acoustikdämpfungsräume 4 either from the mouth or opening 3 to the intermediate wall 15, 16 or vice versa, from the intermediate wall 15, 16 to the mouth or opening 3, taper.

Two further Acoustikdämpfungsräume 4, which are arranged on the left and right next to the formed in channel-shaped depressions acoustic damping chambers 4, located in open hollow chambers of the profile element 1 and are accessible from the central sound passage 6 via a respective mouth. The perforated film 2 spans the opening 3 in the front wall 13 of the profile element 1 and / or the opening 3 in the rear wall 14 of the profile element. 1

The incident on the front side 11 of the profile element 1 sound passes through the film 2 and the opening 3 in the front wall 13 of the profile element 1 in the upper Acoustikdämpfungsraum 4 and is reflected on the film 2, wherein already some sound components are absorbed. About the opening 3 in an intermediate wall 15 pass further sound components in the central sound passage 6 and from there into the two Acoustikdämpfungsräume 4, the left and right of the central sound passage 6 open hollow chambers of the profile element 1 are formed, and are absorbed there. Non-absorbed frequency components pass through the opening 3 in the intermediate wall 15 in the lower acoustic damping chamber 4, where they meet the film 2 on the back 12 of the rear wall 14 and are absorbed. More sound components can penetrate through the opening 3 in the rear wall 14 of the profile element 1, for example. In a cabinet furniture, where they are swallowed by stored items. Reflected sound components strike the film 2 arranged on the rear side 12 of the rear wall 14 and are absorbed there.
