Durch Kippen des Hebels 17 werden die beiden Arretierelemente 14a und 14b innerhalb der Führung 9 des drehbaren Teiles 5 aufgespreizt, woraufhin der Hebel 17 eine wie in Fig. 5c gezeigte Lage einnimmt. Der Hebel 17 in Fig. 5c liegt nun an einer Außenfläche der Synchronisationsstange 7 an. Nur in dieser Schwenklage des Hebels 17 kann die Abdeckung 13 ordnungsgemäß über den restlichen Teil der Befestigungseinrichtung 8 positioniert werden, so wie es in Fig. 5d dargestellt ist. Die Sperrvorrichtung verhindert ein Verbinden der Synchronisationsstange 7 im Sperrzustand, sodass eine unsachgemäße Montage von vornherein ausgeschlossen wird. Claims (7)

  1. A synchronization device (6) for moving a movable furniture part (2a), including:
    - a first actuating device (3a) and at least one second actuating device (3b) which are provided for moving the movable furniture part (2a) in the mounted condition on an item of furniture (1), wherein the first actuating device (3a) and the second actuating device (3b) each have a pivotable portion (5),
    - a synchronization rod (7) for transmitting a synchronous movement of the pivotable portions (5) of the at least two actuating devices (3a, 3b),
    - at least one fastening device (8) by which the synchronization rod (7) can be releasably connected to at least one of the pivotable portions (5) of the first and second actuating device (3a, 3b), wherein the at least one pivotable portion (5) has a guide (9) for fastening and receiving the synchronization rod (7), and wherein the fastening device (8) includes a releasable locking device (12) which, in a locking condition, prevents a connection of the synchronization rod (7) to the at least one pivotable portion (5), wherein the synchronization rod (7) can be inserted within a, preferably U-shaped, guide (9) of one of the actuating devices (3a, 3b) and can be clamped therein,
    - wherein the locking device (12), without prior actuation by an operator, is in the locking condition, wherein the locking device (12) includes a handle element (10) to be actuated by a person and at least one arresting element (14) which can be moved by the handle element (10), the arresting element (14) can be released and locked relative to the guide (9) of the at least one pivotable portion (5) and prevents, in the locking condition, a connection of the synchronization rod (7) to the guide (9) of the pivotable portion (5), and can be moved into a release condition by an actuation of the handle element (10), so that the synchronization rod (7), after prepositioning, can be locked relative to the guide (9) of the pivotable portion (5) of the actuating device (3a, 3b),
    characterized in that
    - the arresting element (14) is substantially wedge-shaped and is movably-mounted relative to the synchronization rod (7), wherein the arresting element (14) is displaceably mounted in a longitudinal direction of the synchronization rod (7),
    - the arresting element (14) can be acted upon by a spring device (15) in a direction of the locking condition or is permanently acted upon by the spring device (15) in the direction of the locking condition, and
    - the handle element (10) is configured as a slider, wherein the arresting element (14) can be moved into the release condition by an actuation of the slider.
  2. A synchronization device (6) according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the handle element (10) is configured as a pivotally mounted lever (17), wherein the at least one arresting element (14) can be clampingly fixed on or in the guide (9) by an actuation of the lever.
  3. The synchronization device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least two arresting elements (14a, 14b) are provided which can be moved into a clamping position by an actuation of the handle element (10), so that the synchronization rod (7) can be fixed relative to the guide (9).
  4. The synchronization device according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the fastening device (8) is configured such that the synchronization rod (7) can also be connected to the pivotable portion (5) of one of the actuating devices (3a, 3b) when the pivotable portion (5) has already been pre-mounted to a sidewall of a furniture carcass (2).
  5. The synchronization device according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the fastening device (8) includes a cover portion (13) which can only be positioned over the fastening device (8) when the synchronization rod (7) is duly connected to at least one of the two actuating devices (3a, 3b), wherein it is preferably provided that the cover portion (13) is displaceably mounted relative to the synchronization rod (7).
  6. An item of furniture with at least one synchronization device according to one of the claims 1 to 5.
  7. The item of furniture according to claim 6, characterized in that the two actuating devices (3a, 3b) are mounted to opposing sidewalls of a furniture carcass (2), wherein a movement of the two actuating devices (3a, 3b) can be synchronized by the synchronization rod (7).
