Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a presentation system with an elongate carrier profile rail, in particular for the construction of presentation walls in a presentation room.
With the presentation system can be realized over a rear wall vorversetzte, attached to this presentation walls according to individual design wishes for sales rooms or stands at fairs. The front wall elements can be flush with the front edges of the legs of the rail, so that from the front only the inlet opening of the receiving slot remains visible, resulting in an appealing image. In the receiving slot diverse male elements can be positioned quickly and arbitrarily.
In particular, the additional profile element is designed to match the outer front portion of the leg of the support rail to be attached by attaching quickly and releasably the spring bar embracing to the support rail. The additional profile may have a latching nose for engaging in a locking groove on the spring bar of the rail for a positive connection, or it may be provided on corresponding active surfaces of the rail and the additional profile element corrugations to increase the static friction.
Although the above-mentioned presentation systems have proven themselves in practice, the construction of larger presentation walls is less flexible and difficult to handle. Large-area front wall elements can be extremely bulky and heavy and require at least two people for their attachment to a support rail. The effort for storage of components of the presentation system, for their transport and installation is relatively high. A redesign of a presentation wall on site to create a different appearance, associated with considerable time and effort. There is therefore a continuing desire to further develop and improve presentation systems to make their use easier and more flexible.
Based on this, it is an object of the invention to provide a presentation system with a support rail for supporting front wall elements and for receiving male elements, which is simple in construction, easy to handle and flexible to use. In particular, the presentation system should allow a simple and quick erection of a presentation wall according to individual design and aesthetics wishes, as well as a quick and easy redesign of the presentation wall.
These objects are achieved by the presentation system having the features of
According to the invention, this is intended in particular for the construction of presentation walls in a presentation room A display system, an elongated support rail, which is provided for supporting front wall elements and having a base plate for attachment to a rear wall or substructure of a presentation space, a first leg which projects cantilevered from the base plate, and a second leg cantilevered from the base plate , At a distance from the first leg extends and forms with this a receiving slot for receiving male elements, which is open to a front side of the base plate facing outwards. The legs can protrude substantially perpendicularly from the base plate and terminate flush with each other at their free ends. The carrier rail can be integrally formed as a whole, together with the legs. It is preferably made of aluminum in the extrusion process, which reduces the complexity and cost of production with high stability of the support rail, reduces the weight of the support rail and handling can be facilitated. In principle, the carrier rail could also be formed, for example, made of steel or a rigid plastic.
The presentation system according to the invention further comprises at least one front wall element for connection to the carrier profile rail. The front wall member may be a solid wall member such as a wood or pressboard, a panel, a glass plate or the like. According to the invention, however, at least one front wall element is a flexible front wall element comprising a thin-walled, flexible sheet of material defining a wall surface and an edge reinforcement provided at least in regions along at least one edge of the sheet. A securing device is set up for positive and non-positive connection of the carrier profile rail with the edge reinforcement of the flexible front wall element.
Thus, according to the invention, at least one area of a presentation wall can be erected by a flexible wall element in the form of a web or tarpaulin made of an elastically deformable material. The web or sheet may pass through a textile web, particularly a cotton, linen or the like web, or through a sheet of a relatively high tensile, abrasion resistant and dimensionally stable plastic, e.g. made of polyester or nylon, or also formed as steel. The web may include color designs, lettering, motifs, photographs, or the like, which may be painted, printed, screen printed, or otherwise applied. Thus, a wide variety of forms of presentation walls are possible, which can be realized with relatively simple means and low costs. Compared to solid, rigid front wall elements made of wood, pressboard, glass and the like. The flexible wall elements according to the invention have a lower weight, and they are also easier to handle. The material webs can be folded together or rolled into rolls, at least stored to save space, low-cost transported and built. Also, to build a large-scale presentation wall is generally sufficient for a single person. With the securing device, a flexible front wall element can also be quickly released from the support rail and replaced by another, with a different design. Thus, a presentation room can be redesigned in a short time and effortlessly. The flexibility is significantly increased compared to conventional presentation systems.
The edge reinforcement of the flexible wall element may be formed of a separate, wear-resistant material from the sheet material, which may be optimized in particular to achieve a stable form and frictional connection with the securing device. The material of the edge reinforcement can advantageously be slightly elastic, be compliant, in order to achieve an interference fit with the safety device can. Alternatively, the edge reinforcement may have shaping features that cooperate with corresponding formations on the securing device to enhance the positive and non-positive connection. In any case, the edge reinforcement facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the flexible front wall element.
The presentation system according to the invention further comprises at least one insertion element for presenting goods, which is adapted to be hung in the receiving slot. Insertion elements of different types, e.g. Hook or support arms, shelves, baskets, etc., are used. The carrier rail and the male member may have cooperating means which secure the male member against accidental falling out or unhooking from the receiving slot of the support rail.
In an advantageous embodiment, at least one male element has or is connected to an electrical or electronic device, while the carrier profile rail carries a line arrangement which enables current and / or data transmission to the male element or the electrical or electronic device.
A line arrangement for the power and / or data line connection is preferably integrated in an inner surface of at least one of the two legs. Preferably, it is releasably and positively secured in the inner surface of the upper leg.
In a preferred embodiment, the carrier profile rail for this purpose, a first recess in which a high-voltage line arrangement can be accommodated, and a separate second recess, which preferably also for example, is arranged on the upper leg and in which a low-voltage line arrangement can be accommodated, which can also be used for data transmission. In order to create a high level of electrical safety, to avoid short circuits and faulty contacts, the line assemblies are set back in use against support and bearing surfaces for male elements on the inside of the legs. In other words, the surfaces surrounding the line arrangements project further into the receiving slot than the strip conductors. Furthermore, the conductor tracks are preferably embedded in an insulating housing, which also further protrudes to the receiving slot in front, to provide a contact protection. Furthermore, the width and depth of the receiving slot are sized to minimize the risk of accidental contact with the tracks.
In order to enable a flexible assembly of the carrier rail with a high-voltage and / or low-voltage / data line arrangement, the line arrangements preferably have an insulating housing with the printed conductors embedded therein and with protruding extensions, and the recesses of the carrier profile rail are each in shape and size to the adapted respective insulating housing and provided with complementary to the projections undercuts to releasably support the insulating housing but captive. In particular, the extensions and the undercuts are designed to match one another in such a way that the line arrangements can be fixed in or removed from the carrier profile rail only by insertion and removal in the longitudinal direction of the carrier profile rail. A removal through the receiving slot is not possible.
In an advantageous development, the carrier profile rail on cross struts, each extending between the base plate and one of the legs to increase the structural strength of the carrier rail with low material usage. The cross braces may also have a as Stop serving web, which is aligned perpendicular to the base plate, and two more parallel to this webs, which define a mounting slot between each other. The transverse struts and the webs may be formed integrally with the carrier rail. The webs and the mounting slot serve for the attachment of cross connection panels or the like. Between two parallel rails. This can be used, for example, for pre-assembly of a unit with two or more rails or to increase the stability of the display wall in use.
The securing device according to the invention for positive and non-positive detachable connection of the support rail with the flexible front wall element can be formed either directly on the support rail or on a separate additional profile rail element. Regardless of the securing device according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention has a securing portion which has two mutually spaced bars, which form a securing groove for receiving the edge reinforcement of the flexible wall element between each other. In particular, the strips can run essentially parallel to one another, so that the securing groove has a rectangular cross section. The edge reinforcement may have a matching, also substantially rectangular, or another, e.g. Have trapezoidal cross-section, which allows for increasing insertion of the edge reinforcement in the securing groove increasingly reinforced adhesion.
In a preferred embodiment, the width of the locking groove, measured between the strips, is sized to be a press fit with the edge reinforcement slightly smaller than the thickness of the edge reinforcement or at least a portion of the edge reinforcement. Especially with a slightly elastic edge reinforcement can effectively prevent the thus obtained interference fit a hanging of the flexible wall element even with a tensile load of the material web, while the attachment and detachment of the flexible wall element in or from the securing groove make relatively simple.
The risk of accidental unhooking of the flexible front panel member under tensile loading may also be avoided e.g. be reduced in that the securing portion is aligned in the connected to the carrier rail operating condition such that the securing groove is parallel to the receiving slot and is also open to the front of the support rail. After attachment of the flexible front wall element then protrudes the edge reinforcement in the securing groove in the direction of the base plate, while the material web is deflected at the locking groove limiting bar by 90 degrees and is guided away perpendicular thereto. Tensile forces are thus effectively absorbed by the reinforced acting positive connection between the edge reinforcement and the Sicherungsnutwänden and by the securing groove limiting bar. In addition, in this embodiment, when the securing portion directly adjacent to the receiving slot, an appearance can be created in which the entire carrier profile strip is substantially covered by the front wall elements and only the receiving slot directly limiting faces are visible.
In an alternative embodiment, the securing groove is in the use state, viewed in cross section, aligned at an angle to the receiving slot and open transversely to the front of the carrier rail. The securing groove can, for example, be aligned perpendicular to the depth direction of the receiving slot.
When the securing device is formed integrally with the carrier profile rail in one piece, it is preferably formed on a free end of either the upper leg and / or the lower leg. It can be provided on both legs, if only flexible front wall elements are to be used.
In another embodiment of the invention, one of the legs on a molded-on securing means for a flexible front wall element, while the other leg is adapted for attachment of a fixed front wall element. For example. For this purpose, this leg on its side facing away from the receiving slot outside at its free end a contact web against which an edge of the front wall element can be applied, and a spring bar, which then engages in a spring groove of the fixed front wall element.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the securing device is formed on a separate from the carrier rail first additional profile rail. The presentation system thus has a base profile rail formed by the carrier profile rail and at least one first additional profile rail, which can be fastened to the base profile rail and carries the securing device. The first additional profile rail may include a securing portion having two mutually parallel strips and a securing groove therebetween and a connecting portion integral with the securing portion for the positive connection of the first additional profile rail with the carrier profile rail.
The first additional profile rail may also be designed in several parts and at least one first rail element with a connecting portion for positive connection with the base or support rail and at least one Have separate second rail element, which can be positively and / or frictionally coupled with the first rail element.
In addition, the presentation system may further comprise a separate second auxiliary profile rail, which is also adapted for attachment to the base rail, but for supporting fixed front wall elements. It then indicates, e.g. a holding section with a contact web for applying a fixed, rigid front wall element and a spring bar, which protrudes perpendicularly from the contact web, and a connecting portion for the positive connection of the second additional profile rail with the support rail.
Advantageously, the connecting portions of the first and second additional profile rail with each other and the front end portions of the first and second leg of the support rail with each other substantially identical and the connecting portions to the front end portions match, complementary formed to arbitrarily depending on the design wishes either the first or the second additional profile rail to attach to the upper and / or lower leg of the support rail. This offers a variety of options for attaching fixed and / or flexible front wall elements. The carrier rail then has a connection means for positive connection with the connecting portion of the first and the second auxiliary rail in order to releasably, but captively to hold them.
In an advantageous embodiment, the connecting device of the carrier rail and the connecting portions of the additional profile rails are designed complementary to each other such that the attachment and detachment of the additional profile rails on or from the support rail only by pushing in and pushing out Longitudinal direction of the carrier rail is possible. The additional profile rails can not be attached transversely to the longitudinal direction of the support rail on this or take off from this. An accidental unhooking or freeing of the additional profile rails is here effectively prevented even at higher tensile forces, which may be caused by a voltage or load on the web of the flexible front wall element.
To create a stable form-fitting connection, the carrier rail in an advantageous embodiment on the outside of each leg, in the vicinity of its free end, at a distance to this carry an outwardly projecting hook-shaped connection bar, while the connecting portions of the first and second auxiliary rail each a connecting claw , which is adapted to play around the hook-shaped connection bar, and in addition to carry a hook-shaped extension which is adapted to engage under a support web of the leg at its free end. By encompassing the connection bar substantially from all sides and by taking under the investment jetty accidental detachment of the additional profile rail is largely excluded.
The presentation system may further comprise a separate third auxiliary profile rail for receiving thin-walled solid plate-shaped elements, such as, for example, plates made of glass or transparent plastic, flat screens, etc. The third auxiliary profile rail then indicates e.g. a receiving portion for receiving such a thin fixed plate member and a connecting portion, which allows attachment to the support rail.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the third additional profile rail is not for direct attachment to the support rail, but for attachment to the second carrier rail set up. As a result, material for the third additional profile rail can be saved. The connecting portion of the third additional profile rail consequently has a shape which is adapted to the outer contour of the front end region of the second additional profile rail and is set up to be releasably secured to the front end region while embracing the spring strip.
In a further development, mutually engaging contact surfaces of the spring bar of the second additional profile rail and the third additional profile rail have mutually corresponding corrugations which reinforce the hold between the additional profile rails by mutual engagement. Other means for increasing the static friction or for a positive connection between the additional profile elements may also be provided on different surfaces.
The modular design of the presentation system according to the invention with the base or support rail, optionally with line arrangements for power and / or data transmission, with the zoomable first, second and third additional profile rails, with different thick and thin fixed front wall elements, with flexible front wall elements with tracks of different designs and with a variety of plug-in elements, which may also contain electrical or electronic devices, allows a low-effort and fast construction and conversion of presentation walls according to any individual design and aesthetics desires compared to conventional presentation systems increased flexibility. In this case, the presentation system according to the invention is not limited to the above-mentioned application for the construction of sales rooms or exhibition stands. It can also be used for residential purposes, kitchens or bathrooms, offices, small furniture and the like.

The
It should be clear that the arrangement of the fixed

The
Numerous modifications are possible within the scope of the invention. Thus, for example, the
The flexible
It is also possible to use the
